#8 Meh. Prohibition was constitutional from 1919 to 1933, when the 18th Amendment was repealed by the 21st.

Dred Scott was constitutional from 1857 to 1866, when it was superseded by the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments.

Get Congress to pass a law, if you can.

#9 Also, there is no "constitutional right" to abortion. All overturning Roe will do is to turn it back to the states. New York, California, Illinois and other liberal states will continue as before.

Living persons whose parents chose to have them and raise them are now demanding the right to KILL in order to clean up their own actions due to their lack of personal responsibility.

Some Simple Math
A typical birth control shot provides about 12 weeks of prevention, and most insurance plans cover the shot.

A 30 day supply of birth control pills cost $25 or less, and/or a Condom costs about $2.

An abortion $750 to $1,500.
