#2 In related news,Belgium will file charges against the Bush administration and the City of New York for failure to stop the looting at the UN headquarters.The Belgian Minister of JusticÃ©,Michel Wafflehed,described the US inaction as "a crime against humaniteÃ© and ze little puppies".The ministry declined further comment.

#3 You see? This is all our fault, because we established a precedent when our forces allowed looting to go unchecked in Baghdad. We're responsible for this, because we attacked Iraq without the moral legitimacy that would have been conferred by UN approval.
