-Lurid Crime Tales-
Two Afghans evacuated by Americans and staying in Fort McCoy in Wisconsin have been federally charged, one with attempted rape, one with murder
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

Two evacuees from Afghanistan will face federal charges for crimes allegedly committed at Fort McCoy.

Bahrullah Noori, 20, is charged with attempting to engage in a sexual act with a minor through the use of force. The victim was not yet 16 years old, according to an indictment.

Mohammad Haroon Imaad, 32, is charged with assaulting his spouse by strangling and suffocating her. The indictment alleges that the assault occurred on September 7, 2021.

Both men made initial appearances in Madison on September 16 and are being detained at the Dane County Jail.

Noori and Imaad are scheduled for arraignment Thursday, September 23.

If convicted, Noori faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 30 years and a maximum of life in federal prison on the charges alleging use of force, and a maximum penalty of 15 years on the other two charges. Imaad faces a maximum penalty of 10 years.

These cases are not related, according to a Justice Department news release, which added:

The charges against them are the result of investigations by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Fort McCoy Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Taylor Kraus is handling the Noori prosecution and Assistant U.S. Attorney Zachary Corey is handling the Imaad prosecution.
Courtesy of Skidmark in comments yesterday, a Fox News article on the subject reports that Mr. Noori made use use of a plural number of under-16 year olds, while Mr. Imaad battered his wife on September 17th, not the 7th.

Haitian migrants are sent detailed instructions on WhatsApp and social media which help them cross border into Texas
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • The situation in Del Rio spiraled this week as more than 15,000 migrants, many of them from Haiti, arrived at the US-Mexico border in Texas

  • Migrants have been settling in a makeshift camp as they waited for Control Border Patrol agents to process their petitions to stay in the U.S.

  • Some Haitian migrants followed detailed instructions sent to them via WhatsApp from fellow compatriots who had recently taken the route to the Texas border

  • WhatsApp and other social media platforms are used to share information that can get distorted as it speeds through communities, directing migration flows

  • Fabricio Jean, of Haiti, 38m followed detailed instructions sent to him, his wife and two kids via WhatsApp that said he needed '20,000 pesos' to take buses

  • Jean and his family didn't envisage to find thousands of Haitian migrants like himself crossing at the same remote spot near Del Rio, Texas

#7  Who's manipulating this madness?
To what end?

From the article linked, above:

Todd Bensman of CIS did what virtually no member of the media has done—excepting one Los Angeles Times reporter I’m aware of—and crossed into Ciudad Acuña to talk to directly to the migrants on the Mexican side. What he found was surprising, and shocking. The Haitians reported that they, longtime residents of Mexico, were abruptly released by Mexican authorities to proceed north and cross into the United States in mid-September. The reason given: a gift in celebration of Mexican Independence Day. So they did—by the thousands.

Someone orchestrated this.

Who? To what end? These are questions a press corps competent to its putative purpose might pursue. These are questions to which a government genuinely concerned with the welfare and sovereignty of the United States might demand answers—and accountability. Neither media nor the federal government will do anything like that. We are left to ask it ourselves, and we start with the understanding that if Bensman’s account is accurate, then the Haitian incursion and encampment, stupendous and alarming as it is, is not the real crisis. Don’t misunderstand me: it’s a crisis in full, but it’s a crisis covering for something else.

It’s a feint.

A feint for what? Here we must speculate. At dusk I stand on Border Patrol Hill, where the Border Patrol has not set foot in a year, and I see the dozens of vehicles waiting to cross. They will cross, and they will succeed, because they are unopposed. Perhaps the Haitian influx is a feint to that end: a cartel operation leveraging the apparatus of Mexican governance that is increasingly in its thrall. Perhaps the Haitian influx is a feint for something else. Perhaps, on the other side of the border, there is a strategic mind at work—it would not have to be a particularly advanced strategic mind to perplex and outwit our federal leadership—and he is seeing what the Americans have to bring to bear. If that’s the case, then I’ll tell you one thing that mind has already learned: our leaders prioritize optics and symptoms over substance and causes.

The Haitians are pawns on the chessboard. They aren’t even close to the only migrants out here.

Utmost poverty, former Afghan policeman commits suicide
[KhaamaPress] A former Afghan policeman commits suicide in eastern Kunar province
... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country.....
after he was left without a job and the previous government did not pay his three months’ salary.

