Texas women accused of stealing votes
[AMP.STAR-TELEGRAM] ▪ Leticia Sanchez, 57, of Haltom City, faces 17 counts. She is accused of marking a voter’s ballot without his consent in March 2016, and altering and submitting applications in January and February 2016 to request ballots by mail for the Democratic Party for 2016 elections for 13 people who had made no such requests. She is also accused of providing forged signatures for three people on applications. Sanchez remained in the Tarrant County Jail at noon Friday with bail set at $1,500.

▪ Laura Parra, 24, of Fort Worth, faces one count. Parra is accused of providing a forged signature in January 2016 on an application for an early voting ballot. She was released from jail Thursday on a $1,500 bond.

▪ Leticia Sanchez Tepichin, 39, of Haltom City, faces nine counts. Tepichin is accused of providing forged signatures on two applications for early voting ballots in January and February 2016. She is also accused in seven of the counts of soliciting, encouraging, directing, aiding, or attempting to aid others in altering and submitting false information on early voting ballot applications. The false information was submitted, according to the indictment, to request ballots by mail for the Democratic Party for 2016 elections by people who had made no such request. She was being held in the Tarrant County Jail Friday at noon with bail set at $1,500.

▪ Maria Rosa Solis, 40, of Haltom City , faces two counts. Solis is accused of providing forged signatures in January 2016 on two applications for early voting ballots. She was released from jail on Friday on a $1,500 bond.

Sanchez was indicted on one court of illegal voting, a second-degree felony that could bring, if convicted, a sentence of two to 20 years in prison.

All four face felony charges for providing false information on an application for a mail ballot. Sanchez faces 16 counts, Tepichin faces 10 counts, Solis faces two counts and Parra faces one count.

Bavaria election results: Chaos for Merkel as results show CSU's worst result in 60 yrs
[Express UK] Chancellor Angel Merkel's Bavarian allies are heading for their worst state election result for 60 years losing their majority and gaining just 35.5 percent of the vote, according to preliminary results.

The preliminary results reveal that Merkel's allies are set for their worst election results since 1950.

The Christian Social Union (CSU) has won 37.3 percent of the vote and has lost its absolute majority for only the second time since 1962.

This bad result for Chancellor Merkel's party could increase tensions within Germany's fragile government.

The Bavarian premier Markus Soeder said: "Of course today is not an easy day for the CSU. We did not achieve a good result. We accept the result with humility".
"Since we got our ass beat". This will last a couple days, then, humility? *Poof!*
The Greens have recorded strong gains and are the second largest party in the Bavaria vote with 17.8 percent of the vote.

The far-right Alternative for Germany party (AfD) are set to enter the Bavarian Regional Assembly for the first time with 11 percent of the vote.

The centre-left Social Democrats (SPD) are expected to win 10 percent of the vote.

The Christian Social Union (CSU) is expected to win around 34 percent of the vote and is set to lose the absolute majority for the first time since the end of the war.

#1  The parties that are part of Merkel's coalition (CSU/SPD) or strongly support Merkel (Greens) still got over 60% of the vote while the only party explicitly opposing Merkel (AfD) barely got 10%.

If anything this is a realignment within the Merkel camp strengthening the extreme left.
Posted by: Elmerert Hupens2660 || 10/15/2018 2:30 Comments || Top||

#2  The conservative camp hasn't really lost much. The CSU will form a coalition with the Free Voters, who are just an alliance of disgruntled CSU fans with an emphasis on local rural politics. Their ideology doesn't differ much.

The AfD is lacking the local touch.

The Bavarian Greens may have a few leftist fans, but it's now basically a settled bourgeois party.

The SPD is irrelevant now, and the Linke (commies) didn't make it. The FDP (classical liberals) did.

Not much is leftist in Bavaria.

#4  Gotta say it sure says something nowadays when the Social Democrats (SPD) have such a dismal result. Granted, Munich's top Buergermeister is usually a SPD'er, but, still....

Perhaps it is just a reaction to the "establishment" parties.

Hillary: Bill didn't abuse his power because Lewinsky ‘was an adult'
Hillary Clinton said Sunday that her husband’s presidential affair with Monica Lewinsky wasn’t an abuse of power ‐ because the then-22-year-old White House intern "was an adult."

The assertion by Clinton was particularly stunning given the current #MeToo movement she has championed, not to mention that her presidential campaign centered on her becoming the nation’s first female commander in chief if elected.

Asked if her husband should have resigned the presidency after the affair came to light, Hillary told CBS’s "Sunday Morning," "Absolutely not."

Pressed on whether Bill had committed an abuse of power ‐ since a president of the United States couldn’t have a consensual relationship with an intern ‐ she added, "No, no" because Lewinsky "was an adult."

Bill Clinton was 49 at the time.

