Huge court win lets Trump present ballot evidence, could overturn Nevada result
[Washington Examiner] A Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden's win and set an example for other state challenges.

According to Trump officials, the judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date and is allowing 15 depositions. What’s more, the campaign plans to present its evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County, where Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results.

"BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned," White House chief of staff Mark Meadows tweeted.

American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp, one of those heading the Nevada case, told Secrets, "It gives us a real chance, if to do nothing else, to begin to show this historic level of fraud."

#5  Does the Supreme Court have the courage to decide o overturn a clearly stolen election, given that the will be privately told by every legal mind on the left as well as political voices across most of the spectrum, tha overturning the election will spark massive civil disobedience and rioting, the worst in out history I suspect that is probably true, and it is a very hard choice to make. If they don't, the only power remaining is the President's ability to mobilize the people and to invoke the insurrection act and trust that he has the military behind him as he strives to clean up the biggest political mess in our history. I cannot think of any way to keep power from the Biden/Harris administration and their rapid dismantling of any chance to keep America from the long, dark, path to poverty and eventual tyranny the likes of East Germany or Venezuela. Am I missing any other way and does anyone think we cab prevent the thieves from winning?

Dick ‘Turban’ Durbin to run for top Dem Judiciary spot, would replace Dianne Feinstein
[NYPOST] Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin
...Senator-for-Life from Illinois and Democratic Party Whip. In April 2006, Time magazine identified Durbin as one of America's 10 Best Senators, so what's that tell you? He was the first United States Senator to support the presidential candidacy of Barack Obama, then the junior senator from Illinois...
intends to seek the top Democratic spot on the Senate Judiciary Committee, he announced Tuesday, one day after panel Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein said she would step down from the post amid near-universal party consensus against her leading the influential committee."We have to roll up our sleeves and get to work on undoing the damage of the last four years and protecting fundamental civil and human rights
...which are usually open to widely divergent definitions...
," Durbin (D-Ill.) said in a statement announcing his intentions.

Feinstein (D-Calif.) framed her decision to leave her post as a way to better focus on specific policy areas for her state.

In his statement, Durbin thanked Feinstein "for her distinguished leadership on the Judiciary Committee during turbulent years."

The Illinois politician, the No. 2 Democrat on the committee and in the Senate, went on to decry his GOP colleagues and their handling of the committee in the Trump era.

"For the last four years, Republicans leading the Senate Judiciary Committee have turned a blind eye to the worst abuses of the Trump era. While President Trump assaulted the Constitution, the Judiciary Committee abdicated its oversight responsibilities and became little more than a conveyor belt to rubberstamp ideological and largely underqualified judicial nominees," the statement read.

"The to-do list for the Senate Judiciary Committee is long, and of critical importance to the future progress of our country."

Vt Gov Makes Schools Question Kids About Thanksgiving Plans
[Townhall] If families in Vermont dare to go to Grandma’s for Thanksgiving they can forget about sending their children back to school next week.

According to Gov. Phil Scott, schools will be adding new questions to daily health checks about how students spent their holiday. Depending on the answer, kids may have to take online classes for a two-week period or quarantine for a week and then get tested for COVID-19. If negative, they can come back.

"We understand how difficult this is, but since we know these types of gatherings have been the cause of so many outbreaks, we've got to do all we can to slow this down," Scott said.

The governor, a "Republican," thought businesses should require the same of their employees.
Will the Gov pay bounties to the finks?
"From my standpoint, this is fair warning to those of you who are planning to have gatherings from outside your household for Thanksgiving," Scott continued. "If you don’t want your kids to have to transition to remote learning and quarantine for a seven-day period, maybe you ought to make other plans."
Unless, of course, the students and employees prevaricate (lie). Meanwhile, at Coronavirusbellcurve, cases are trending down and deaths are running a bit less than one a day.

Joe Biden Tries to Quote Book in the Bible, It Goes Horribly Wrong
[REDSTATE] Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'...
was playing at being president today, giving a ’Thanksgiving message.’

But Joe Biden being Joe Biden meant that not only was he falsely assuming a role he didn’t have, namely president, but that he also was going to just completely mess it up.

First, he told people it was their "patriotic duty" to "forego family traditions" for Thanksgiving because of the Wuhan coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
They couldn’t even get the attempted "halo" picture right with the pictures, instead it came out looking like old Joe had sprouted horns.

Biden said, "We find ourselves again facing a long, hard winter."

Yes, if Biden were to be president, it definitely would be a "long hard winter." Despite claiming he was about "unity," he once again took the opportunity to attack President Donald Trump
...His ancestors didn't own any slaves...
. "[T]his grim season of demonization and division" under Trump "is going to give way to a year of light" and a "more compassionate chapter in the life of our nation," Biden declared.

