Now Biden has eliminated every one of those EOs, and replaced them with his own dictates. This is a really disturbing trend.

Senator Mitch McConnell was willing to do the work for judges, and there was agreement to pick away at Obamacare if not to get rid of it altogether, so that is pretty much what happened. The first budget sent to President Trump, when the Republicans controlled both houses of Congress, was huge — containing everyone’s pork wishlist — after President Trump had sent them a budget proposal that actually cut spending.
