#3 This sounds like an excellent opportunity for SEAL training. Give the SEALs some rapid underwater transit craft, then let them do that voodoo that they do so well.

Have the ship "surrender" to the pirates, who suddenly notice their boats start to develop large leaks. It's their own fault for using defective boats.
