#1 Noncritical to flight.

Unless your seat is right above that strike, then its tequila shot time.

How is this maintenance organized; is it the airline's responsibility to service and maintain the engine, or is that subbed out to a certified P&W inspection crew?

#2 lucky it didn't take out the hydraulics. Sure there are backup systems but lucky the gear was still down and other flight control surfaces were in place

#3 Low altitude engine failure with gear stuck up and enough fuel for Hawaii. Sounds exciting.
