#4 John - The UN not having any power there is no governing thing to stop their failed state except the force of arms. The only strong states with forces in theater being India, USA and China.
The US is pretty busy. Kind of leaves China and India. In ways like NK is, Pakiwakiland is sort of China's bitch. So China would be the natural but we see how that works in NK and Burma so.. China and India - would dice help?

#5 The damage has already been done. All that remains is retribution against Pakistan for destabilizing the entire Middle East and ginning up attacks against the West. Their sins are manifold and egregious.
