#6 We have an entire federal government agency, the Computer and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), part of the Department of Homeland Security, dedicated to cyber security. They've been in business for many years. But I would say at this point they share the reputation of the CIA, ATF and FBI for dropping the ball.

Unlike the cover story, back channels credit it to a Hacker who "accidentally" started a induced cascading shutdown.
