#3  Under Biden Al Qaeda terrorists are now back in the US.

Four hostages are being held inside a Colleyville, Texas synagogue today. Hostage taker is demanding the release of Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani neuroscientist suspected of having ties to al-Qaeda, who was convicted of trying to kill U.S. military officers while in custody in Afghanistan. Siddiqui is in federal prison in Texas.

[FortWorthStarTelegram] Colleyville synagogue held hostage during livestreamed service; police negotiating with man

Authorities northeast of Fort Worth were negotiating with a man Saturday who took people hostage at a Colleyville synagogue during services. The FBI and Texas Department of Public Safety are at the scene, CNN reported, quoting a Colleyville police sergeant who said no injuries have been reported.

A source on the scene told ABC News that an armed suspect took a rabbi and three others hostage and claims to have bombs in unknown locations.

The source told ABC that the suspect’s sister is a known terrorist who is incarcerated at Federal Medical Center Carswell, a women's prison in Fort Worth, and he is demanding that his sister be freed from prison. According to ABC, the FBI is trying to confirm that the hostage taker's sister is Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani woman who is imprisoned on charges related to the attempted murder and assault of United States officers and employees in Afghanistan in 2008.

1 hostage released from Colleyville synagogue; rabbi among 3 still held inside; negotiations continue

Law enforcement had visuals on the hostage taker and were both comparing it with photos of her brother and using it against their own databases, according to a source familiar with the investigation.

“Some of you asked about security. President Russ Schultz and I want to assure you that all of our Tarrant County Jewish Congregations work closely with the Jewish Federation, local police departments, the Department of Homeland Security and a host of other professional groups to constantly evaluate our security procedures,” the email said. “Following what we pray is a safe resolution, those groups will certainly meet and learn from this situation for the future.”

Jawaid Alam, president of the Islamic Center of Southlake, told the Star-Telegram that Cytron-Walker is a personal friend and a friend of the Muslim community who has promoted peace and cooperation across faiths.

“He is a peace loving person, a Rabbi and Jewish leader, but a true friend of the Muslim community,” Alam said. “He and his family are considered part of the Muslim community, and he considers us part of the Jewish community.”

Authorities in hours-long standoff at Colleyville synagogue, no injuries reported
See also the Ft Worth Star-Telegram’s report here, courtesy of Bubba Lover of the Faeries8843.
[Dallas Morning News] COLLEYVILLE — Authorities were negotiating Saturday afternoon with a man who appeared to have taken hostages inside a synagogue.

It’s unclear how many people are inside the building or whether anyone is armed, Colleyville Police Sgt. Dara Nelson said. No injuries have been reported, she said.

Police said on Twitter around 11:30 a.m. that they were "conducting SWAT operations" in the 6100 block of Pleasant Run Road, the site of Congregation Beth Israel. The situation was ongoing as of 4:30 p.m.

All residents in the immediate area were being evacuated, and police asked people to avoid the area.

Nelson said negotiators made contact with somebody inside the synagogue who they believe is a suspect. Authorities don’t believe there is a threat to the general public.

Nelson said "we know there’s a subject inside and other people inside with him," but stopped short of describing it as a hostage situation.
Update at 7:35 p.m.:
Shortly after 5 p.m., authorities were seen bringing a man wearing a robe and a black yarmulke out of the building.

The Council on American Islamic Relation further condemned Saturday’s incident. Edward Ahmed Mitchell, the organization’s national deputy director, called the situation “an unacceptable act of evil” and said “no cause can justify or excuse this crime.”

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson said Dallas police would have additional patrols at synagogues and other sites in the city, adding that officials were working with the Jewish Federation to monitor any threats.

Police in New York and Los Angeles also were increasing patrols at synagogues.

In the past, CAIR has called for Siddiqui’s release, with the executive director of CAIR-Dallas, Faizan Syed, saying in November that her sentence was unjust.

Siddiqui’s lawyer, Marwa Elbially, called her “one of the greatest victims of the so-called ‘war on terror’ kidnapping program that saw hundreds of innocent people kidnapped and held in U.S.-funded detention around the world.”

CAIR issued a statement with an attorney representing Siddiqui’s brother’s that said the person inside the synagogue was not related to Siddiqui and called for him to surrender.

“This assailant has nothing to do with Dr. Aafia, her family or the global campaign to get justice for Dr. Aafia,” John Floyd, the organization’s board chair, said in a written statement. “We want the assailant to know that his actions are wicked and directly undermine those of us who are seeking justice for Dr. Aafia.”

CNN is liveblogging here. Latest:
The suspect in the Texas synagogue hostage situation spoke with a New York City rabbi today
The FBI interviewed a New York City-based rabbi who spoke to the suspect in the Texas synagogue hostage situation earlier today.

The rabbi of Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas — who is among the four people being held hostage — called the rabbi in New York City at the request of the hostage taker.

She is a well-known rabbi who has no connection to the hostage taker. According to the official, the hostage taker told the rabbi that Aafia Siddiqui was framed and that they want her released.

The Post Millennial adds:
UPDATE 6:10 p.m. EST: Lawyer confirms Aafia Siddiqui's brother is not the suspect inside the Synagogue.

The Daily Mail is also following the story, and names the brother as Muhammad Siddiqui, who is listed as an architect in Houston.

Africa Subsaharan
In distant Timbuktu
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin

[ColonelCassad] IWN reports that according to the Malian military, employees of the Wagner PMC have already settled in the former French military base in Timbuktu, from where the French were driven at the end of 2021. The base in Timbuktu will become the center for providing training by PMCs to the military personnel of the Malian army. It is also stated that the army of Mali will receive several Mi-17 helicopters and other military equipment as military support.

The Wagner deployment comes amid French tantrums and complaints that France is being effectively kicked out of a country it considered part of its sphere of influence. Hence the sanctions against the government of Mali through the EU and some African states dependent on France.

The military government that came to power after the coup explicitly states that Mali is fighting for national sovereignty and against French neo-colonialism. Calls for a boycott of all French goods and companies are spreading throughout the country.

Having got rid of the French colonial oppression, Mali will become a free country! Colonel Utkin will see to this.

A huge rally was held in Bomako just now in support of the military government and against French colonial aggression.

In addition, Sweden also announced the withdrawal of its troops from Mali.

France's attempts to raise the issue of Mali at the level of the UN Security Council were blocked by Russia and China.

In total, up to 500 armed people at the right time in the right place, and these are such wonderful consequences.

The decolonization movement in the French neo-colonial sphere of influence is bound to become contagious. After the Central African Republic and Mali, the next country liberated from French oppression could be Niger or Burkina Faso ..

DeSantis: Kavanaugh and Roberts lacked ‘backbone' on vaccine mandate
[NY Post] Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said Supreme Court justices John Roberts and Brian Kavanaugh lacked "backbone" for not striking down the Biden administration’s health care worker vaccine mandate.

