More like sit up and take notice that in his consolidation of unprecedented power in nationalizing business and industry in the name of 'national emergency' he's playing the old nice doggie distraction while trying to find a stick [Obama Youth recently authorized by the Donks]. He recognizes one institution he doesn't own and which still has loyalty to 'uphold and defend the Constitution' and has the means to make it happen is one he needs to at least 'play' nice with, for now. He understands power. He also grasps the 'last great hope' that may impede his way.
