Greek organizations will still be able to participate in certain events, such as community service projects and chapter meetings.

And the reason why?

The suspension was not based on a singular event but was sparked by concerns about fraternal culture both on the campus and nationally.

So as soon as the national culture improves, sufficiently, these local organizations can resume (most of) their full range of activities.

#7 Many Decades ago UT Austin sent all their reject profs to run UT Arlington. Since the UT Arlington has constantly gotten into trouble with the Accreditors. For example advertising courses that they really didn't have. With the change in appellate judges they could find their legal troubles this time will have painful consequences.

#8 Funny how many people take an intense dislike to ALL fraternities and Sororities based on the top houses on campus and not on ALL fraternities and sororities.