But as to the virus, we’re in a much better position because of President Donald Trump and his Operation Warp Speed facilitating finding vaccines which are anticipated to start being distributed within a couple of weeks.

But then "devout Catholic" Biden really went over the slide when he tried to quote the Psalms. Or perhaps I should say The "Palms."

Oh my. He’s clearly reading off a teleprompter again and has absolutely no idea what he’s even saying.

Someone needs to tell the devout Catholic how to pronounce the word.

The longer clip is even more empty platitudes promising everything after having done nothing for 47 years.

So where’s the media coverage to mock Biden like they would have mocked Trump had he said this?

Answer: you know they’re not even going to go there.

Republican David Valadao Unseats Democrat T.J. Cox in California; Avenges 2018 Loss
[BREITBART] Republican David Valadao has defeated incumbent Rep. T.J. Cox (D-CA) in the close race for Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,’s 21st congressional district, according to Decision Desk.

Valadao avenged his loss in the Central Valley district in 2018, when Cox narrowly defeated the three-term congressman by less than 900 votes as mail-in ballots were counted. Though Valadao was leading on Election Night, Cox won the race several weeks later.

Breitbart News noted:

Valadao had a comfortable lead of 6.4% on Election Day. But California has extremely lenient rules about mail-in ballots, allowing ballots to be counted as long as they are postmarked by midnight on Election Day and received within the three days following.

Cox had severe weaknesses as a candidate, including the fact that he had a "primary residence" in Bethesda, Maryland. Valadao crushed him in the primary race by nearly two-to-one.

But the Democrats’ turnout machine proved too strong for Republicans across the state — including, apparently, Valadao.

In the aftermath, Valadao blamed "ballot harvesting" for his loss. The practice, illegal until 2020 almost everywhere outside California, allows party operatives to collect and deliver unlimited numbers of mail-in ballots.

#1  There is one more CA congressional seat which is to close to be determined.
CA-25th was held by Steve Knight till he was defeated in the mid terms 2018 by Katie Hill by using a new California law that legalized ballot harvesting, which also resulted in Democrats sweeping all 7 US house seats in Orange County, CA.
(Interestingly, many swing states used ballot harvesting, along with many other fraudulent techniques, to help defeat Trump in 2020 because nothing was done after the California 2018 slaughter.)
After being elected by fraudulent means Katie Hill had to resign in less than a year because of a sex scandal (What a surprise!).
Republican Mike Garcia easily won over Democrat Christie Smith by 10% in the March 2019 Primary Election to fulfill the remaining term.
The current result from the presidential election for a full two year term is too close to call:
Mike Garcia* Republican 169,375 50.06%
Christy Smith Democrat 168,970 49.94%
When it is this close it is very easy for the Democrats to steal according to Hugh Hewitt's 2012 book "If It Is Not Close, They Can't Cheat".

Trump Lawyer Jenna Ellis Receives Threats: 'You Deserved to Be Raped'
[BREITBART] Jenna Ellis, a legal advisor to President Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
and senior legal adviser to the Trump campaign, has received threats, late night phone calls from unfamiliar numbers, and public calls for her disbarment, she told Breitbart News exclusively Wednesday.

Via direct message (DM), Ellis told Breitbart News that she had received "Hundreds of DMs and messages etc threatening me."

Some threats have been public, like attempts to have her disbarred and encouraging the public to file Bar complaints.

Others have been more direct — and less subtle.

She added: "CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
news hound messaged today accusing me of my bar license being lapsed. Unknown number has called my cell dozens of times between midnight and 4am to blow up my phone and try to get through the DND [do not disturb]."

Ellis provided Breitbart News with a screen grab of text messages from an unknown person who attempted to provoke her to respond, ending with: "You’re a f**king c**t. You’re the reason people despise humanity. You deserved to be raped."

Other Trump attorneys have been harassed, including by the Lincoln Project, a group of Never Trump Republicans who have encouraged the public to harass law firms taking up the president’s case.

The mainstream media has defended these efforts; the Washington Post, for example, published an op-ed Nov. 12 titled "Yes, going after Trump’s law firms is fair game." Trump’s lawyers in Pennsylvania withdrew the following day, reportedly because of threats.

Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass....
has not said anything about the threats against Trump’s legal team, as scholar Jonathan Turley has noted.

"When such actions were taken against lawyers representing civil rights groups and others in the 1960s, it was correctly denounced as an outrageous abuse of our legal system," Turley tweeted this week. "Now it has become a campaign supported by politicians, lawyers, and the media."

