DOJ Official with lips still moving says they will 'Pursue All Specific and Credible Allegations of 2020 Election Fraud'
[Breibart] A Department of Justice official said the DOJ will continue to pursue allegations of fraud related to the 2020 election, after the Associated Press (AP) reported that Attorney General Bill Barr had not found any evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the election.

A DOJ spokesperson said in a statement on background to Breitbart News and other outlets that the department has not concluded anything yet:

Black Education Tragedy Is New By Walter E.Williams
Probably Professor Williams’ last column before his death yesterday.
[CreatorsSyndicate] Several years ago, Project Baltimore began an investigation of Baltimore's school system. What they found was an utter disgrace. In 19 of Baltimore's 39 high schools, out of 3,804 students, only 14 of them, or less than 1%, were proficient in math. In 13 of Baltimore's high schools, not a single student scored proficient in math. In five Baltimore City high schools, not a single student scored proficient in math or reading. Despite these academic deficiencies, about 70% of the students graduate and are conferred a high school diploma — a fraudulent high school diploma.

The Detroit Public Schools Community District scored the lowest in the nation compared to 26 other urban districts for reading and mathematics at the fourth- and eighth-grade levels.

In two [Milwaukee] city high schools, only one student tested proficient in math and none are proficient in English. Yet, the schools spent a full week learning about "systemic racism" and "Black Lives Matter activism." By the way, a Nov. 19, 2020, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article asks: "How many Black teachers did you have? I've only had two." The article concludes, "For future Black students, that number needs to go up."

New York City is one of many school systems in the United States set to roll out Black Lives Matter-themed lesson plans. According to the NYC Department of Education, teachers will delve into "systemic racism," police brutality and white privilege in their classrooms.
Perpetuating victimhood.
Should we blame this education tragedy on racial discrimination or claim that it is a legacy of slavery? Dr. Thomas Sowell's research in "Education: Assumptions Versus History" documents academic excellence at Baltimore's Frederick Douglass High School and others. This academic excellence occurred during the late 1800s to mid-1900s, an era when blacks were much poorer than today and faced gross racial discrimination. Frederick Douglass High School of yesteryear produced many distinguished alumni, such as Thurgood Marshall and Cab Calloway, and several judges, congressmen and civil rights leaders. Frederick Douglass High School was second in the nation in black Ph.Ds. among its alumni.

Also, in Sowell's "Education: Assumptions Versus History" is the story of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, a black public school in Washington, D.C. As early as 1899, its students scored higher on citywide tests than any of the city's white schools. From its founding in 1870 to 1955, most of its graduates went off to college. Dunbar's distinguished alumni include U.S. Sen. Edward Brooke, physician Charles Drew and, during World War II, nearly a score of majors, nine colonels and lieutenant colonels, and a brigadier general. Today's Paul Laurence Dunbar and Frederick Douglass high schools have material resources that would have been unimaginable to their predecessors. However, having those resources have meant absolutely nothing in terms of academic achievement.

If we accept the notion that rotten education is not preordained, then I wonder when the black community will demand an end to an educational environment that condemns so many youngsters to mediocrity. You can bet the rent money that white liberals and high-income blacks would not begin to accept the kind of education for their children that most blacks receive.

The school climate, seldom discussed, plays a very important role in education. During the 2017-18 school year, there were an estimated 962,300 violent incidents and 476,100 nonviolent incidents in U.S. public schools nationwide. Schools with 1,000 or more students had at least one sworn law enforcement officer. About 90% of those law enforcement officers carry firearms. Aside from violence, there are many instances of outright disrespect for teachers. First- and second-graders telling teachers to "Shut the f‐- up" and calling teachers "b‐‐h."
Eubonics.
Years ago, much of the behavior of young people that we see today would have never been tolerated. There was the vice principal's office where corporal punishment would be administered for gross infractions. If the kid was unwise enough to tell his parents what happened, he might get more punishment at home. Today, unfortunately, we have replaced practices that worked with practices that sound good and caring. And we are witnessing the results.
Who will continue Dr. Williams legacy?

#1  SJWs see that black kids who complete high school get better life outcomes. Solution: give them fraudulent high school diplomas. Problem solved!

The conscientiousness that lets them achieve the diploma is what gives them successful life outcomes, but the SJWs can't or won't see that. If they fail they might get hurt feelings, and that is the biggest sacred SJW value that must never be violated.

New damning test results that show antibodies were in US in December - WEEKS before China raised the alarm - add to growing global evidence of a cover-up
[MAIL] A new study that found traces of coronavirus in US blood samples from December last year is adding to the growing evidence that the virus was circulating for months before China announced its existence, casting more shadows over the truth about the pandemic and fuelling suspicions of a cover-up by Beijing.

Claims the global outbreak began in a livestock market in Wuhan last winter have crumbled in the face of scientific evidence proving the virus was all over the Western world weeks and even months before China declared the first cases to the World Health Organization on December 31.

Research published on Monday revealed that 39 blood samples taken between December 13 and 16 last year in California, Oregon and Washington state had tested positive for Covid antibodies, meaning the people who gave them had been infected weeks earlier.

The evidence is the earliest trace so far of the virus on US soil, and a further 67 samples from between December 30 and January 17 tested positive in Connecticut, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island and Wisconsin.

It adds to a growing body of proof that the virus had spread thousands of miles outside of China long before its existence was acknowledged. Scientists in Italy say they now have proof the virus was there in September 2019, traces of it were found in Brazil in November, a French hospital patient had it in his lungs in December, and the virus was present in sewage in Spain in January.