In two decisions Thursday, the nation’s top court struck down the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large businesses, but upheld its mandate for most healthcare workers.

Roberts and Kavanaugh sided with the court’s liberal justices, upholding the the health care-worker vaccine mandate, five to four.

"Honestly, Roberts and Kavanaugh did not have a backbone on that decision. That’s just the bottom line," DeSantis said on an episode of the right-leaning podcast Ruthless.

DeSantis has said Florida will not enforce the healthcare-worker vaccine mandate, which he believes would sideline nurses who have natural immunity to COVID-19.
The Supreme Court ruled against the Biden administration's vaccine mandate for large businesses, but upheld the mandate for healthcare workers.

"In other states they fired nurses who are not vaccinated. Many of them have natural immunity from prior infections. So they’re actually bringing back to work nurses who are COVID-positive. They are vaccinated but we know that’s not stopping it ... Meanwhile the unvaccinated, likely immune from prior infection, healthy nurses are on the sidelines, fired?" DeSantis said.
DeSantis claimed that Kavanaugh and Roberts "did not have a backbone on that decision."

DeSantis also fired a shot at the president’s chief medical advisor, Anthony Fauci, who initially denied to Congress that the National Institutes of Health had funded gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses in Wuhan, China, before later admitting and defending it.

"Fauci funded them at the Wuhan lab and he lied about it. And why is he not being prosecuted for lying to Congress?" DeSantis asked.

NH Tries to Remove Son because Daddy Gave Him Ivermectin
[Epoch Times] One of New Hampshire’s leading political conservatives is fighting to keep his children from the state’s child protection services agency after giving his 13-year-old son ivermectin.

JR Hoell is the founder of ReOpen NH, an activist group that criticizes COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Hoell, who has also led public education reform efforts and promotes Second Amendment and homeschooling rights, told The Epoch Times that the New Hampshire Division of Children Youth and Family (DCYF) showed up at his doorstep on the night of Dec. 9 with an emergency ex parte order to take custody of his son.

"I want to go on the record as calling the DCYF a terrorist organization," Hoell told The Epoch Times, "they have no grounds to seek removal of my son from his home."

The emergency order, a copy of which was provided to The Epoch Times, claimed the teen "was at risk of coma or death due to the amount of ivermectin administered to him."

At that point in time, it had been nearly two weeks since his son had taken any ivermectin, according to Hoell. The entire family used pharmacy-grade Ivermectin he ordered online from an international company to treat COVID back in November.

It was a nurse practitioner named "Karen" who saw Hoell’s son for a routine follow-up exam on the morning of Dec. 9 that called the DCYF on Hoell.
And DCYF went into overdrive after that.

#4  Latest sales pitch I heard for shotting kids, is that kids who Catch The Covid! are more likely to contract diabetes.

Not, you know, sitting on their ass two+ years, gaining 30-50 pounds, and eating is the only escape from the constant harassment and doom messaging.

But yeah. Tested positive for maybe Covid. That caused the diabetes.
Posted by: swksvolFF || 01/15/2022 14:18 Comments || Top||

#5  ^ Again, an untestable assertion at this point. Do they have a kid who had COVID and developed diabetes? Some kids do. So, they may have a correlation at this point. No no proof of causation at all.

Next up: COVID prevents Listerine from killing the germs that cause bad breath. And I'm not joking.

Posted by: M. Murcek || 01/15/2022 14:29 Comments || Top||

#8  True, kids and otherwise healthy people have and will develop diabetes.

There are those who are susceptible who would never know they were unless they gained 30lbs with a bad diet.

Saw a report around 56 weeks into 2 weeks which noted that Americans, on average, gained 30lbs over that year. I need some help wrapping my head around that, because we didn't house arrest, but I remember the Freshman 15, where college freshmen who gave up any activity other than getting to and from class would gain, on average, 15 lbs. And they did.

I can see how people sitting around the house with nothing to do but computer and eat make themselves susceptible to a number of health problems.

Ten year old doesn't need 30lbs to be overweight, more like 10 or 15, and we all know once that snowball starts rolling down the hill it is tough to stop it, especially if exercise is removed from the remedy.
Posted by: swksvolFF || 01/15/2022 15:11 Comments || Top||

#9  My gut though, considered where I heard the pitch, is that there will be an attempt to blame health, and mental, conditions the children have developed on not getting the shots, because those who have got the shots "do not get as severe of symptoms".

Gotta get those moms scared again, especially the hold-outs.

Goodbye ‘godsend': Expiration of child tax credits hits home
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — For the first time in half a year, families on Friday are going without a monthly deposit from the child tax credit — a program that was intended to be part of President Joe Biden’s legacy but has emerged instead as a flash point over who is worthy of government support.

Retiree Andy Roberts, from St. Albans, West Virginia, relied on the checks to help raise his two young grandchildren, whom he and his wife adopted because the birth parents are recovering from drug addiction.

The Robertses are now out $550 a month. That money helped pay for Girl Scouts, ballet and acting lessons and kids’ shoes, which Roberts noted are more expensive than adult shoes. The tax credit, he said, was a "godsend."

"It’ll make you tighten up your belt, if you’ve got anything to tighten," Roberts said about losing the payments.

#2  Don't people realise the payments weren't free - they were a loan against your child tax credits.

Ray Epps was ‘Present’ at January 6 Riot
[Epoch Times] The attorney for Capitol Hill protest participant Ray Epps, former FBI agent John Blischak, told The Epoch Times on Jan. 12 that his client has been interviewed by federal law enforcers and "unequivocally, he is not an FBI informant."
"agent, yes, but not an informant"
"He was interviewed by the FBI in Arizona," he said. "I was present during that interview, and unequivocally, he is not an FBI informant."

Asked whether Epps is an asset for any government agency—law enforcement, intelligence, or otherwise—Blischak said, "Not to my knowledge."
Maybe he was just a run-of-the-mill Agent Provocateur.

Finally, several countries have recorded an unexplained excess mortality in the wake of covid mass vaccination campaigns.

This was first noticed in Israel in the spring of 2021 (in parallel to a “murky wave of heart attacks”). Over the summer, Britain recorded several thousand non-covid excess deaths, mainly due to cardiovascular events. Moreover, Britain recorded excess deaths in adolescent males, but not females, in parallel to the vaccination campaign in this age group (see next chart).

Since September, Germany has been recording an unexplained and unprecedented non-covid excess mortality of several thousand people.

More recently, Spain has been reporting a similar unexplained excess mortality. In Switzerland, using mainly the high-dosed Moderna vaccine, a significant non-covid excess mortality has been recorded in parallel to the ongoing booster campaign.

Government Corruption
Nancy Pelosi's Son Has Suspicious Ties To 5 Companies That Were Investigated By Feds
[The Federalist] Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s son is linked to criminal-run companies which had multiple near-misses with the law, according to a new report.

