#1 As Rove said in the WSJ, he's winging it. All of us who have ever been military or managers or executives saw this coming. He has zilch executive leadership experience much less even the ability. He is an angry but controlled radical leftist and anarchy is his driving force of leadership. More to come unfortunately.

#2 It really is amazing to watch Fox rant about this topic or that, then the next day see the White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs recant, "change," or shoot down the administration's trial baloons and positions. The clueless bastards! There could be no more appropriate illustration of amateurs teaching amateurs how to become amateurs.

#3 A vehicle miles tax is a perfect way to punish those red voting flyover states, where the grocery store is 50 miles from the ranch. But it is not particularly effective at motivating more efficient vehicles and reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emission, which is their alleged goal.
