#8 ^It was a lab leak --- otherwise you have to explain why they deliberately released it on their own population.
What wasn't accidental is closing Wuhan from the rest of China but not the rest of the world.

Having said that, I must ask: what kind of in idiot does bioweapons research near a population center, let alone a major travel hub?
