There is no electricity in Soledar thanks to Russians. If you look at some of the drones, they have those same cylinders attached. They are improvised explosive cylinders attached to kamikaze drones. Lightweight and packs a lot of explosives. Works great for blowing up Russian invaders in their trenches.