Dupe headline: The Great Disruption: How Big Tech’s obsession with control is tearing us apart
(Daniel Greenfield) Of the 10 wealthiest men and women in America, 8 of them made their money in the tech industry. Of these, only 3 made their fortunes from companies that predated the internet era. The rest made it the 'new-fashioned' way, by developing and deploying internet platforms.

The great disruption of the internet made college dropouts into the wealthiest men in America, made the West Coast, for the first time, the equal of the East, and transformed the economy from manufacturing tangible items to reselling access to data and outsourcing manufacturing.

The men of the great disruption were libertarians, if not necessarily by politics then by cultural inclination. The original disrupters had been engineers and hackers who didn’t fit into conformist environments like IBM and were chasing the dream of doing their own thing. They set up shop in garages and basements, in small California, Oregon, and Washington towns, and a few cities, dressed casually, watched Star Trek, dreamed utopian ideals, and were bad at business.

The new disrupters were less interested in hardware or software applications than in using the power of the network to suck up the data of our interactions and turn it into a service. Their insights, building a search engine around link popularity, or a college face book by grabbing pictures of women, might be trivial, but were part of an emergent vision of the new data order.

The original disruptors had been concerned with empowering the end user to command the system, but the new disrupters were reversing the process that had taken users from terminals to personal computers, instead reducing a multitude of devices to terminals leaking data that made them easier to profitably manipulate. The early internet was empowering, but the internet of the Google, Amazon, and Facebook era is disempowering by design. It works by limiting your options and then using what it knows about you to push you in the direction it wants you to go.

Early computers had practically demanded programming skills. The new setup programs you.

As companies went public and college kids became billionaires, they stopped being disrupters and became concerned with maintaining the new order that they were building.

Every revolution ends with a pledge to make sure that no other revolution will happen again.

Google, whose empire was built on search because Yahoo, Netscape, Microsoft, and an array of other companies that allowed it to disrupt its way to power had failed to account for the importance of search, has spent a generation working its way from inside out, by building a browser and then an OS and devices, so that no upstart can do to it what it did to the industry.

The Google vision of its devices running its operating systems with its browser and search boxes built in is not disruptive: it’s the creation of a monopoly built to prevent another Google. Search, the core of Google’s business, is its worst maintained because having monopolized it, its focus is on expanding its hegemony outward to the farthest limits of the data economy.

The same is true of other Big Tech titans who exploited a niche, disrupted the existing setup, and then transformed their companies into the very thing they had been struggling against.

The Big Tech challenge was to manage the essential disruptiveness of the industry, stabilizing their power base, while finding other vulnerable points in the country to disrupt. And when there were fewer economic vulnerabilities to disrupt, they turned to the cultural and the political ones.

Like every past ruling class, the new one set out to remake the country in its own image by disrupting other sectors of society, some, such as politics, consciously, while others, such as culture, unconsciously, out of noblesse oblige, lust for power, and a sense of insecurity.

Every previous national transformation had come from ever narrower areas of the country and the great disruption had been the narrowest yet. The old visionary ideas of computer literacy, long since an outdated term, had given way to ’learn to code’ as an obsolescence taunt. Most Americans would not be included in the revolution, not because they couldn’t be, but because the revolution was far too small to encompass more than a fraction of the population.

The economic momentum of the new disrupters was built on stock booms that were powered by the conviction of investors that these new titans would keep on growing until they took it all over. If investors thought otherwise, there would be 5 or 8 other wealthiest men in the United States. The vast frontiers of the computer revolution had passed through the range war stage and were gated off by giant monopolies using investor cash to strangle each other and their industry.

Compared to the challenge of disrupting the old economy, disrupting politics appeared simple, but the problem was that, unlike computers, the disrupters were also the thing they were disrupting. Society had no artificially neat separations between man and machine, code and flesh, and the disrupters were amplifying a cycle of disruption that was also disrupting them.

Big Tech had worked to exercise political power to stave off the very reaction it was inciting.

The disrupters turned leftward because from the commanding heights of the economy they tended to see society as a machine that was broken and needed fixing. Having few political ideas of their own, they adopted the leftist politics of their surrounding environment. Its reduction of society to a machine and men as moving parts in need of balancing out appealed to them.

The old disrupters had seen men and women on their own terms, struggling to reach their dreams, but that perspective, from the ground level of the world, had been lost to them.

The new disrupters could only envision their kind of world, diverse, urban, and with a mostly useless population whose grievances and inability to contribute to the new world order would have to be met with welfare checks and patient lessons on the dangers of intolerance.

And, most of all, control.

The original computer revolution had been built on freedom, but the titanic internet platforms depended on control. The control was meant to be unseen. The user would be manipulated into thinking it was his idea to click on that link, watch that show, search for that keyword, and buy that product by a series of invisible constraints and prompts to maintain the illusion of control.

The illusion of control, the myth of user agency, was at the heart of the new internet of platforms. The end user had never had less control over his virtual environment, even as it assured him that he could do anything he wanted. Once the user rebelled against the algorithm, the illusion of freedom collapsed leaving a choice between obedience or loss of access.

The system seemed to work as Big Tech amassed vast amounts of wealth and power, but on a social level, it was a disaster, albeit one that was invisible to the manipulators. In the tech industry, the engineers often don’t understand the end users. And vice versa. And the old conflict over system design was now playing out on the vast scale of human civilization.

