#3 FISA court bans involved officials from seeking surveillance applications? Well, throw me is the frigging briar patch. The FISA court is burning down and they are looking for a garden hose or fire-extinguisher?

People need to go to jail. If they can't respond in some meaningful way, they need to shut these courts down. Do we even need them?
