#3 Peacekeepers are usually little better than armed rabble. No one uses first line combat troops for peacekeeping, and Russia of all places has precious few of them. So why put real soldiers in the Golan?

Essens Russia is flanking the Caucasus Hard Boyz wid its military. One must also keep in mind Tsarist + Soviet Russia's historical interest in Turkey, Iran, Iraq, + Syria-Lebanon for Mil + Trade access to the Med in lieu of the Black + Caspian Seas.

Lastly, Moscow blames the US-West for the arms being received by the Caucasus militants, wid "polite" or subtle references to the Bammer + "Fast-N-Furious", "criminal/illegal" schemas.