While Paul Pelosi Jr. has never been charged with crimes, a new report from The Daily Mail suggests that he has ties to or worked for at least five companies that were investigated by federal prosecutors for various fraud and scamming schemes.
Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three Five times is enemy action corruption on a Pelosi-level
Shortly after his mom assumed the role of Speaker of the House in 2007, Pelosi Jr. took a six-figure position at InfoUSA. The company was run by Vinod Gupta, a notable Democrat donor who was under investigation for allegedly selling consumers’ data to criminals who used it to scam vulnerable populations such as senior citizens. Even though the Iowa attorney general suggested that InfoUSA employees knew they were selling to alleged scammers, neither Gupta nor his company was charged.

Two years later, Pelosi Jr. assumed the presidency of Natural Blue Resources, an environmental company, after convicted fraudsters James Cohen and Joseph Corazzi recruited him so they could "personally profit from the company without disclosing their past brushes with the law to investors."

In Hunter Biden-esque fashion, Pelosi Jr. became vice president of biofuel company FOGFuels in 2013, just one month after the Securities and Exchange Commission filed charges against FOGFuels and founder Paul Marshall. According to the Daily Mail, Pelosi Jr. "left the FOGFuels position off his LinkedIn resume completely."

In 2014, he became the independent director of Targeted Medical Pharma, and left the company seven months later. Shortly afterward, the company was accused of conducting unauthorized trials by the Food and Drug Administration. The company was eventually cleared of wrongdoing.

Hospital System Backs Off Race-Based Treatment Policy After Legal Threat
[Free Beacon] One of the largest hospital systems in the United States gave race more weight than diabetes, obesity, asthma, and hypertension combined in its allocation scheme for COVID treatments, only to reverse the policy after threats of legal action.

SSM Health, a Catholic health system that operates 23 hospitals across Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin, began using the scoring system last year to allocate scarce doses of Regeneron, the antibody cocktail that President Donald Trump credited for his recovery from COVID-19. A patient must score at least 20 points to qualify for the drug. The rubric gives three points to patients with diabetes, one for obesity, one for asthma, and one for hypertension, for a total of six points. Identifying as "Non-White or Hispanic" race, on the other hand, nets a patient seven points, regardless of age or underlying conditions.

In a Dec. 30 email to physicians, the health system said it would use the same rubric for Sotrovimab, a monoclonal antibody treatment that has proven effective against the now-dominant Omicron variant.

SNIDE SARCASM SWITCH ON

Published: Jan 12, 2022
In looking at the C-19/22 VAX Racial Demographics we quickly find... as of this week, federal data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) show that 74.4% of the total population in the United States have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

... However, over the course of the US vaccination rollout, Black and Hispanic people have been the less likely (than their White counterparts) to receive a VAX..

So if it clear certain Racial Groups are dodging the VAX and the Socialist Democrat Liberals and Uncle Joe demands "Social VAX Justice"?

Shouldn't those Groups be focused on to make it equal??

Or are we looking at the usual Socialist-Democrat dual application standard again?

2. 44% of Democrats hold an unfavorable view of capitalism, compared to 31% who view socialism negatively.

3. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York self admitted SD.

4. Is it the GOP or the DNC pushing 75%++ Taxation, social realignment and a monthly socialist style paycheck?.

5.Of course the SD's in office must not be SD's just play actors. US Socialist Democrat Elected Officials

6. Gov. Social assistance eg.... 40++ million Americans benefited from SNAP, with over $57.1 billion spent.

7. OBAMA-CARE

8. August 13, 2018 GALLUP Poll
Democrats More Positive About Socialism Than Capitalism.

9. The Democrat Leadership Unwillingness to Condemn Anarchy and Violence in over 20 Riots in the last 2 years. In fact many DC leadership expressed their "understanding" and support of the PORTLAND, SEATTLE, etc... Rioters, looters. BUT immediately condemn any Bill Of Rights protesters.

10. Defunding the Police so the rioters can steal and & burn wealthier areas, does not sound like PRO-USA, it sound like Socialist anarchy.

11. Ok what drives the BLM and Antifa rioters/looters? Even their leadership openly support Socialism and communism and Redistribute of Private Property.

There is likely another 50+ easy example, but I feel I have open the curtain on this enough.

Islamic Raiders Kill 28 Christians in South Sudan
[Breitbart] Islamist holy warriors raided the Christian community of Yinh Pabol in South Sudan, killing at least 28 residents and torching 57 houses in early January, the Barnabas Fund reported this week.

Bishop Joseph Mamer Manot of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan (ECSS) said that the attack caused "massive displacement," adding that "the humanitarian situation is alarming as food and other property have been burned down into ashes, leaving survivors with no shelters, no food and no safe drinking water."

In its report, the Barnabas Fund said the attack is the latest example of violent mostly peaceful assaults on South Sudanese Christians by Moslem Massiriya rustics from the Republic of Sudan, along the disputed border separating the two countries.
They sound like the Janjaweed we used to read about so regularly in Darfur, but they’re from more northerly herding tribes whose chosen target was fellow Muslims of a darker shade rather than Christians of a darker shade.
South Sudan’s Eye radio similarly reported that four separate violent mostly peaceful incursions in South Sudan by armed Sudanese Massiriya rustics occurred in early January, leaving more than 20 people dead in Aweil East County.

On Tuesday of this week, the government of Northern Bahr el Ghazal State, where the attack occurred, ordered all county commissioners in the state to mobilize assistance for the victims of the Yinh Pabol attack.

In an effort to stem further violence, the state government also suspended traffic this week on the Aweil-Mairem commercial corridor that links Sudan to South Sudan.

The state security adviser, Joseph Akook Aleu, said Monday that the state government decided to close the road to Sudan because of the ongoing attacks and killing of civilians.

"Yes, the commercial road is already suspended and there are no movements at the moment except on the Kiir Adem-Abu Matariq road," Akook said.

[KavkazUzel] A native of Kabardino-Balkaria, who was put on the wanted list in 2014 for participating in an illegal armed formation on the territory of a foreign state, is suspected of recruiting five residents of the republic into the international terrorist organization Islamic State.

According to the investigation, in 2017, while in Syria, the suspect persuaded five residents of Kabardino-Balkaria to leave for Syria and join the organization through instant messengers. A criminal case has been opened on recruitment, the ICR department for Kabardino-Balkaria announced today.

Five men who, succumbing to persuasion, voluntarily arrived in Syria and joined a terrorist organization, are being investigated for their participation in the activities of a terrorist organization, according to a statement on the agency's website.

Wherever the dems are trying to flood the zone with illegals, eject them into blue areas. As blue states are mainly seeing an outflow of population, they should welcome it. New Chief of Indonesia’s Largest Islamic Group Seeks to Reform Orthodox Doctrines
[BenarNews] The new leader of Indonesia’s largest Moslem organization is calling for the reform of orthodox Islamic doctrines which, he says, are incompatible with modern realities in the 21st century.

