#1 Good. Fight back with federalism. Eventually, we'll have to create two cultures with two different approaches to law and the Constitution. The Wokesters can live in NY or Cali and the normies will live in FL and the flyover states.

The issue of slavery appears to have been resolved, but many of the other issues regarding 'States Rights' and the Constitution remain simmering on back burners. Add to those new issues regarding the 2nd Amendment, abortion, and foreign entanglements.

#4 That this nation's LAWS can be ignored willy nilly is an absolute disgrace. I guess the term "checks and balances" we all learned in grade school is yet another empty phrase. The next Gibbon who writes about the decline and fall of the United States should have plenty of material.
