it was made clear the 1st 20+ Infected persons were ALL Chinese.

But no reports of C-19 related illnesses between Oct. 2019 to Nov. 16th, 2019 for any NON-Chinese.
No Country reported strangely infected military athletes or deaths. Other than the common 3rd world'ers with Malaria and a USA citizen with a Stomach Bug/Food Poisoning.
