#3 This is to undermine those two mosques that have been attacking the government recently for "sponsoring immorality." Implied, to the public, is that the government can do something about it, but the mosques are only hot air.

#4 I am waiting to see if a TV show comes out of this. Hidden Camera's and a spokesperson interviewing the poor sod who got caught visiting the brothel or gambling den.

Then as he runs out, they cuff him. Then they read him the appropriate chapter from the Quran or Hadith about out of marriage sex and gambling.
