#2 NCIS is the right agency to investigate this. You can bet your life the boys, SEALS, did not take the cash.

During Panama there was a pallet of 100 dollar bill sitting in the hangar where the teams slept. It took two weeks before it was discovered the money was not accounted for and not one bill was taken.

#5 I remember when everything went down someone here speculated that if the on-the-spot guys had made these decisions without really having approval from highers-up that there might be retaliation down the line against the captain of the ship but not the grunts.

I think we just got a hint that the current administration is a lot more chicken#### than that previous estimate.
