#3 This makes no sense. In October 2019 the Ennahda Party (an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood whose leader is the committed Islamist Rachid Ghannouchi) gained a plurality of votes and seats in the 217 member Assembly. In fact, no Tunisian party, even a coalition that makes up the nation's leadership could be considered a dependable ally. This is France's backyard and Pompeo should be wise enough to 'leave it be.'