A tradition of tolerance that Moslems across the Indonesian archipelago have practiced for centuries could be an antidote for religious extremism and contribute to global peace, according to Yahya Cholil Staquf, the chairman of Nahdlatul Ulama.

"We will continue our efforts to strengthen Islamic civilization, which has grown and developed in Indonesia for a long time and has been proven up to now to be able to maintain a harmonious socio-cultural order, despite diversity," Yahya told BenarNews during an interview after being elected as the new chief of NU in late December.

#10  Psaki cites that 57% of people support vaccine requirements. Well, a majority of Germans supported laws against Jews, which initially focused on limiting the participation of Jews in German public life, then increased the segregation of Jews ultimately requiring Jews to identify themselves in ways that would permanently separate them from the rest of the population.

Biden plans executive action on police reform to revive stalled issue
[NBCNEWS] President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S., who gives the term geriatric a bad name. He blames Afghans for losing Afghanistan....
plans to sign executive actions on police reform as early as this month, three people familiar with the plans said, as his administration seeks to unilaterally jump-start an issue that is a top priority for a key constituency.

The executive actions would follow Biden’s uphill battle to advance voting rights legislation, and they could coincide with a similar effort by some Democratic politicians to revive the St. George Floyd
...the patron saint of Minneapolis, a sterling example for our children and indeed for us all. St. George was martyed by the Devil's agents in blue while standing on a street corner preaching tolerance and racial justice or something like that...
Justice in Policing Act, which stalled on Capitol Hill after attempts to craft a bipartisan measure failed.

The focus on police reforms is part of what appears to be a last-ditch effort by the Biden administration, the same old faces in slightly different places, the same old ideas, the same old graft
...the pack of self-imagined masterminds of strategy and intrigue at the service of the Biden Crime Family and a grateful nation...
to take action on some of Biden's signature initiatives in the run-up to his State of the Union Address on March 1. In addition to voting rights and policing, the White House and congressional Democrats are considering ways to resurrect Biden's Build Back Better package, either by paring the legislation or separating it into two bills, three sources familiar with the discussions said.

Two men detained in Italy over Milan new year sexual assaults
Naming two of the s3x jihaders mentioned in this story from a few days ago.
[THEGUARDIAN] Italian police have detained two men accused of involvement in a series of sexual assaults during New Year’s Eve celebrations in Milan. Abdallah Bouguedra, 21, and Abdelrahman Ahmed Mahmoud Ibrahim, 18, are accused of "serious sexual assault accompanied by the robbery of mobile phones and handbags", Milan’s acting prosecutor, Riccardo Targetti said.

The pair have been held in jug as there is a "concrete danger" of them trying to escape, given the serious allegations against them, Targetti added.

They are alleged to have been among a gang who sexually assaulted at least nine women during during celebrations in front of Milan’s cathedral on Piazza del Duomo. Ibrahim’s lawyer said his client had told police he was at the square but denied any involvement.

Police raided the homes of 18 suspects, including three under the age of 18, on Tuesday. Twelve people are currently being investigated. Police said the suspects are foreign or Italian of north African origin.

The case prompted comparisons with the mass sexual attacks and muggings that took place in the German city of Cologne
...the largest city in North Rhine-Westphalia and the fourth populated city in Germany....
on New Year’s Eve in 2015-16.

Several women, including two Germans who had been visiting Milan, came forward with their reports in the days after New Year’s Eve, with the number rising to nine by Tuesday. Police believe more women were assaulted.

The women shared similar stories of being dragged into the crowd, shoved and groped during the fireworks display. A 19-year-old woman alleged that she was set upon by a gang of youths at about 1.30am and attacked for about a minute before help arrived. Her friend managed to get away.

A Milan investigator told Corriere della Sera that the women were "passed around like rag dolls" and in one incident "one [suspect] held the victim while the other abused her".

The two German women said they were pushed up against barriers and sexually assaulted. They filed their reports after returning to Germany.

One young woman suffered scrapes when her jumper was torn and trousers pulled down. She was taken to hospital by police for examination. Another was attacked on a street close to the square.

Police identified the suspects based on CCTV images, the accounts of the victims and witnesses, as well as via the analysis of social media posts.

Milan’s mayor, Giuseppe "Beppe" Sala, has apologised to the women, "also on behalf of the city".

Dialogue Boycotters Hit Back at Aoun, Call Him 'Disruption Expert'
[An Nahar] Democratic Gathering Bloc MP Hadi Abou El-Hassan, said that President Michel Aoun
...president of Leb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah...
instead of "lecturing" the dialogue boycotters, should have addressed "his ally," which is "the main party disrupting the country."He added that "the one who had disrupted the country for 9 years out of his 16 years of management, shouldn’t accuse people of arrogance and of disrupting dialogue."

Aoun on Thursday had lashed out at those who announced their boycott of his proposed national dialogue conference, holding them responsible for the continued paralysis of the country, which triggered the dialogue boycotters to strike back accusing the FPM and its ally Hizbullah
...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory...
of disrupting the country.

The media advisor of ex-PM Saad Hariri
...Second son of Rafik Hariri, the Leb PM who was assassinated in 2005. He has was prime minister in his own right from 2009 through early 2011. He was born in Riyadh to an Iraqi mother and graduated from Georgetown University. He managed his father's business interests in Riyadh until his father's assassination. When his father died he inherited a fortune of some $4.1 billion, which won't do him much good if Hizbullah has him bumped off, too....
said that the presidency is "the godfather of disruption" and that it had disrupted the government for years.

Lebanese Forces

MP Anis Nassar joined the Progressive Socialist Party and al-Mustaqbal

Movement in hitting back at Aoun.

He told al-Anbaa news portal that the President is "an expert in disruption," as he had in the past disrupted the government for six months "to make his son-in-law Jebran Bassil a minister."

He added that Aoun had disrupted the presidential elections for two years and a half to secure his appointment as a president, and had also prevented the government from making reforms after the elections because of a bickering between Bassil and the Prime Minister at the time.

Nassar went on to say that "the call for dialogue came too late, now that the country is at its last breath."

Cyber
PayPal faces lawsuit for freezing customer accounts and (stealing) funds
[YahooFinance] Three PayPal users who've allegedly had their accounts frozen and funds taken by the company without explanation have filed a federal lawsuit against the online payment service. The plaintiffs — two users from California and one from Chicago — are accusing the company of unlawfully seizing their personal property and violating racketeering laws. They're now proposing a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all other users who've had their accounts frozen before and are seeking restitution, as well as punitive and exemplary damages.

Lena Evans, one of the plaintiffs who'd been a PayPal user for 22 years, said the website seized $26,984 from her account six months after it got frozen without ever telling her why. Evans had been using PayPal to buy and sell clothing on eBay, to exchange money for a poker league she owns and for a non-profit that helps women with various needs.

Fellow plaintiff Roni Shemtov said PayPal seized over $42,000 of her money and never got an acceptable reason for why her account was terminated. She received several different explanations when she contacted the company: One customer rep said it was because she used the same IP and computer as other Paypal users, while another said it was because she sold yoga clothing at 20 to 30 percent lower than retail. Yet another representative allegedly said it was because she used multiple accounts, which she denies.

