#1 If they don't even have the cash to fight old Abu Mazen, how the hell can they wage a "SUPER INTIFADA!!!!"(TM) On Israel and the rest of the middle east. And who else in the middle east would they even want to wage an intifada against anyway.

#11 I suspect Hamas can raise money more easily for attacking civilians in Israel than they can for paying "civil servant"(*) salaries. Especially if they're advertising a New and Improved SuperIntifada (with fresh lemon scent)!

(*)I'm guessing that the only civil servants of interest are the ones with AK47s. I wonder how many of them that comes to...the police are "dual use," and so are ambulance drivers. Who else?

As example, with a billion dollars, Abbas should be able to exterminate every single member of Hamas in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Systematically hunting them down and slaughtering them, indifferent to any complaint or resistance.

After this night of the long knives, he could just relax in the cat bird seat, and not only would his money be returned to him, plus interest, but he could get more than Arafat ever did.
