#3 In a federal court brief filed late last night, the American Civil Liberties Union challenged the governmentâs claim that turning over photographic evidence of detainee abuse in Iraq would violate the Geneva Conventions.

Out of curiosity, what the phuque would the ACLU care about non-U.S. citizen combatants incarcerated on foreign soil??