Shbadan Akylbekov, the third plaintiff, said PayPal seized over $172,000 of his money without giving him any explanation why the account got limited in the first place. Akylbekov used the account of a company his wife owns to sell Hyaluron pens, which are needle-less pens that inject hyaluronic acid into the skin. After the money disappeared from the account following a six-month freeze, PayPal allegedly sent his wife a letter that says she "violated PayPal's User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) by accepting payments for the sale of injectable fillers not approved by the FDA." It also said that the money was taken from her account "for its liquidated damages arising from those AUP violations pursuant to the User Agreement."

PayPal has long angered many a user for limiting accounts and freezing their funds for six months or more. One high-profile case was American poker player Chris Moneymaker's who had $12,000 taken from his account after six months of being limited. Moneymaker was already in the process of asking people to join him in a class action lawsuit before his funds were "mysteriously returned."

Libyan Army Launches Military Operation in South, Chadian rebels to withdraw
[LIBYAREVIEW] The Libyan National Army (LNA) has begun "a wide and comprehensive military operation in the south of the country to impose security, the Commander of Southern Operations and the Sebha Military Region, Major General al-Mabrouk Sahban said. The Libyan Commander added that, the first phase of the military operation will target all violators participating in random construction, drug trafficking, smuggling, illegal immigration, and gangs.

The second phase is set to target illegal fuel stations, which distribute smuggled fuel at exorbitant prices. The phase will not start until fuel is available at all stations licensed by the Libyan state.

"Distributing fuel to the Sebha oil depot is unfair due to the lack of adequate control over the distribution stations. This is in addition to the manipulation of distribution stations by several parties," Sahban said. He stressed that there are efforts by the LNA aimed at delivering fuel to all Libyans.

In an interview with al-Ain News, he added that they are showing great interest in the Murzuq Basin. As several meetings have been held for a comprehensive settlement between the parties of the city.

On Thursday, the Libyan Army announced that it has closed its southern borders with Chad and Sudan until further notice, according to the Subul al-Salam Brigade.

The brigade called on vehicle and truck drivers to abide by this decision, "to preserve their safety at the present time."

On Wednesday, Kingabe Ogouzeimi de Tapol, a Spokesman for the Front for Change and Concord in Chad (FACT), said that many Chadian rebels are still present in Libya.

In an interview with the Italian news agency, Nova, De Tapol said that "they understand the need to return. In the past, we were in Libya to fight ISIS, but today we know that we must go back to our country."

He expressed his regret that elections were not held in Libya.

According to Nova, many Chadian rebels remain in Libya, as they are threatened by the government, and are unable to return to Chad.

De Tabol stressed that Chadian forces of Evil "are not present in Libya to support one party against another."

Last week, Egyptian President, Abdel-Fatah El-Sisi met with the head of the Transitional Military Council of Chad, Mohammed Idris Deby in Cairo. They discussed the political and security situation in Libya, and its repercussions on regional security and stability.

They agreed on the need for the political process in Libya, to include a clear mechanism for the withdrawal of all mercenaries and foreign forces from the country. They also stressed the need to ensure that weapons and military equipment belonging to mercenaries, are not smuggled into neighbouring states.

On 28 August, Deputy Head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Musa al-Koni visited Chad, and agreed with Deby on the need to withdraw Chadian forces from Libyan territory.

Al-Koni and Deby agreed that "the continued presence of those fighters in southern Libya poses a threat and danger to the security and stability of Libya, as it is a threat to the security and stability of Chad."

The two sides called for "the necessity of activating the quadripartite security agreement that was signed between Chad, Libya, Niger, and Sudan."

Boko Haram Terrorists Ban Movement Of Farm Produce With Trucks In Niger State
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

West Africa Province (ISWAP), formerly known as Jamā'at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da'wah wa'l-Jihād have banned transportation of farm produce with trucks in Bana, Kwapaena, Unguwan Madaki, Koppa and Kurebe communities in the Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.

According to FIJ, the jihadists also collect levies to grant farmers access to their farms.

"They would extort millions of naira from us with an agreement that they would not encroach on our farms again but they would come back. This always comes when the farmers want to cultivate.

"They would divide our farm produce and give us little to take home. Let us say out of 100 bags of maize, the gun-wielding fighters may decide to give the owner 20 bags after strenuous negotiations," a source disclosed.

The terrorists, who were against the use of trucks to transport farm produce, called it greed.

"Don’t be greedy. Come with your cycle of violences, not a four-wheel vehicle to get the portion of your crops," some villagers quoted the criminals to have said.

A resident of Bana said the terrorists’ statement is law. "We dare not go to our farms with a lorry for cultivation," he said.

The state governor, Abubakar Bello, in statement on Thursday said the situation could trigger food scarcity.

"The worrisome part of the security challenges is the inability of the farmers to harvest their farm produce, which may likely trigger food scarcity in the state. We are worried by the nefarious activities of these terrorists. Desperation has been noticed among them as a result of the onslaught of security agents, which has made them target unsuspecting rural inhabitants.," the governor had said.

-Lurid Crime Tales-
Judge to decide if Wisconsin parade suspect will stand trial for murder
[KOMONEWS] A judge is set to decide Friday whether a Milwaukee man accused of plowing his SUV through a Christmas parade, killing six people and injuring dozens more, will stand trial for murder.

Darrell Brooks
...racist would-be rapper, actual wife beater and career criminal, responsible for the Waukesha Christmas parade massacre...
Jr. is set to appear in Waukesha County court before Judge Michael Bohren for a preliminary hearing. Such hearings, when the judge decides whether there's enough evidence to hold a defendant for trial, are usually a formality but can shed light on defense and prosecution strategies.

According to the criminal complaint, Brooks drove his mother's maroon Ford Escape into the parade in downtown Waukesha on Nov. 21. He kept going despite coppers' demands to stop, with some officers telling Sherlocks it appeared the driver was trying to intentionally hit people and "citizen witnesses" telling detectives the SUV never slowed down.

Some of the people he hit flew up onto the hood of the Escape; at one point Brooks had to lean out the driver's window to steer because a person had landed on the windshield, according to the complaint.

Six people were killed and dozens more injured. District Attorney Susan Opper charged Brooks with six counts of first-degree intentional homicide a few days later. He would face life in prison if he's convicted on even one count. Opper this week added scores of additional charges, including reckless endangerment, hit-and-run involving death, bail jumping and battery.

Any possible motives remain unknown. Court documents filed Wednesday allege Brooks beat the mother of his child minutes before driving into the parade because she refused to bail him out of jail after he was arrested for allegedly running her over with the same vehicle earlier in November.

Brooks' attorney, public defender Anna Kees, suggested that Brooks was high during the incident, noting that officers who arrested him noticed he smelled of marijuana and his eyes were red and glassy.

