#8 There were four sovereigns on the field of battle at Leipzig in 1814, Napoleon, Alexander I, Frederick William II, and Francis I.

Albert I personally led the Belgian Army during WWI, including supposedly from the front. Much propaganda was made of it, including the fact that his queen was a front-line nurse and his son and heir was a private in the trenches.

#9 QE II drove for, I think, the RAF during WW II as a teenager. She remarked she's the only one of the royals who knows how to change a tire. Her sons and grandsons have been downrange here and there.
