#1 regardless of her political views, That Is One Brave Women! It is women like Salama al-Khafaji who will have the most impact on reshaping the political climate of the mideast.

#2 I hope the examples shown by a handful of brave Iraqi women like Salama will help shame some of the Iraqi men into displaying more bravery as well--primarily those INGs and police who are prone to run away at the first sign of confrontation.