She maintained that he couldn't turn off the parade route because the side streets were barricaded and full of spectators. She noted, too, that he told detectives that he didn't mean to kill anyone and couldn't bring himself to look when detectives showed him photos of the carnage.

Opper countered that all Brooks had to do was stop the vehicle and even if he was high on marijuana he still committed multiple crimes.

Boko Haram Attacks Nigerian Police Training School, Abducts Instructors
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

Members of the deadly Boko Haram terrorist sect, on Thursday, invaded the police mobile training school in the Limankara Gwoza local government area of Borno State abducting many people in the process.

According to Punch, the kidnappers left with an unspecified number of mobile policemen.

The training school is located twenty-five kilometres from Gwoza town, the hometown of Senator Ali Ndume, the Chairman Senate Committee on Army. It is a border town between Borno and Madagali LGA of Adamawa State.

The insurgent fighters reportedly attacked the training school on Thursday night with gun trucks and shot sporadically into the air before kidnapping the mobile police instructors.

The attack is coming seven days after the terrorists attempted to infiltrate the Nigerian Army base in Gwoza in which they were successfully repelled by men of the Nigerian army.

According to Zulum, Boko Haram terrorists now celebrate wedding ceremonies and collect taxes from some communities without confrontation by the military.

It maintains close ties with international Mohammedan groups such as the Moslem Brotherhood. the Taliban, and al-Qaeda. The Jamaat's objectives are the establishment of a pure Islamic state, governed by Sharia law. It is distinguished by its xenophobia, and its opposition to Westernization, capitalism, socialism, secularism, and liberalist social mores...
(JI), Sirajul Haq
...current head of the Pak Jamaat-e-Islami. Siraj was born in 1962 and entered politics shortly after that...
while rejecting the mini-budget has called a meeting of the central leadership at Mansoora on Saturday to discuss the prevailing situation of the country.

In a statement issued here on Friday, he said, "We will not sit silent on anti-people policies of the government."

Sirajul Haq said the economy was on the verge of collapse due to the ill-planning of the PTI. He said the government had made full surrender before the IMF for one billion dollars. The government, he believed, would become ready to impose taxes on air and light if the international monetary fund gave direction for it.

He said the trade deficit had touched $25 billion in the first six months of the current fiscal year. The rulers, he said, were planning to further increase the electricity and gas tariffs. He said people could not afford meals for two times as the earning opportunities had vanished. Millions of youth were jobless and the promise of the prime minister to create jobs proved life, he added.

Holding the former and present government equally responsible for the plight of the masses, Sirajul Haq said the feudal lords and corrupt capitalists were part of the three parties and they were least bothered about the miseries of the common man.

The JI chief said the ruling elite made billions of rupees by looting the country's resources and stashing their money in shell companies. Their (rulers) children were living in palaces but on the other side, millions of poor kids were out of school due to hunger and poverty. He said the government never paid attention to strengthening the system.

Siraj said the JI was not against any party or individual but it was fighting for changing the corrupt system. He said the people should vote for the JI to put the country on track.

Organization (ISIS) and leaflets attached to doors and walls of mosques.

"Residents were surprised with leaflets attached to walls of mosques bearing a message by the ISIS bandidos bully boyz addressing the Good State, which are areas in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, warning people never to come close to checkpoints of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and threatening the SDF with killing if they do not repent," eyewitnesses of the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor told North Press.

The leaflets bore a phrase saying, "Do not Touch the paper" in order not to remove it, according to the source.

Residents of Abu Hamam, al-Gharanij and al-Keshkyya towns, in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, removed the leaflets and downed ISIS banners that were raised in the aforementioned towns, Sources told North Press.

"The goal of spreading these leaflets is to instill fear among people in addition to blackmailing venture capitalists and traders in order to pay royalties to groups operating under ISIS name," a military source of SDF told North Press.

"SDF will pursue ISIS sleeper cells and any groups work in its name to sow horror among people, who should not believe in or response to these threats, and those who are threatened or blackmailed have to tell the military forces directly," the source added.

Suspect in deadly East Harlem Burger King shooting of woman demands 'reparations' for slavery, promises 'America is gonna burn'
[Post Millenial]Another White Supremacist Republican
On Friday, the man identified as the suspect behind a fatal shooting in an East Harlem Burger King was officially charged with murder and robbery.

While being taken away from the 25th precinct in handcuffs, 30-year-old Winston Glynn yelled at the crowd that gathered outside, who berated him as he exited the building.

"She gave you the money, man. Why?" One man can be heard asking Glynn.

"You're garbage! You're garbage! You're real garbage, motherf*ker," an onlooker yelled.

At one point, Glynn, who is black, can be heard ranting "Where's our reparations for four hundred years of f*king slavery!"

At another point, Glynn shouted "America is gonna burn!" according to the New York Post.

Early Sunday morning, 19-year-old Kristal Bayron Nieves was working at the Burger King location in East Harlem. Police say that Glynn approached the register in the fast food restaurant and removed $100 from the register. Nieves was behind the counter, according to CBS 2.

"The man demands more money from the register drawer. As Miss Bayron Nieves is scrambling to open the drawer, she doesn't have the key," NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said. "The male fires one shot, striking her and causing her death."

"There was no reason to shoot this young woman. Money had been handed over. She was trying to comply with the gunman's demands," NYPD Chief of Department Kenneth Corey said. "She was killed for no apparent reason."

Glynn, who has four prior arrests, was found in Brooklyn on Thursday night and was taken into custody.

On Friday, police reportedly questioned Glynn, and officially charged him.

Police say that Glynn had previously worked at the Burger King location in 2020, but was not working there the same time as Nieves.

"All indications are that he knew this place well, that he pre-planned the event," said Essig.

"I hope he gets what he deserves," said neighbor June Lloyd."I'm broken hearted for her. Broken hearted. It is so sad in these times you can't go about your everyday life."

Lloyd said the Nieves family moved to the building from Puerto Rico around two years ago and spoke with them in passing. She noted that she has not seen the mother of the teen around the building since the shooting.

Yep. Living through quite a few human experiments, come to think of it. Let's see what happens when...

... violent criminals are set free
... the border is thrown wide open
... we make our economy depend crucially on a rising hostile foreign power
... we allow freaks to teach our children that their angst is due to being "trapped" in the "wrong gender"
... one party ensures that mail-in voting with zero custody chain becomes the norm
... the Fed + feds inject $5 trillion into a supply-constrained economy
... a billion people worldwide are forced to undergo a still-in-development gene therapy that hasn't undergone proper clinical testing with randomized controls.

Experiments are fun. Exciting--thrilling, even.

Case dropped against Swiss man thought linked to 2020 jihadist attack in Vienna
[IsraelTimes] ’There is no substantiated suspicion that justifies an indictment’ against one of two suspects arrested in connection with killings, officials say

The OAG pointed out that a separate case against the man was continuing under Switzerland’s law banning al-Qaeda, IS and related organizations, and over allegations of “depictions of violence.”
Swiss prosecutors said Friday they had dropped their case against one of two young Swiss men arrested in late 2020 for alleged links to a deadly shooting rampage in Vienna.

