#2 On second thought, HELL NO. Take care of Texas Taxpayers first. Let those Pennsylvanians rot in their own shithole states that they have created by voting in ~~Democrats~~ idiots. As for the Floridians, go back home, your state is doing fine, stop getting in line displacing Texans. Texans are paying the local and state taxes for local city, county and Texas state government to do the solid job they are doing. Coming to Texas is stealing from them.

#4 I agree, however, in my neighborhood, I see several 'out-of-state' car tags, but I think they live here. Just haven't properly registered their cars yet.

Maybe vaccine tourists, maybe recent transplants.
