According to local reports, Shusha was subjected to heavy bombardment, while fierce battles are taking place near the city.
The reports have said that the Artsakh Defense Army (ADA) have resisted the Azerbaijani attempts to reach the city gates; however, the latter has resorted to heavily bombarding Shusha with a plethora of missiles and artillery shells.
In a related context, local sources reported earlier strong explosions southwest of Stepanakert, but indicated that the situation is now calm inside the city.

Several people were likely killed, and a number of others had been wounded in central Vienna following exchanges of gunfire late on Monday, Austrian interior minister said.
Police said the attack in Vienna involved six crime scenes and at least one police officer was among the 15 wounded. Police had shot dead one perpetrator, police said on Twitter.
Interior Minister Karl Nehammer told ORF the incident is believed to be terror attack. "At the moment I can confirm we believe this is an apparent terror attack," he said. "We believe there are several perpetrators. Unfortunately there are also several injured, probably also dead."
The Austria Press Agency quoted Nehammer's office as saying that one attacker was killed and another could be on the run.
Vienna police urged people to avoid all open spaces and public transport in the city. Police said trams and buses weren't stopping and urged social media users not to post videos of the ongoing police operation, so as not to endanger officers.
"There are several injured persons," police tweeted. "We are on site with all available forces. Please avoid all public squares in the city."
Newspaper Kronen Zeitung reported that an officer guarding the city's central synagogue was among the injured. The synagogue has police officers stationed near the entrance 24 hours a day.
Oskar Deutsch, the head of the Jewish community in Vienna, said the synagogue was already closed at the time of the shooting.
Deutsch added the shooting took place in the street where the city's main synagogue is located but that it wasn't clear whether the house of worship had been targeted.

The latest arrests in the case involved two men from the town of Grasse, near the southern French coast close to Nice, BFM TV reported.

The FBI needs to be dissolved. Create a purely administrative agency for information-sharing across state and local agencies; one without law enforcement powers.
The left wants to "abolish police" -- create a centralized law enforcement body as competent and non-political as the FBI -- so the solution is to go for the opposite. Eliminate all the federal law enforcement except Secret Service and Customs/Border Enforcement.

[BREITBART] Antifa ...the armed wing of the Democratic Party... protesters harassed residents of mid-rise homes in Vancouver, Washington, after police declared their "anti-capitalist," "anti-police" event in Portland to be a riot. Antifa quickly left the northeast Portland business and residential area to cross the Columbia River into suburban Vancouver.
The Antifa group marched through the residential area late Saturday night shining lights into windows, beating drums, and shouting at the residents to "wake up mother-f*cker, wake up," as seen in the tweet from journalist Andy Ngo.

[BREITBART] Antifa ...the armed wing of the Democratic Party... protesters in New York City went off on police after being ordered to disperse. One woman screamed, "I hope all of your children get raped and killed!"
Antifa and Black Lives Matter protesters erupted into the streets of New York City this weekend. The crowd became unruly after NYPD officers declared the event unlawful and ordered people to disperse.
One particularly incensed woman screamed, "I hope all of your children get raped and killed!" Lives Matter producer Drew Hernandez tweeted.
"You’re a f**king disgrace," she yelled as she walked back from the line.
Others joined her in calling for the death of coppers. "The only good cop is a dead cop," multiple people in the crowd yelled.
The same woman is later seen screaming at leaders of the march, saying, "It was not a success. You didn’t do shit! And you’re scared to get arrested."
Another woman screamed, "What the f**k are you doing here? Go fight real crime, you f**king pathetic pussies!"
Violence broke out after coppers declared the event to be an unlawful assembly and began to make arrests. The order came after protesters blocked the streets and refused to move back on the sidewalks.

Mir had joined krazed killer ranks in 2014 and operated under slain commander Burhan Wani -- a top krazed killer leader who was killed in an encounter with the Indian forces in 2016 and has since become a symbol of protests against the government in the disputed territory.

(HTS) took control of the headquarters for the Ottoman Turkish-backed 4th Brigade of the Syrian National Army (SNA).
The reports said that Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham had temporarily besieged the headquarters of the 4th Brigade before they were able to establish full control over this site inside the key town of Dart Izza.
The reason for the besiegement and capture of the 4th Brigade’s headquarters is unknown.
Dart Izza is one of the most important strongholds for the Ottoman Turkish-backed forces in northwestern Syria; it has been their primary stronghold in western Aleppo since they were expelled from the administrative capital.
In the past, the jihadist rebel factions like Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and Jund al-Aqsa (now part of Hurras al-Deen Group) have clashed with the Ottoman Turkish-backed forces, resulting in significant territorial losses in northwestern Syria.
