#2 Yeah the turret is relatively well protected, but the BMP-2 chassis is still pretty vulnerable.

They were more designed for urban use, like to hold off angry mobs and 7th floor shooters.

#4 8 disposable drones carrying RPGs seem like a more viable option. Maybe you can repurpose the BMP for use in a salt mine.