Hillary then tried to deflect attention away from the issue and began focusing on President Trump and his many allegations of sexual misconduct that were leveled before the 2016 election.

"Let me ask you this: Where’s the investigation of the current incumbent, against whom numerous allegations have been made and which he dismisses, denies and ridicules?" Clinton said.

As for her husband, she said, "So there was an investigation, and it ‐ as I believe ‐ came out in the right place."

The US House voted to impeach Bill Clinton for lying under oath and obstructing justice, but the US Senate later acquitted him, and he remained in office.

The CBS interview comes as a record-breaking number of women are seeking office this year in direct response to President Trump’s election and buoyed by the #metoo movement.

Despite the surge of candidates, Clinton said sexism is still front and center in politics.

She pointed out Brett Kavanaugh’s aggressive questioning of Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Amy Klobuchar during his US Supreme Court confirmation hearings.

"He didn’t do that to the men," Clinton said.

Clinton said sexism is a reason for her loss to President Trump in 2016, in addition to Russian election meddling and the investigation into her e-mails.

"If you watched the way Trump debated me, it was just imbued with sexism. Making fun of me for preparing. Well, you know, that’s the old, like, "Oh, yeah, the girl in the class who’s always prepared. I don’t need to be prepared,’ " Clinton said.

During the 2016 campaign, Trump faced a damning leak of an "Access Hollywood" video where he was caught on tape bragging about grabbing women’s genitals. His response before a 2016 debate was to hold a press conference with several women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct or assault and accused Hillary Clinton of trying to silence them.

Clinton said she played "no role" in criticizing the character of the women who accused her husband of sexual misconduct.

"No role," Clinton said. "I take responsibility for my life and my actions."

Hillary: Bill didn't abuse his power because Lewinsky ‘was an adult'
[NY Post] God, please let them keep talking and staying in the news, AND run in 2020 Hillary Clinton said Sunday that her husband's presidential affair with Monica Lewinsky wasn't an abuse of power ‐ because the then-22-year-old White House intern "was an adult."

After Taylor Swift Endorsement, Tennessee Democrat Bredesen Drops 14 Points in Polls
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Singer Taylor Swift endorsed Democrat Phil Bredesen on October 8th in the Tennessee Senate race. Swift also smeared Marsha Blackburn with far left nonsense.

But unfortunately Bredesen’s campaign has collapsed since the endorsement.

James O’Keefe and Project Veritas caught Bredesen campaign staffers admitting that he has been deceiving voters and attempting to appear more moderate than he actually is.

Bredesen, who was recently endorsed by Taylor Swift, has infamously claimed that he would have voted to confirm Justice Brett Kavanaugh ‐ but his campaign says it is just a vote grab.

Since then his campaign fell down 14 points to Marsha Blackburn.

Alec Baldwin calls for ‘overthrow' of Trump at Dem fundraiser in New Hampshire
[FoxNews] Less than 24 hours after reprising his Emmy Award-winning parody of President Trump on "Saturday Night Live," Alec Baldwin took aim at the president again.

"In an orderly and formal way, and lawful way, we need to overthrow the government of the United States under Donald Trump," Baldwin said Sunday night at a major fundraising dinner for New Hampshire’s Democratic Party.
Whaaaa Whaaaa. We didn't get our way so we have to overrule everyone that did get their way.
"I flew here this morning after doing ’Saturday Night Live’ last night," the actor, comedian and longtime liberal political activist told a crowd of some 800 party office-holders, candidates, officials and activists, drawing loud applause.

Baldwin said his role as Trump on "SNL" wasn’t supposed to last as long as it has.
Just wait until 2020. You are gonna have a very long time playing that part, jackass.
"’Just three shows,’ he said," Baldwin recalled "SNL" producer Lorne Michaels saying as he tried to convince the actor to portray then-candidate Trump. "’Till the election,’ he said. ’Then he’ll be gone,’ he said. ’Three shows. It will be fun,’ he said."

But Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election resulted in an extension of Baldwin’s run on the late-night comedy show ‐ including this weekend’s opening sketch about Trump’s recent meeting with rapper Kanye West.

ALEC BALDWIN: 'EVER SINCE I PLAYED TRUMP, BLACK PEOPLE LOVE ME'

Turning serious, Baldwin then rallied the crowd to vote in next month’s midterm elections, saying "this election and the one that follows in 2020 will be the most consequential elections since the election of FDR."

He added: "It is time to overthrow the government of Donald Trump -- not in a violent way or unlawful way -- but it must be overthrown nonetheless."
You and your kind are done. You have all been exposed as the mindless, dictator loving fools you have always been. Keep losing money and fans, fuck face.
Baldwin ended his nearly 20-minute-long speech by putting his own spin on the president's famous campaign slogan.

"Let's make America great again by making Donald Trump a casino operator again," he said.
I would love to make American entertainment great again by exiling all you idiots.
