#4 Yep. Entirely consistent. Non payment of taxes a la Daschle, Geithner, Killefer, Polis [husband], and non payment of bills. The late Queen of Mean, Leona Helmsley's statement to the effect that "Only the little people pay taxes" has been modified by these charlatans a little but essentially "taxes and bills are for everyone else including the next generation".

#5 The Democrats were spending to stimulate the Chicago economy. With the famous 1.5 multiplier the stimulus more than paid for itself with increased economic activity.

The DNC doesn't need to acually pay for the stimulus.