"In the proceedings against the older of the two accused, the OAG issued a discontinuation order," a spokeswoman from the Office of the Attorney General told AFP in an email.

On November 2, 2020, convicted Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. He was armed for the occasion with a Serbian assault rifle, a Soviet-type handgun, a machete, and Serbian and Chinese ammunition. He’d been “deradicalized” after returning from fighting in Syria, but clearly it didn’t take.
* Our boy had prayed at the Melit Ibrahim mosque along with the international German-speaking jihadi network around Mirsad Omerovic, head of a Bosnian jihadi group in Vienna and prolific recruiter for the international jihadi pipeline — over 160 sent on to ISIS alone before he was arrested in 2015...
killed four people in Vienna before being rubbed out by police.

It was the first major attack in Austria in decades and the first blamed on a jihadist.

Two Swiss citizens who knew Fejzulai were arrested in the northeastern Swiss town of Winterthur just a day after the attack on suspicion they may have helped in its preparation.

The two, who were 18 and 24 at the time, were already known by police and the targets of prior criminal cases over terror-linked offenses. The eldest of the two was known to have jihadist sympathies with an interest in attacks carried out by the Islamic State group.

In its discontinuation order, seen by AFP, the OAG acknowledged that he had never credibly distanced himself from IS and is believed to have been influenced by its violent mostly peaceful ideology.

But there was no evidence that he had participated in any way in the Vienna attack or had prior knowledge of it.

"There is no substantiated suspicion that justifies an indictment," the OAG concluded.

The OAG pointed out that a separate case against the man was continuing under Switzerland
...home of the Helvetians, famous for cheese, watches, yodeling, and William Tell...
’s law banning al-Qaeda, IS and related organizations, and over allegations of "depictions of violence."

Those charges meanwhile have no link to the Vienna case, the OAG spokeswoman said.

The proceedings against the second man arrested in Switzerland over the Vienna attack were continuing but were in their final phase, she said, stressing that "the presumption of innocence applies."
As it should, until he is found guilty as sin.

Government Control Led to Lack of Monoclonal Antibodies, Says Medical Supplies CEO
[THEEPOCHTIMES] The head of a medical supplies company involved in the distribution and supply of monoclonal antibodies across southeastern and northeastern regions of the nation, told NTD in a Jan. 12 interview that government takeover of the monoclonal antibody supply chain has exacerbated backlogs and shortages."The way the products are being distributed right now, relying on the government to determine who gets what, that process can be very lengthy in terms of time," Dealmed CEO Michael Einhorn said.

As a result, physicians are reporting "surpluses in certain areas, not enough in other areas" which has fueled frustrations when critical patients are not receiving antibodies for COVID-19 infections.

While it’s unclear how the monoclonal antibodies are being rationed among states, Einhorn said that "commercialization" of these products should be allowed, so that infusion centers that need them can order in products based on "patient volume."

"If they have oversupply they wouldn’t order more," Einhorn said, whereas when remedies are supplied by the state, "nobody’s going to say no the government" as the products are "free practically," leading to mismatches in supply and demand.

"I find it very difficult to believe that, in a mere year, a governmental agency in a different state can figure out the dynamics of a local regional health care system," he added.

One particular monoclonal antibody, sotrovimab made by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Vir Biotechnology, is in high demand as emerging reports suggest it is more effective than other products against Omicron.

Dr. Marc Siegel, a practicing internist and a professor of medicine at NYU’s Langone Medical Center, wrote in an op-ed in USA Today that "Omicron is most susceptible to sotrovimab, made by GlaxoSmithKline, but in most states, it is almost impossible to find."

Monoclonal antibody therapies have been shown to be effective in preventing severe disease or hospitalization in high-risk patients with mild to moderate COVID-19.

#3  AFAICT, the feds bought and paid for all the Mabs available to treat COVID-19. There may be a few exceptions (FL was said to have purchased some of their own). No statistics are available showing the numbers of patients eligible to receive MAbs under the FDA EUA protocols, but almost certainly the number of eligible patients far exceeds the number of doses to match. Of course there will be a relative "lack" of Mabs no matter how they are distributed, and they do have to be distributed IN ADVANCE OF NEED. That's called a "supply chain". It doesn't help matters that the feds are secretly deciding where to send the stuff, and the public is increasingly distrusting all fed efforts.
The same issue is going on with the 2 newly EUA's oral anti COVID meds. The number of eligible recipients as of today would almost certainly exhaust the entire available supply of meds, even if the patients could figure out which pharmacies and hospital systems have them in stock.

Attack on Russian-speaking people
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[ColonelCassad] Pentagon spokesman John Kirby claimed without evidence that Russia was allegedly preparing a pretext for an invasion of Ukraine.

The Pentagon announced Russia's alleged intention to find a pretext for invading Ukraine

As Kirby noted, the American side allegedly has information that Russia has deployed a group of operatives to "conduct an operation under a false flag."

"An operation that should look like an attack on them or Russian-speaking people in Ukraine as a justification for an invasion," he said.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin:
Actually, nothing needs to be invented here. Ukraine has been attacking and killing Russian-speaking people in Donbas for 8 years. This excuse was so hard to find (no) And this pretext could (should) have been used back in 2014. And since then, almost 8 years have passed, and the attacks have not stopped. As well as the murders of Russians and Russian-speaking people who have been killed for 8 (!) years. Now, by the way, these are also attacks on Russian citizens who live in the Donbass.

What other new pretext is needed here if there is a goal to find a pretext? To kill them for 10 years for a round number? Or how much is enough?

It is quite natural that the Kremlin called all this insinuations, because if they wanted to use this pretext, they could have used it for a long time and repeatedly. It is also worth noting that in 2016, during a provocation on the border of Crimea, an FSB officer and a marine were killed. Also, quite a reinforced concrete pretext. For missile and bomb strikes, for example. And you don't have to think of anything.

#18  The history of foreigners attempting to invade Russia is even worse than Afghanistan. It looked at first like Napoleon and Hitler were walking all over the place.

The last time Russia invaded anyone (Georgia (2008) was a punitive operation) was in the mid 1800 in the Balkans. This precipitated the Krimean War which Russia lost.

Eventually, the terms of the treaty which ended the war the Tsars managed to negotiated away.

As long as Ukraine's crazies don't fire directly on Russian troops, there won't be an invasion.

My personal opinion. Your mileage may vary.
Posted by: badanov || 01/15/2022 14:53 Comments || Top||

#19  The history of Russian troops outside of Russia is generally not good with the notable exceptions of when they repelled invasions from Western countries like France and Germany. However, the history of troops from other countries inside of Russia is generally disastrous.

