A man carrying a package in Wigan, which is somewhere in the Manchester area, was arrested on suspicion of being connected to Abedi.

#6 Mosques should be held accountable. I'm not sure how but you tend to see the same Mosques connected to jihadists.

Yes, but apparently he used to be in the Al Qaeda-linked Libyan Islamic Fighting Group before he fled Khaddafy, which leads to a different perspective.. That call may have been one of the television interviews he was doing when the Tripoli authorities stopped by to pick him up.
