#1 Berlusconi seems to be a healthy, not-too-old hetero male whose parts work(ed - 5 kids). And of a hot-blooded ethnicity. Letizia is 18, so not under-age. And hot. Getting 'spicy' with her would be wrong (unless you are Bill Clinton, but she's too hot for his tastes) but not illegal and quite understandable.

#3 Time Magazine put up a picture of Berlusconi, making a hand gesture in front of his face that could be very misconstrued as very lewd, and captioned, "Is there anyone who has any questions about underage females?"

Time quickly changed it to a much less controversial photo.