The disrupters had broken the economy and the social system, and began trying to put it back together on their terms, buying up the media and elections, censoring the platforms they had built, bringing to an end the last of the open information frontier, and building a new order oriented around the technocratic imperatives of managing a global society. But the more they tried to control the human element, the more the societies began to fall apart and turn on them.

Greater control did not lead to greater trust, but an almost incoherent mistrust in which conspiracy theories became the one thing that everyone was coming to believe. The theories were mostly wrong, but in their own inchoate way, they were right because there was a loss of freedoms, because most of what the media broadcast was a lie, and there was an agenda, and though many of the conclusions were wrong, they were reacting to a real loss of agency.

Conspiracy theories thrive when people lose control over their lives, but can’t localize the blame. Big Tech built the conspiracy theories that it keeps trying to rein in by conspiring to control the public without understanding, as most tyrannies don’t, that it is the cause of its own problems.

The disrupters envision a society of useless people with few functions except binging Netflix originals and commenting on photos on Facebook to be subsidized with welfare checks so they can pay their subscription fees, click on ads, and buy Chinese junk from Amazon. But a welfare state is a signal that there is no future and it’s time to fight over the scraps that can be seized.

There’s no better formula for racial tensions, street violence, and bitter multicultural infighting than the combination of a welfare state and diversity. American diversity worked to the extent that there was upward mobility. When social mobility stalled, as it occasionally did in cities, brutal violence soon followed by people who had nowhere to go and nothing to live for.

The disrupters had wanted to find a middle ground short of full Marxism, but instead they were propelling the conditions for both leftist radicalism and a rightward reaction, while striving to hold on to their power and remake the world along the lines that they thought were best.

Their disruption of politics, childishly simple for men and women with enormous wealth and data insights, who could find a dozen ways to hack a system, didn’t move the country their way, but oscillated it back and forth between the extremes that were breaking it. Trying to control the country, they were crashing it instead, because organic life reacts, instead of waiting for input.

Unlike computers, organic life isn’t passive. And people are the least passive of all creatures.

The men and women who had been disrupters wanted a predictable world they could control, but were instead bringing into being an uncontrollable world that was reacting to their efforts, as society often does, the way that a body’s immune system reacts to a viral infection. Society was responding to Big Tech’s efforts at control by raising the temperature to kill the controlling virus.

And in the process it was wreaking the kind of havoc on society that a fever wreaks on the body.

The great disruption had interconnected the world in unprecedented ways. This vast interconnection had made the world more efficient in some ways, at the expense of becoming more interdependent and more vulnerable to disruptions. The internet had been built, in its earliest days, to allow the command and control functions of the military to survive a nuclear war. But the extension of the internet into everything made society less likely to survive.

What had been a means to an end had become its own end. Being online had become its own purpose. Big Tech companies existed to furnish that world with convenient services. The old hacker dream of a digital polis had become real and in its realization had killed the dream. A wired society wasn’t utopia, but a dystopia throbbing with the raw nerves of a lost frontier.

The disrupter elite were the first to leave their own digital prison, keeping their kids away from the services that had made them billionaires, and trying to disconnect from their connections. They took up eastern philosophies, hiked, bought homes in the woods in different states, and tried to get in touch with something real only to find that they carried the unreality inside.

Power is a practical and a philosophical problem. The old disrupters had mastered machines and then come to think of the world as a big machine. The new disrupters had layered machiavellian interfaces over that old heresy, making a collectivist machine with a human face. But the human face was stuck in the uncanny valley, both real and unreal, and so were they.

The new disrupters had reduced all of society to interfaces, external visual inputs that had originally been meant to allow the user to manipulate the world within the machine, but that had been reversed and were being used by the machine to manipulate the user. And in doing so, they had made the world an unreal place and raised generations of users to feel manipulated by an illusory world, lashing out with the one thing that no machine could cope with, unreason.

The great disruption of machines was meeting at last the great disruption of man. And society was shattering in the collision between the real and the unreal. It is no coincidence that the acolytes of the disrupters have adopted science as their slogan. They often claim to follow the science or the data, as if these were oracles instead of ideas only as valid as their proofs.

Human beings need to believe in things and commit to things, in order to feel real. And the men and women who built an unreal world had come to believe in that world as its own moral order. The world of the disrupters is not a world of science, no more than a warlord with a gun is an engineer because his power comes from a mechanical device, but it is a faith in the source of their power. And that power is disruption. It can in the end, like a gun, only disrupt.

The unreal disrupters of the real strive for control, but their control is, like everything about the unreal world they made, an illusion. They can disrupt what is real, but like all the disrupters of ideas who came before them, all that they replace it with is an unreality that does not stand. The revolutions collapse and what comes after them is not the future, but the return of the past.

Michael Flynn Promotes Petition Calling On Trump To Suspend The Constitution And Declare Martial Law
[DailyCaller] Former national security adviser Michael Flynn promoted a petition Tuesday calling on President Donald Trump to temporarily suspend the U.S. Constitution, declare martial law and order the military to oversee a national re-vote for the 2020 presidential election.

The petition, published Tuesday by the Ohio-based non-profit group We The People Convention, said there was "no peaceful way left to preserve our Union" following President-elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory and urged Trump to exercise his "extraordinary authority" to avert a second civil war.

"Limited Martial Law is clearly a better option than Civil War!" a letter accompanying the petition states.

Flynn, to whom Trump granted a presidential pardon last Wednesday related to the retired Army general’s December 2017 guilty plea for making false statements to the FBI, tweeted a link to the petition Tuesday evening.

"Freedom never kneels except for God," Flynn tweeted.

