#1 I sure hope so. We all do. The legality is "absence of a mallace" will weigh heavy. Also it's pretty telling the MSM is refusing to cover the ass end of the story.

defendants have an easy case now to make in getting the venue changed (of course maybe McMurtry has an even better venue picked)
