#2 Panama, Liberia, the Marshall Islands, and the Bahamas lead in flagged merchant fleets, and as such, are the only ones authorized to confiscate illegal goods? Sounds like new employment for Blackwater.

If it's a ship flying their flag. Liberia, for example, can't confiscate the cargo of a Panamanian-flagged ship.

Who the U.S. president is has nothing to do with it. Iran would have sent armaments in any case.

Maritime law is there for a reason. Sometimes it works against you, sometimes it works for you. But it also keeps it from becoming a free-for-all.