Dallas Pastor Calls State Troopers 'Occupying Force' amid Violent Spike
[BREITBART] A Dallas pastor called Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers sent to help stop a wave of violent mostly peaceful crime an "occupying force." Earlier this month, Governor Greg Abbott
... governor of Texas. Abbott is a Republican. His 2014 Dem opponent, state senatrix Wendy Davis, thought the absolute, most pressing, most important issue facing the state was abortion. Abbott beat the pantyhose off her. His 2018 opponent, Lupe Valdez didn't dwell too heavily on abortion, but she lost too...
responded to a request for help from the Dallas Police Department by sending additional manpower and resources."We don’t need occupying forces here in the city of Dallas in order to combat crime," Dr. Fredrick Haynes D. Haynes of Friendship West Baptist Church told a news hound from CBSDFW.

Mothers Against Police Brutality front man John Fullinwider added, "Writing tickets in West Texas speed traps is not the same as policing neighborhoods in South Dallas and Oak Cliff."

Just over a week ago, Governor Abbott responded to a request from the Dallas Police Department (DPD) for help in cutting the spike in violent mostly peaceful crime, Breitbart Texas reported. The call for help came after the city leaders cut $7 million from the DPD overtime budget.

"The rise in violent mostly peaceful crime in the city of Dallas is unacceptable, and the Texas Department of Public Safety will assist the Dallas Police Department in their efforts to protect the community and reduce this surge in crime," Governor Abbott said in a written statement. "Every Texan deserves to feel safe in their own community, and the State of Texas will continue to provide the city of Dallas with the resources they need to crack down on this heinous activity and protect Dallas residents."

Haynes told NBCDFW, "These troopers only add to the danger in the darkness."

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson responded in a written statement, saying, "My focus is on the people affected by the unacceptable increases in violent mostly peaceful crime in our city. Victims of violence in Dallas are disproportionately people of color who live in historically underserved neighborhoods like the ones where I grew up. All of our residents deserve to live in safe communities, and I welcome any help we can get on their behalf."

And what's this?

Mothers Against Police Brutality front man John Fullinwider added, "Writing tickets in West Texas speed traps is not the same as policing neighborhoods in South Dallas and Oak Cliff."

Maybe I'm reading waaaay too much into this but giving the whining, sniveling nature of our national victimhood class - is Johnny Boy here (lead spokes-wuss for an ostensible women's group) really equating a speeding ticket with police brutality, his cause célèbre?

Legal Group Files Lawsuit Challenging Over 200,000 Ballots in Georgia
[THEEPOCHTIMES] A legal group on Wednesday filed a lawsuit alleging over 100,000 illegal votes were counted in Georgia, while tens of thousands of legal votes weren’t counted.

According to the suit, the estimated number of such votes exceeds 200,000.

"Because of these irregularities, no one knows who really won Georgia’s presidential election. So, the election result should be nullified and the appointment of the electors should revert to the state legislature, as provided in Article II of the United States Constitution," the 28-page document states.

The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society brought the suit on behalf of John Wood, president of the Georgia Voters Alliance.

The legal group relied on data from Matthew Braynard, an analyst who has been researching election results in battleground states. Dr. Qianying Zhang provided an accompanying report based on statistical extrapolation of Braynard’s data analysis.

According to Braynard, over 138,000 Georgia residents voted where they did not reside, some 20,000 absentee ballots were requested that were not asked for by the person identified in Georgia’s database, and over 20,000 out-of-state residents voted in Georgia.

Another 43,688 legal votes were allegedly not counted.

"The number of potentially fraudulent ballots we’ve identified in Georgia is over 15 times greater than the margin separating Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
and Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island...
. This finding undercuts the integrity of the general election," said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project, in a statement.

"The discrepancies we identified arose in large part because certain election officials acted with greater fealty to the dictates of private funders than to the laws set forth by the people’s representatives in the General Assembly."

According to the suit, the failures to conduct the election properly were encouraged and facilitated by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg
...the Peewee Herman clone who owns Facebook. He's got more money than Croesus and thinks he should be regulated by the government because it does such a nifty job with all the other stuff it regulates....
through a leftist organization called the Center for Tech and Civic Life.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, has not responded to the suit. His office didn’t respond to a request for comment.

According to official election results from Georgia, Democratic nominee Joe Biden won the state by 13,330 votes over Trump.

Georgia conducted a hand audit following the election because of the close margin. The audit uncovered thousands of uncounted ballots, which primarily went for Trump. The discoveries cut Biden’s lead by around 1,400.

Georgia workers are engaged in a second recount, per a request from the Trump campaign.

The recount is needed to ensure "that every aspect of Georgia State Law and the U.S. Constitution are followed so that every legal vote is counted," the campaign said in a statement.

#1  Some here in GA, many wrote their own names in against any (D) unopposed offices. Now these persons are asking the County Board of Elections why their names were not listed on the final vote count.

Which also means their (R) votes likely were not counted either.