#WeThePeople @SidneyPowell1 @LLinWood @DanScavino @LouDobbs @MariaBartiromo @marklevinshow @lofly727

Freedom never kneels except for God ????????????https://t.co/Vrn3UeyDoF

— General Flynn (@GenFlynn) December 1, 2020

The letter accompanying the petition said Trump must be prepared to act as former President Abraham Lincoln did at the onset of the Civil War in the early 1860s, including:
Ordering "hundreds of Northern newspapers that spoke against him to be shut down and their owners and editors arrested."

Ordering the arrest of an Ohio congressman "for the crime of speaking out against him."

Signing an arrest warrant for the then-Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who ruled that Lincoln had illegally suspended the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Ordering the arrest of thousands of Maryland citizens "for the crime of ’suspected Southern sympathies,"’ some of whom were held in military prisons without trial for years.

"Many will object to these actions, as they did in Lincoln’s day, but we assure you that We the People understand that no less action will suffice to prevent the loss of our Constitutional right to vote and preserve our Republic," the letter stated.

The letter said Trump’s declaration of martial law and temporary suspension of the Constitution must be for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote that "reflects the true will of the people."

Pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood also promoted the petition on Tuesday, tweeting that Trump should "declare martial law" to avert a civil war spurred on by bad actors led by communist China.Good morning.

Our country is headed to civil war. A war created by 3rd party bad actors for their benefit — not for We The People.

Communist China is leading the nefarious efforts to take away our freedom.@realDonaldTrump should declare martial law.https://t.co/h3Ym5ytMYt

— Lin Wood (@LLinWood) December 1, 2020

Numerous news outlets have called the election for Biden, who is expected to receive 306 Electoral College votes to Trump’s 232.

The electors for each state are expected to meet and cast their ballots on Dec. 14, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

Trump said Thursday he will vacate the White House if the Electoral College formally declares Biden the winner of the 2020 election.

We have a process, let it play out first. The election need to be declared invalid and then one elector from each state need to meet in the house and vote.

#3  Not yet, we are still within the framework of the process.

Still, the occasional wild pitch is good for a setup. When I went to bed election night/morning after the margins looked insurmountable. The rational Biden supporters I know also went to bed thinking the same thing.

One thread popped out at me. It was something like, "Oh well, next time, and not with someone like Biden." To which was replied, "Wait until they count the mail-in ballots."

It can be done; have a re-do in only these six states so to better allocate resources, dip the finger in the ink, paper ballots - what to do about absentee voters? Must vote in person (unless overseas) but get two days to vote?

Especially if we a doing The Great Reset, closing down swaths of businesses "for 4-6 weeks", making the managing of employees impossible, meddling in Health Insurance again, and all this other promised financial violence.

Confirm the results.

Let that Brave New World not be built on sand.

Forcing the electors to make a vote based upon incomplete or fraudulent information will destroy that institution; something the radicals would love to do away with.

Confirm their vote.

December 14 is a day which was selected by congress, not The Constitution, so a delay there isn't suspending The Constitution.

The Rules for the Election of the President
[Via Insty]

20th Amendment, section3:

If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

Anne Has a Plan
(American Digest)I will be there when you get mid-America to march. In the meantime, we need to look at the long game. There are two possibly three generations, who have never been taught the moral values, reasoned thought, or ethics. They cannot do spatial judgments, or math, they cannot write with their hands and pen on paper, nor have the skills to search for what is true. They have never had any religious education.

For me, the long term strategy begins like this: we need to support the Homeschoolers of America and the private charter schools in any way we can. We need to help build more private universities such as Hillsdale. We need to establish non-profit groups in every state that will act as the ACLU, and the Southern Poverty Law Center have acted for the past 50 years. WE need to put every spare dollar we have into developing any possible legal challenge against the local thugs that have been moved into your state, or maybe have grown up there.

WE MUST NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OUR PRESIDENT HAS MADE. We must not rely on already established law firms to represent us as the client—to negotiate a settlement behind the scenes. Every case must go before the jury of our peers. We must find the money to support our own legal staff. We must collect group funding for a multitude of specific legal attacks on various issues. Most importantly, in every state, we must have mid-America actively engage in reasonable actions that will challenge any action taken by these thugs until they are no longer stronger than us.

We must first guarantee our safety to speak out by making sure we cannot be punished by loss of job, etc. Don’t forget that just last week Norway made it a criminal offense to speak poorly of any homosexual—even to do so in the privacy of your own home. Norway is one of those countries that have a system whereby the unions select young people at early ages to attend summer camps and study how to manage the population when they become government employees.

Sweden does this as does China and it this model that the feminist movement in the Pacific Northwest, the Chicago unions, and the Democratic party have been developing for the past forty years. No more does our country encourage the individual young person to seek their own path to success. Perhaps, the most recent and the saddest crime has been the tearing down of the Boy Scouts of America. We have been led to believe it’s because so many young boys were being sodomized by their trusted leaders. I suspect it was just one more step in destroying our young people’s independent spirit.

Finally, I am not surprised that the money to buy off this election came from Seattle. I am surprised it has taken so long for most people to understand the relationship between Seattle, Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, and China. Seattle has not tolerated a clean election for more than 70 years—if ever. It is ironic for me that it will be 60 years since the greatest president in our lifetime gave his most insightful farewell speech. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWiIYW_fBfY

Grieving alone will not save our country—we must organize in many different peaceful ways to help today’s young people and those to come to get back the freedoms that have were stolen from them in these past years by those who claim to know better than they do. We begin by doing two things immediately: building a sound private education system that is outside of the state-owned schools. We must also build legal groups that will protect those who peacefully speak out.

