#1 Mr. Totten is always worth reading. I disagree with this bit, though:

It seems to me that House of Saud pushes back hard against Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood -- and now ISIS -- at home, while financing ISIS and Al Qaeda, among many others, abroad. And Arabia's sons are still flowing abroad in significant numbers to partake in jihad that is forbidden at home.