As per the report of TOLOnews- A local news channel-, Shaaker was a 16-year policeman and had 38 years of age who did away with himself on Thursday, September 23.

Shaaker had two wives and seven children along with his mother and siblings who were all financially supported by him.

The former policeman did away with himself after he did not find any job and remain without any financial resources to feed his family members.
This is all Trump's fault, I'm sure
It is worth mentioning that, nearly ten cases of such have been witnessed in different provinces and Kabul since the Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
takeover.

The change in regime left nearly 300 thousand security forces members jobless and over one million civil servants all of who have an average of 7 people in their families.

People have been asking the Taliban to get settled and pave the ground for financial activities and jobs so that they can survive.

In the meantime, the people and world have been calling on the international community to help avert the looming humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and have been asking the US to release billions of dollars frozen by the country.
No.

It’s general amnesty, don’t defame IEA: Taliban’s acting defense minister to his fighters
[KhaamaPress] The acting defense minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mullah Mohammad Yaqoob called on foot soldiers that general amnesty has been announced and no one should defame the IEA with their arbitrary actions.

The acting defense minister has asked his foot soldiers to seriously implement general amnesty and does not mistreat people.

A statement released by Yaqoob reads that some Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
members have been seen in different provinces carrying out reprisal and have killed those who had worked for the previous government, which is not the policy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

"Behave well with people, do not defame IEA with your arbitrary actions, stop taking unnecessary photos and videos, and do not enter to government administrations unless you need to." The statement addressed Taliban fighters.

The son of the founder of the Taliban further added that some commanders of the Taliban have recruited ill-bred people to expand their ranks which in opposition to the IEA and the culprits will be given punishment.

The call comes after some Taliban fighters have reportedly been entering houses of the officials of the previous government by night and kill and kidnap them.

UN Commits $45 Million for Afghanistan Healthcare
[ToloNews] Facing the possibility of Afghanistan’s healthcare system completely collapsing, the United Nations
...boodling on the grand scale...
announced the release of $45 million from an emergency fund to support Afghanistan’s healthcare system.

The United Nations’ top humanitarian official, Martin Griffiths, on Wednesday said in statement that he is releasing the fund to boost life-saving support in Afghanistan. "Allowing Afghanistan’s healthcare delivery system to fall apart would be disastrous," he said. "People across the country would be denied access to primary healthcare such as emergency caesarean sections and trauma care."

The former minister of public health Wahid Majruh said the emergency fund should be immediately sent to Afghanistan. According to Majruh, the Ministry of Public Health has not paid the salaries of doctors and medical employees for several months and it faces a shortage of medicine.

"The aid should come soon, if it arrives late, the problem will get worse. As a result, some health centers will be closed due to lack of equipment and medicine," Majruh told TOLOnews.

Relatives of patients in Khost provincial hospital complained over problems with health services in their province, saying a lack of medicine and oxygen is big challenge.
Living in a Third World country is challenging. It’s worse when you let yourself be conquered by 7th century totalitarians.
Khost Resident Mir Saayed said: " No medicine is available here. The medicine a patient needs we buy from outside the hospital."
"Mo didn't have medicine, and neither do you"
The UN announcement comes as World Health Organization chief Tedros Ghebreyesus completed a high-level mission to Kabul, where he met the prime minister of the caretaker government and other bigwigs in Kabul.

The acting minister of foreign affairs of the caretaker government asked the international community to continue their support for the health sector in Afghanistan.