Finally, we must create among our youth an understanding of how badly our schools of journalism have failed this country and the future of our children by denying them access to truthful unbiased reporting of fact. Sorry, to rant for so long, but it is only by well-organized and targeted efforts that we will repair this country.

#1  We begin by doing two things immediately: building a sound private education system that is outside of the state-owned schools. We must also build legal groups that will protect those who peacefully speak out.

Exactly right. The schools are by far the more important if these two imperatives.

To win the long game we must destroy the stranglehold upon our culture wielded by the public schools -- and the private schools, including even the previously traditional and religious private schools -- for over fifty years.

There is no alternative but to create an alternative system of education.

That system must be rigorously competent, professionally and honestly managed, accessible, and committed to excellence and the highest standards without even the suggestion of compromise.

It has been done and can be done again. If it is not done, then our Republic will collapse. That's how high the stakes are.

China-Japan-Koreas
Tucker Carlson: The coronavirus pandemic is a global fraud perpetrated by China, abetted by the powerful
[FOX] You've heard a lot recently about "voter fraud" and "election fraud." But now comes more profound news, of a global fraud that began long before Election Day and has ruined millions of lives, killed hundreds of thousands, and deeply affected the outcome of our presidential election.

We speak, of course, of the coronavirus pandemic. Simply put, we've been lied to.

The latest evidence comes from samples collected during Red Cross blood drives last year and analyzed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in a study published on Monday.

Researchers tested 39 blood samples from California, Washington and Oregon that were collected between Dec. 13 and Dec. 16, 2019. At the time, no one in the United States had heard of COVID-19. The Chinese government didn't even acknowledge its existence until Dec. 31. And yet, every one of those samples came back positive for coronavirus antibodies. Keep in mind that antibodies don't develop for at least a week after exposure to the virus.

1. The virus was created in a Chinese lab.
2. The virus (an asymmetric bio-weapon) was clandestinely released to the west.
3. An accident (friendly fire) in a Chinese lab resulted in it's release in China.
4. China blames animal wet market for virus inception.
5. Deep State and media embrace Chinese wet market story rather than publicize bio-warfare attack.
6. Deep State believes normalization of relations and trade with Chinese will prevent follow-on bio-weapon activities or other aggression.
7. Deep State removes Chinese antagonist from US political scene on or about 20 January 2021.
8. Newly elected president makes his first trip overseas to China to mend fence and re-establish constructive relationships. (Naharnet Newsdesk 21 hours ago story in today's Burg - 'Biden Vows No Quick Rollback of Trump's China Tariffs')

Deep Stater Bill Barr Sells Out Trump and America
Short excerpt and about where I stopped reading.
[NewsWithViews] When George H.W. Bush became CIA Director in 1976, Barr joined the CIA’s "legal office" and Bush’s inner circle, and worked alongside Bush’s longtime CIA enforcers Theodore "Ted" Shackley, Felix Rodriguez, Thomas Clines, and others, several of whom were likely involved with the Bay of Pigs/John F. Kennedy assassination, and numerous southeast Asian operations, from the Phoenix Program to Golden Triangle narco-trafficking.

The Church Committee was a U.S. Senate select committee in 1975 that investigated abuses by the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Internal Revenue Service. Barr stonewalled and destroyed the Committee investigations into CIA abuses.

A memo uncovered in the Central Intelligence Agency’s declassified archives shows that during his time at the CIA’s Office of Legislative Council, current AG Barr drafted letters calling for the end of the moratorium on destroying records imposed on the Agency ahead of the Church Committee hearings. We need to keep the docs showing the evil of the CIA, but Barr wants them destroyed.

The Real Kraken: What Really Happened to Donald Trump in the 2020 Election
BLUF:
[PJ] What happened in 2020 is something more fundamental and profound. What happened in 2020 is cultural and systemic, and sadly, generally legal. Until Republicans, and more importantly Trump supporters, understand what happened to them this year, it will happen again.

Two things happened in 2020. First, COVID led to a dismantling of state election integrity laws by everyone except the one body with the constitutional prerogative to change the rules of electing the president — the state legislatures.

Second, the Center for Technology and Civic Life happened.

If you are focused on goblins in the voting machines but don’t know anything about the CTCL and what they did to defeat Donald Trump, it’s time to up your game.

The Center for Technology and Civic Life and allied groups are responsible for building an urban get-out-the-vote-machine of the sort that Democrats could only dream up on a bender fueled by jugs of Merlot and all the legalized pot they could smoke.

The Capital Research Center has this deep dive into what the Center for Technology and Civil Life did in just Georgia. It starts with this:
This year, left-leaning donors Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan gave $350 million to an allegedly "nonpartisan" nonprofit, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which in turn re-granted the funds to thousands of governmental election officials around the country to "help" them conduct the 2020 election.

...What these grants did was build structural bias into the 2020 election where structural bias matters most — in densely populated urban cores. It converted election offices in key jurisdictions with deep reservoirs of Biden votes into Formula One turnout machines. The hundreds of millions of dollars built systems, hired employees from activist groups, bought equipment and radio advertisements. It did everything that street activists could ever dream up to turn out Biden votes if only they had unlimited funding.

In 2020, they had unlimited funding because billionaires made cash payments to 501(c)(3) charities that in turn made cash payments to government election offices.

