#2 the F-4 was top of the line in the 1970s

most everyone but Iran has ended use of these except for training and testing

Iran was reported to have used the F-4 a few times in Iraq (against ISIS) back in 2014 when it looked like ISIS might surround Baghdad

#6 Where do get spare parts?

Some F-4 avionics came in some years ago via roundabout ways from Israeli suppliers. Probably with a few, extra, 'unnecessary' circuits
