Musing aloud, I wonder if these on-going festivities will result in innovative, non-lethal crowd control measures like low-yield fuel-air explosives that leave everyone with singed eyebrows and temporary hearing loss, or drones spraying harmless chemicals that make the targets smell like a French whorehouse for weeks.