If Biden wants to look macho by sending weapons to the Ukrainians he might get away with it. But I'm afraid he's such a moron that he does not appreciate how closely Ukraine's history is intertwined with Russia. Ukraine is not Poland. Putting NATO troops in Ukraine would be like Putin putting his troops in Mexico.

Then you have people like Jen Psaki and John Kirby saying Putin is preparing a false flag operation as a pretext to invade Ukraine. Maybe. But, especially after the Afghanistan withdrawal, these people do not inspire confidence.

ATM to get operational in Afghanistan, first time after Taliban return
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Central Bank of Afghanistan- Da Afghanistan Bank- in a statement on Thursday, January 13, 2022, said that ATM services by commercial banks in the country will be resumed.

The services stalled after the IEA regained power on August 15 last year and are now supposed to be operational back from Saturday, January 15 on.

Da Afghanistan Bank in the statement said that the decision was made after a series of talks with commercial banks and the union of banks.

Based on the decision, Automatic Tailor Machines (ATMs) of commercial banks in specific areas will be available for customers.
Tailor? That's why they didn't work...
"Da Afghanistan Bank is striving to return banking system and services to normal and reactivating ATMs is a good news for people that will bring further facilities." Reads the statement.

The Central Bank did not disclose the amount of money one can withdraw from the machines as the restriction of withdrawing a specific amount of money from accounts is still in place.

As per the new policy, one can only withdraw $200 per week or 20,000 Afghani.

UN calls for release of UAE-flagged ship seized by Yemen rebels
[GEO.TV] The UN Security Council on Friday called for the "immediate release" of an Emirati-flagged vessel and its crew who have been held by Iran's Houthi sock puppets
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...

...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
since the beginning of January, and a de-escalation of the situation. The Saudi-led military coalition backing Yemen's internationally-backed government against the rebels said the Rwabee was returning from a mission to set up a field hospital and called the seizure an act of piracy.

But the Iran-backed Huthis released images of what they said were military jeeps and weapons on board the vessel, which was captured off the key rebel-held Red Sea port of Hodeida.

In a statement drafted by Britannia and adopted unanimously, the 15-member Security Council "demanded the immediate release of the vessel and its crew and "underscored the necessity of ensuring the crew's safety and well-being."

The Council highlighted "the importance of freedom of navigation in the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea" and urged "all parties to de-escalate the situation in Yemen," including by working with the UN's special envoy to return to the negotiating table.

In a recent letter to the United Nations
...where theory meets practice and practice loses...
, the United Arab Emirates noted that the Rwabee's crew consisted of 11 members: 7 Indians (India is a non-permanent member of the Security Council), and others from Æthiopia, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Philippines.

We Lost 30 Members To Attacks By Bandits, Terrorists — Miyetti Allah
[SAHARAREPORTERS] The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, Taraba State chapter, has lamented the killings of members of its vigilante group by gunnies locally known as bandidos.

Speaking with Media Trust, Chairman of North East Zone of the association, Mafindi Danburan said at least 30 members of the Fulani
... a peculiarly brutal tribe of Moslem herdsmen infesting Mali, Niger, Nigeria, and probably other places that are light on law and order and heavy on tribal identity...
vigilante group, a military arm of MACBAN, were murdered by the bandidos as more bodies are yet to be recovered.

According to him, the vigilante members were on a mission to flush out bandidos from their camp in Karal near Gassol town when they were ambushed.

He said bandidos from Zamfara State and other states had taken over many forests and established camps.

Danburan explained that the vigilante group, set up by MACBAN, had been in the forefront in fighting kidnappers and cattle rustlers in the state.

He disclosed that the Fulani vigilante group was set up following the quit notice issued by Emir of Muri to criminal Fulani, adding that the group was inaugurated by the commissioner of police in the state in August.

The chairman further said the Fulani vigilante have arrested over 47 suspected kidnappers in their hideout and also recovered many weapons including Ak47 rifles.

He revealed that the suspects arrested and weapons recovered were all handed over to the police.

Danburan also disclosed that the Fulani vigilante have flushed out many kidnappers from their camps in Mayo Kam and Zodai in Bali Local Government Area.

He said if urgent security measure was not taken, "Taraba will be turned into another bandidos’ den because right now hundreds of them have relocated into many forests areas in the state."

He therefore called on the federal government to deploy military and fighter jets to flush out bandidos that took over forests in Gassol local government and many parts of the state.

America to Biden: It’s Time To Start Singing It’s Over . . .
By LAWRENCE KUDLOW, Special to the Sun

[NYSun] First the Supreme Court ruled six to three against the administration mandate that private businesses must mandate vaccines. Second, Senator Kyrsten Sinema repeated on the floor of the Senate roughly one hour before President Biden’s meeting with the Senate Democratic Conference, her long-standing opposition to any changes in the legislative filibuster.

That effectively rules out the Biden election takeover bill. Then, Save America. Kill the Bill. Senators Manchin and Sinema have refused to back down in their opposition to Mr. Biden’s big government socialist bill.

As his political agenda falls apart the President has become more vitriolic and insulting in various speeches. Virtually every sensible person in politics is attacking Mr. Biden's poisonous speech yesterday in Atlanta. The fallout from those poisonous words continues to spread today.

Then on the hill, Mr. Biden threw another temper tantrum about losing on the election takeover bill, but also adding this bizarre screeching about who counts the votes. Listen to this:

“We missed this time. We missed this time. The state legislative bodies continue to change the law not on who can vote, but who gets to count the vote. Count the vote. Count the vote. It’s about election subversion.”

By the way, the answer to who counts the votes is the Democrats who run the election day operations throughout America’s big cities. They’re the vote counters. Not Republicans.

And, let’s not forget Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, who spent $450 million illegally placing his left-wing minions into election operations throughout the country and thereby bending every decision against Donald Trump and Republicans.

Democrats Block Plan to Remove Foreign Nationals from Voter Rolls
Of course. In the official Democratic view, removing those on the rolls illegally takes away their “right” to vote.
[BREITBART] House Democrats this week blocked a plan that would have required states to remove foreign nationals from voter rolls.

On Wednesday, Democrats voted down an amendment by Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL) that would have kicked likely hundreds, and potentially thousands, of foreign nationals off state voter rolls.

The amendment would have been tacked onto the Democrats’ "Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act" which seeks to federalize all local and state elections with prohibitions on requiring photo identification when voting by mail and weakens current requirements that mandate states routinely clean their voter rolls.

"Common sense will tell you that combining noncitizens and eligible American voters on the same voter rolls is ripe for abuse," Davis said on the House floor:

All of this could be prevented if states were actually maintaining accurate voter rolls, which has been required by federal law for nearly 30 years. Whether intentional or not, we know this is happening, it’s undermining the integrity of our elections. This amendment would simply ensure those who are noncitizens, who do not have the right to vote in federal elections, are removed from states’ voter rolls. This is especially critical as my friends on the other side of the aisle push for a federal takeover of elections.
