#3 But..but...but..Kyoto was suppose to cripple the United States economically. That's what you wanted when you exempted China and India. Well, you got the cripple part and now you're living with the consequences. Not fun is it? How about 'urging' the US to dump regulatory constraints to recovery, otherwise you're literally wasting time.
