#3 Make sure the raw materials to make said drugs also comes from domestic or friendly countries. Most of them now are also made in China.

#8 ^ Gates and his newfound pal Warren Buffett focus their investment strategy on gaming / leveraging massive government interventions in the economy.

E.g. investing in rail freight companies when Zero bolloxed up the pipeline during the fracking boom.

Looks like Buffett screwed up his airlines investments though ... maybe he's not so brilliant after all