#1  Following he coup that brought the Islamist military to power in 1989, the Islamist intellectual Hasan al-Turabi, steeped in the tradition of the Muslim Brotherhood, welcomed to the Sudan a knot of Islamist leaders. Turabi was a friend and mentor to Osama Bin Laden who settled in Khartoum in 1991. Turabi sponsored the first Popular Arab and Islamic Conference in that year, and the first great meeting of Muslim Islamists attracted little international attention. However, more than a score of Islam's leading intellectuals attended, including Rachid Ghannouchi of Tunisia, Sheikh Zindani of Yemen, Abbasi Madani of Algeria, Alija Izetbegovic and Mustafa Ceric of Bosnia, Gaidar Jemal of Russia, and members of the Muslim Brotherhood from Egypt, Jordan and Europe. Its purpose seemed innocuous enough and when asked, Turabi stated simply that the mission of his Islamic organization was to promote "our religion and our culture," and defend Muslim values throughout the world. As such it offered a meeting house for likeminded individuals and organizations, many of them "listed" by the U.S. Department of State, Department of Treasury and/or the Department of Homeland Security either as terrorists or as members of Foreign Terrorist Organizations. Among the listed organizations that maintained an office in Khartoum were HAMAS, Lebanon’s Hezbollah (Party of God) and a number of other smaller Palestinian organizations. HAMAS was allowed to invest in Sudan and benefited from banking privileges rarely offered to foreigners. It maintained its close relationship with the Sudanese Islamists for more that thirty years.

Bosnian and Herzegovina court upholds 2018 terrorist indictment
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[REGNUM] On September 23, the court of Bosnia and Herzegovina upheld the indictment in the case of Sena Hamzabegovic, involved in the financing of terrorist activities .

Hamzabegovich is accused of participating in the collection of financial aid for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who fought on the fronts of Syria and Iraq on the side of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation). The indictment emphasizes that the purpose of this organization was to destabilize and violent mostly peacefully change the political and constitutional order in Syria, and the faceless myrmidons who joined it, carried out daily armed attacks on the civilian population.

Recall that the BiH prosecutor's office collected evidence that Sena Hamzabegovic from 2013 to 2018 collected and forwarded money to gunnies in Syria, which was then used to buy weapons and pay salaries to holy warrior mercenaries.

Congressman files two-states act that restricts Israeli use of US arms
[JPost] POS's gonna POS. Levin? Sounds Paleoish self-hating Jooish
Sadly, yes.
Well, he is a democrat, so...
A bill that affirms a two-state resolution at the pre-1967 lines and restricts Israeli use of arms, was filed to Congress Thursday by Representative Andy Levin (D-Michigan).

"When I visited Israel and Palestine in 2019, I recognized hope for a two-state solution is alive amongst Israelis and Palestinians," tweeted Levin after submitting his bill known as the "Two-State Solution Act." It is one of a number of legislative drives by US politicians bent on using Congress to determine American policy with respect to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

"The Two-State Solution Act represents the change in US policy we need to move us closer to this future," said Levin.

The bill is not expected to pass the House and the Senate. It rescinds a number of significant policies from the former Trump administration, including its declaration that West Bank settlement activity is not inconsistent with international law.

According to a draft copy of the bill, seen by The Jerusalem Post, it would be American policy to view "the West Bank, including east Jerusalem, and Gaza, are occupied territories" and that territory would be "referred to as such consistently in official US policies, communications, and documents."

Levin's two-state act also undoes US policy which allows products produced over the pre-1967 lines to be marked "made in Israel." Under the terms of his bill, such language would be forbidden and replaced with an origin marker, starting "made in West Bank" or "made in east Jerusalem."

The act prohibits US support to any Israeli projects located over the Green Line and bans Israeli use of its military aid in those regions. It specifically specified that such assistance can't be used to help Israel impose sovereignty in the West Bank prevent the execution of a two-state solution.

"The United States should ensure that military assistance provides to Israel does not facilitate unilateral actions by the Israeli Government that impede the achievement of a two-state solution, including through unilateral efforts to annex or exercise permanent control by Israel over any part of the occupied Palestinian territories," the sct started.

It further explained that US aid must "not be used in a manner that violates internationally recognized human rights."

AOC blubbers bursts into tears as Iron Dome's $1bn funding is OVERWHELMINGLY approved in House 420-9
  • The House passed the Iron Dome bill in an overwhelming 420 to 9 majority

  • Rep. Rashida Tlaib went after the bill because its text expresses a US endorsement of the Israeli military's rocket campaign against Gaza in May

  • Rep. Ted Deutch, a moderate Democrat, condemned Tlaib on the House floor

  • Tlaib is the only Palestinian-American elected official in Congress

  • She called Israel an 'apartheid state' that the US was 'enabling' Wednesday night

  • $1 billion was originally allocated toward the Iron Dome in Democrats' continuing resolution to avert a partial government shutdown

  • It was swiftly removed from the bill after progressives threatened to tank it
