#1 The result of favouring process over product. They signed on to Kyoto, but never even attempted to meet the goals they themselves set. They established a common currency, but the big countries refuse to live within the spending to income ratios they demanded. And so forth and so on.

I think that ultimately, it is what the European Enlightened Elites want : wane, cease to exist, get over with western civilization,...

This is on a "civilizational level", some kind of meta-consciousness, this continent is ripe with nihilism, all due to the trauma of WWI and the ongoing marxist subversion (first ennemy of marxism is nominately western civilization, the main obstacle to the achievemement of the utopia).

We euros already tried to bury western civilization with nazism and communism, all we got was this *massive*, paralyzing, emasculating guilt complex nurtured by the EEE about nazism (not communism, of course) to justify their illegitimate power over the masses... they just love dead jews killed by the nazis, they keep pushing our collective head into that dark past, obsessively, but at the same time, they consciously bankroll the present would-be genociders of Israel, since this same guilt is used to "nazify" the jews and justify antisemtism, disguized as antizionism.

Now, the progressives in charge of Europe, who have imposed their dead-end model (see birthrate about half-remplacment level everywhere in the developped world), the Frankfurt school nurtured neo-leftists who came to power in the 60-70's, have simply outsourced their suicide.
As I said, I believe in Eurabia, and while personal reasons for this one-sided "merging of civilizations" are more complex (first of all oil money and corruption IMHO, rivality with the anglosaxons, links with the muslim world, homosexual fascination for the superficial "virility" of the arab culture,...), on a collective level it all boils down to a self-hatred and a wish to fade away.

Perhaps I am too "intellectual" about it, mentalmasturbation is lmy only forte, but that's what I believe from my readings and my thoughts about it.
