The Iranians are exploratory aggressors.

They tested the coalition in Iraq and concluded that asymmetrical war was a safe option.

Their conclusion was correct. Iran prevailed in Iraq. The Bush administration was discredited, which led to the election of Obama who in turn enabled Iran's nuclear triumph.

What are they preparing this time? Is it the official nuclear breakout?

#6 I cannot believe that riverine boats cannot handle 72F to 80F water in the area. However, bad or dirty fuel can kill an engine quickly.
