#4 Consider if the nation-wide, urban DA-PD pro-criminal policies were not insanity but a tactic to enrage voters as a prelude to political support for creating a National Police Force, and what that would mean. Think the DoJ and FBI now enforce a two-tier Justice system, imagine the power of a single, federal, DC managed and funded Police Force. Just spit-balling here, but imagine what it might do to that pesky Constitution and Bill of Rights. Ever notice that elected Sheriffs don't seem to have the problems that appointed Police Chiefs deal with?