Flush with hundreds of millions in new cash, government election offices turned those donations into manpower, new equipment, and street muscle to turn often sluggish and incompetent urban election offices into massive Biden turnout machines across the country — in Madison, Milwaukee, Detroit, Lansing, Philadelphia, and Atlanta among dozens of others.

Posted by: g(r)omgoru || 12/03/2020 9:08 Comments || Top||

#2  And rather than or, I think. All the things were done because the Democrats started panicking about a Trump win long before Election Day itself — today we also have testimony of the gentleman who drove at least 130,000 vote ballots from New York to Pennsylvania, where his trailer disappeared overnight from the spot he’d been ordered to leave it.

So yes, this is important, but so is the pre-jiggering to weight Biden votes by 1.3 and unweight Trump votes by 0.7, yielding vote totals that are not integers; dumping vote counts into the system that happened much faster than actual ballots could have been voted; local postal workers throwing out ballots mailed to and received from Republican voters; Biden votes being physically tallied while Trump votes were not, or were tallied for Biden; ballots voted by dead people, by people who no longer lived there, fake voters, some from fake addresses, double voting by the same real voter... So many organized themselves to do what they could in their little sphere to fix the problem of Trump voters daring to put their hands up in large numbers in addition to the semi-legal donation of massive amounts of money by people to whom those numbers are spare change.

#4  It appears that Trump won the election on election night when the polls closed. The Dems pushed mail-in voting very hard. They pushed the deadlines back in many battleground states by hypin CV-19; often by blue state governors and local election officials. The Dems pushed "every vote" to be counted. Many of these mail-in votes appear to be manufactured as needed and inserted into the election results. It also appears that one person = one vote was circumvented by ratio voting in the voting machines. The chain of custody of the vote was broken in these states. The vote could not be verified as legitimate. As #3 said. "So many good ways to be bad." It appears that all the stops were pulled out in all battleground states. The Fatlady has not yet sung.

‘Shocking Lack of Action by DOJ’: Congressmen Send Letter to AG Barr
[Inside Scoop Politics] Rep. Michael Cloud penned a letter to Attorney General William Barr that outlines the concern many members of Congress have about the "shocking lack of action" from the Department of Justice.

Thirty six members of Congress joined the letter.
Approaching ten percent! Much higher than I would have expected.
Rep. Cloud reminds the DOJ that it is their duty to ensure the right to vote is sacred. He also reminds the DOJ that it is their duty to investigate violence and threats of violence against election officials and citizens involved in the election process.

Cloud says that if there is any ongoing investigative action by the DOJ into the claims of election fraud, they aren't aware of it.

News of Attorney General William Barr saying that they haven't found any widespread evidence of voter fraud that would affect the outcome of the election hit the wires on Tuesday but that directly contradicts what these Congressmen are saying.

Gretchen Whitmer Casts Spell On Michigan So It Is Always Winter And Never Christmas
[Babylon Bee] LANSING, MI—According to sources, self-proclaimed Queen of Michigan Gretchen Whitmer, formerly of the kingdom of Charn, has cast a magic spell upon the entire land of Michigan, creating a hundred-year winter of hopelessness and despair.

"It is winter in Michigan," said one local resident, looking sadly out the window. "And it has been for ever so long... always winter, but never Christmas."

According to many fearful Michigan residents who asked to remain anonymous, Whitmer was banished to the Upper Peninsula 900 years ago but later returned to usurp the throne and cast Michigan into darkness. She enforces her will with the help of her Secret Police.

"I am the Queen, you are my people. What else are you there for but to do my will?" said Queen Whitmer with a wicked laugh before turning a beautiful butterfly to stone.

There are whispers of an orange-haired hero who will someday return to reclaim the throne, end the winter, and bring back Christmas. Unfortunately, he has been delayed by what he claims is a "totally rigged and fraudulent election."

Evidence supports Sidney Powell's claim about global election fraud
[American Thinker] For the last two weeks, Sidney Powell was telling everyone she could prove that our election was decided abroad by bad actors. Tuesday's news seemed to confirm those claims. A retired military analyst testified in Arizona that the U.S. has captured the information that was sent overseas. Also, a November 25 declaration from an active-duty military analyst was made public today, which says that, within five days of the election, the analyst was able to connect dominonvotingsystems.com, which is Dominion's proprietary URL, to Belgrade, Iran, China — and Barack Obama.

I've been enjoying a delightful email conversation with Nick Chase, who's written some deservedly lauded articles helping readers to understand how the voting machines could be used to send victory to Joe Biden. (See here, here, here, here, and here.) One of the things Nick explained to me is how information travels across the internet. I'm going to share his words with you because you'll need them to understand how important this next bit of news is:
On the Internet, information is delivered in "packets" of bytes, each of which has header information identifying the sender and the intended recipient. When the recipient receives the packet, it verifies the packet and returns to the sender a message saying the packet was received correctly. This traffic passes through "routers" which are similar to the wireless router you might have at home, only on an industrial scale. The network routers also have switching software to determine which is the "most efficient" (fastest) route on the Internet to transmit the packets, as the Internet is a redundant system designed with many routers, paths and switches so it will continue to operate in case part of it goes down.

It's entirely possible for a sophisticated, powerful agency to grab or reroute this packet traffic so the data can be manipulated. With that in mind, you'll appreciate the import of testimony that Colonel Phil Waldron (retired) gave during the hearing in Arizona about the voting machines used in the U.S. elections. As you recall, while the votes were collected in America, they were sent to Frankfurt, Germany, for final tallying and processing before being rerouted to America. According to Colonel Waldron, his "white hat" hackers recognized the packets going to Germany and obtained copies of them:

Edward Snowden on hacking the election
[Armstrong Econ] I get some emails from Democrats arguing there is no proof of the machines switching votes. As Edward Snowden posted, this is a video from 2019 that sounded the alarm. I was the keynote speaker at the Hacker Convention in Miami back in 2016. I dare say everyone in attendance was capable of hacking these voting machines. Many teenagers from their mother’s basement could hack the machines. The problem is that nobody can prove the vote was NOT hacked. This is the problem we have with our elections. There should be standardized voting nationally where it is really Equal Protection of the Law so everyone’s vote counts fairly.

You can easily create a system where they pay $1 to vote and enter their debit or credit card, and in return, they get $100 credit against taxes. That will eliminate dead people and illegal aliens. If we can buy online from Amazon with a credit card, surely we can also vote safely.

-PC Follies
Sustainable Newspeak by 2050
eorge Orwell pointed out that one of the first casualties of socialism is language. The damage is not collateral; it is deliberate—designed to numb minds and render critical thought difficult or impossible. The instrument of this dumbing down in Nineteen Eighty-Four was Newspeak, the official language of the English Socialist Party (Ingsoc). Newspeak was a sort of Totalitarian Esperanto that sought gradually to diminish the range of what was thinkable by eliminating, contracting, and manufacturing words. New words had a "political implication" and "were intended to impose a desirable mental attitude upon the person using them." The meaning of words was often reversed, as was most starkly emphasized in the key slogans of Ingsoc:

WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

Nineteen Eighty-Four was written in 1949. Its nightmarish fictional world is now 36 years in the past, so one might reasonably conclude that Orwell was far too pessimistic, but his great book was less a prediction than a warning and above all an analysis of the totalitarian mentality. Meanwhile, there is another significant date in Nineteen Eighty-Four. The book’s Appendix on the principles of Newspeak stressed that the corruption of language was a multi-generational project whose fruition would not come until well into the present century. Ingsoc’s objective was to render independent thought impossible by "about 2050."

Intriguingly, that is the same year that the world allegedly has to become "carbon neutral," or "Net Zero," to avoid climate Armageddon.

Weasel Words
The year 2050 has become a key date for the U.N.’s "Global Governance" agenda, which seeks nothing less than to oversee and regulate every aspect of life based on a suite of alarmist projections. The main existential threat is claimed to be catastrophic man-made climate change. "Climate governance" has thus emerged as the "fourth pillar" of the U.N.’s mandate, joining "Peace & Security," "Development," and "Human Rights."

So far—as with the other three pillars—the U.N.’s climate efforts have been spectacularly unsuccessful. It has held 25 enormous "Conferences of the Parties," or COPs, which have promoted a morass of uncoordinated national policies that have had zero impact on the climate.

COP 21 in Paris in 2015, for instance, was meant to hatch a successor to the failed Kyoto Agreement. But all it produced was a raft of hypocritical, voluntary, fingers-crossed "Nationally Determined Contributions." The failure of Paris, and of temperatures to rise in line with flawed models, led to a doubling down of "ambitions." One new commitment that seeped out of Paris was for the world’s countries to hold temperatures to 1.5 degrees Celsius above levels before the Industrial Revolution (The Original Climate Sin). Staying below that level, U.N. policy wonks rapidly calculated, would require the world to become carbon neutral, or Net-Zero, by 2050.

In a video lecture to Chinese students earlier this year, U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres claimed that there was "No excuse" not to meet the Net-Zero emission target by 2050. "The time for small steps has passed," he said. "What is needed now is transformational change." For "transformational," read "revolutionary" change that would involve the destruction of Western industrial society and freedom.

In fact, there is no climate "crisis" or "emergency." However, as Orwell noted, the language of fear and panic is one of the main instruments of political control.

Today, just as in Nineteen Eighty-Four, the classical liberal concepts of liberty and equality(of opportunity) are under relentless attack, as are the values of reason and objectivity. Liberty and equality were classified in Newspeak as "Crimethink." Objectivity and rationalism were "Oldthink." A doomed Newspeak lexicographer named Syme tells the book’s equally doomed hero, Winston Smith, that even the party slogans will eventually become incomprehensible: "How could you have a slogan like ’freedom is slavery’ when the concept of freedom has been abolished?"

Orwell was hardly the first observer to point to the political dangers of linguistic manipulation, which go back to discussions of sophistry in Plato. The great economist and philosopher Friedrich Hayek pointed to the Left’s use of "social." He dubbed it a "weasel word" that not merely sucked meaning from words to which it was attached but often reversed meaning. Thus, by classical liberal standards, social democracy is undemocratic, social justice is unjust, and a social market economy is anti-market.

We have a prime current example in the phrase "social license to operate," which in fact means a potential veto on corporate activities by radical environmental nongovernmental organizations (ENGOs), the stormtroopers of the Global Governance agenda. Private corporations were once socialism’s enemies; now they have been co-opted as its partners, agents of "Global Salvationism." Economist Milton Friedman pointed to the subversive, open-ended nature of "Corporate Social Responsibility," where "responsibility" represents another weasel word. CSR’s purpose is to force corporate executives to abandon their responsibility to their shareholders in favor of an endless list of "stakeholder" demands.

Friedman has been regularly and ritually subjected to the Two Minutes Hate ever since. The most recent example was a collection of overwhelmingly condemnatory essays in the New York Times to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the publication of Friedman’s essay on CSR. Typically, it grossly misrepresented Friedman and wrote off his alleged bottom line as "Greed is Good."

The shackles of CSR have now been tightened by the concept of ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance). ESG is, like the neologisms of Newspeak, "intended to impose a desirable mental attitude" on executives, who often seem intellectually and morally defenseless in the face of NGO campaigns of lies and intimidation. Business schools certainly don’t appear to equip them to counter such assaults.

A Climate of Newspeak
Perhaps the most significant new weasel word to have emerged from the U.N.’s equivalent of the Ministry of Truth is "sustainable." Commitment to sustainability is now mouthed by every politician, bureaucrat, marketing executive, and media hack on earth. It sounds so benign, so reasonable, but what it actually means is "bureaucratically controlled and NGO-enforced within a U.N.-based socialist agenda." Like most aspects of socialism, it is based on incomprehension and/or hatred of market capitalism’s nature and function, not least because markets—which signal scarcity, reward economy, and promote profitable innovation—are the only true source of sustainability.

Projected catastrophic man-made climate change was enthusiastically embraced by global socialism because it was—in the words of Nicholas Stern, who was ennobled for his manufacture of an egregiously skewed review of climate impacts for his political masters in the UK Labour Party—"the greatest market failure the world has ever seen." The problem is that we haven’t actually seen it, except, that is, through the biased lens of "official" science and an alarmist crusading media.

Like "social," "sustainable" tends to vitiate or reverse the meaning of words to which it is attached. Thus sustainable development is development retarded by top-down control and whose effectiveness is further compromised by the insertion of a long list of cart-before-the-horse social policy objectives, from gender equity to "responsible consumption."

Recently, "Sustainable Finance" has also bubbled up from the U.N. verbal swamp. What it means, not surprisingly, is stopping the financing of fossil fuels by browbeating banks and investors, and rigging the regulatory process. Its champion is that archetypal aspiring global governor Mark Carney, former governor both of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England, and now U.N. special envoy for climate action and finance.

There are no dictionaries of sustainable Newspeak. Its mavens rely less on new words than on perverting or reversing the meaning of old ones. One recent clarion call heard echoing around the corridors of power is that recovery from the COVID crisis must be "resilient." Insofar as that means forcing the use of more expensive, less reliable, and less flexible energy sources such as wind and solar, it will inevitably make economies less resilient. Thus it promotes the first energy "transition" in history that involves moving backward. Typically, such backward movement is a key part of a "progressive" agenda.

Attempts to restrict thought and reverse meaning go well beyond the climate issue, which is just part of a broader socialist thrust. Another of Ingsoc’s slogans was "Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past." The new version is "Who pulls down statues controls the educational curriculum."

The indoctrination of young people was a key strategy of Ingsoc. Likewise, Agenda 21, the doorstop socialist wish list that emerged from the U.N.’s Earth Summit at Rio in 1992, declared: "Students should be taught about the environment and sustainable development throughout their schooling." They should learn that "The world is confronted with worsening poverty, hunger, ill-health, illiteracy, and the continuing deterioration of ecosystems on which we depend for our wellbeing." In other words, a catalog of alarmism that has—or should have been—utterly discredited by the evidence of the intervening decades. However, we tend to see what we have been taught to believe. Walls may have ears but more important is that ears have walls. Building such walls was the specific purpose of Ingsoc’s Crimestop, or "protective stupidity." The capture of academic institutions has virtually installed Crimestop as a compulsory course.

An entire generation of children has been miseducated on environmental issues and exposed to what might be called pre-traumatic stress disorder, not least by being forced to watch Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth, and its sequel, which was filled with frightening untruths that have proved particularly convenient for serial power- and rent-seekers such as Gore.

Meanwhile, not only did Agenda 21 demand that children be indoctrinated, it demanded that the most indoctrinated among them be allowed into political fora to lecture their elders. This program came to stunning fruition last fall at the U.N., when Greta Thunberg, a bright, anxious, and thoroughly indoctrinated Swedish teenager, was elevated to the podium to paraphrase Agenda 21: "People are suffering. People are dying. Entire ecosystems are collapsing. We are in the beginning of a mass extinction, and all you can talk about is money and fairy tales of eternal economic growth. How dare you!"

One is reminded of the Newspeak Appendix: "A Party member called upon to make a political or ethical judgment should be able to spray forth the correct opinions as automatically as a machine gun spraying forth bullets."

Greta is a manipulated child spouting machine gun words designed to promote the ever-mutating yet never-changing socialist agenda: seeking absolute power.

Meanwhile, the political establishment’s current watchwords of inclusivity, diversity, and equity are all aimed at perverting truth and concealing real meanings. Inclusivity and diversity involve excluding white men and conservatives of either sex (although it is a "thoughtcrime" to suggest that there are fundamentally two sexes, as J.K.Rowling discovered). Equity falsely equates the inevitable inequality of outcomes in a free society with moral inequity. Everybody is invited to "join the conversation," except those who dare to disagree. Defenders of free—and accurate—speech are ignored, canceled, or viciously attacked as "Racists" or "Deniers."

Through all of this, the concept of doublethink, that is, effortlessly holding incompatible beliefs, spreads apace. "Doublethink lies at the very heart of Ingsoc," Orwell wrote, "since the essential act of the Party is to use conscious deception while retaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty."

Keep that in mind the next time a public figure cites the climate emergency, intones the existential necessity of sustainable development and sustainable finance, and trumpets the job-creating benefits of a resilient recovery and a transformative green transition to a Net-Zero future.

By 2050, unless we wake up, the project outlined in Nineteen Eighty-Four may, at last, be complete.
