The 2016 Soft Coup Unraveling (starring Gina Haspel)
[AE] The Coup Against Trump because he was anti-war and "not one of us" is unraveling deeper and deeper corruption which is leading right to Gina Haspel who is the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). They have contrived fake news and used it to go after everyone around Trump to disrupt his administration. Flynn is just the tip of the iceberg. The FBI is prohibited to penetrate and subvert any presidential campaign. Executive Order 12333, Section 2.9, "Undisclosed Participation in Organizations in the United States." This expressly prohibits in very plain language any sort of intervention that arose from the U.S. Army Counterintelligence penetrating Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) to aid the FBI during the 1960s. Because of this prohibition, they viewed this as only prohibiting domestic intervention. That legal prohibition is why the FBI felt the need to manufacture a "foreign counterintelligence threat" in the UK and then "import" the investigation back into the United States.

However, this goes even further. Since the Steele dossier was paid for by Hillary, and the entire approval of investigating the Trump campaign in 2016 came implicitly from Obama and Biden, the corruption involving the infiltration of the 2016 Presidential Campaign was in itself a Soft Coup. Gina Haspel was the head of the London office of the CIA where everything was organized. The FBI needed to fabricate a foreign counterintelligence "event" in order to pretend this operation was legal. It is now Haspel who is refusing to declassify RussiaGate papers because it was her branch in the UK that was operationally the "friendliest" office to pull it off this entire coup. Haspel was deeply involved which runs the risk of this ever rising to the level of treason.

Sen. John McCain’s role in this coup explains a lot as to why he said he did not want Trump to speak at his funeral. It was McCain who handed the Steele dossier involving President Donald Trump were revealed in recently unsealed court filings. McCain previously had acknowledged getting a copy of the dossier, which was a compilation of memos written by former British spy Christopher Steele, and delivering it to then-FBI Director James Comey. However, the explosive dossier contained false accusations claiming the Russians had compromising information on Trump, which Comey is still trying to use publicly advising people to vote for Biden.

It was David Kramer who is involved with the McCain Institute for International Leadership which should be renamed the Institute for Soft Coups. Kramer was deposed in December 2017 as part of a legal battle waged by a Russian businessman Aleksej Gubarev over BuzzFeed’s publication of the dossier. The judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida unsealed the records adding even more interesting aspects to this Soft Coup.

This election stands for a lot more than just who will be president. If President Trump is reelected, this might very well begin to DRAIN THE SWAMP. A victory for Biden would guarantee we will never hear another word about this Soft Coup. There is a lot at stake in this election that is so far beyond just the personality of the president.

#2  In fairness, Candidate Trump could have not possibly known the depth and breadth of this treachery. It is only years later that the pieces can actually be assembled and new pieces appear to be surfacing on a weekly basis.

When (now silent) senior Intelligence Community officials, both current and former, came out en masse against the 'Orange Man' in the early days of his presidency and campaign monitoring scandal, one had to know that something was dreadfully amiss.

Career employee Haspel's loyalties are to the organization, her former boss John Brennan, and the mission, not to an uncooperative political office holder like Donald Trump. Once again, it's all about power and control. They have it and intend to keep it. They are the Deep State.

#3  Salient portions of the Gatestone link:

The FBI is not allowed to penetrate and subvert a presidential campaign. Executive Order 12333, Section 2.9, "Undisclosed Participation in Organizations in the United States," prohibits it in plain language. Historically, the prohibition is a consequence of U.S. Army Counterintelligence penetrating Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) at the behest of the FBI during the 1960s -- among other abuses of power and authority. That legal prohibition is the reason the FBI felt the need to manufacture a "foreign counterintelligence threat" in the UK and then "import" the investigation back into the United States.

The FBI plotters needed to establish a foreign counterintelligence "event" to run their operation. The UK was the easiest and operationally safest/friendliest place to pull it off, especially with Stefan Halper's connections to Cambridge. Haspel was clearly fully informed and had "coordinated" the operation. She also enjoyed cordial relationships with MI6 and GCHQ. Now we (largely, but imperfectly) know what transpired. Halper under oath, in public, would fill in a lot of blanks. Gina Haspel, under the same circumstances and conditions, might just complete the puzzle. Should President Trump be reelected, it might just happen. A President Biden guarantees we will never hear another syllable of the rest of the story.

#4  the Deep State learned a hard lesson in 1963: the outright assassination of a President is too messy and outrageous to the American people.

Instead, they have learned that character assassination is the way forward for them in their quest for power.

#5  You'll notice that the powerful *always* use this tactic. They dig around in your background, find something, doesn't matter what it is, and smear you with it.

They don't engage with ideas, they just use character assassination. It's amazing how many people who oppose them turn out to be horrible - an amazing coincidence. When you see this, you can't un-see it.

#6  Haspel raised questions in my mind because of her closeness to Brennan. Wray is another roadblock more than an appointment. If swamp-draining is your objective, I guess you wait for these people to eventually reveal themselves. Then you roll them up and take appropriate actions. The coup d etat cover-up always gets you.

Vid: Judicial Watch's Fitton calls for criminal probe into Mueller team's wiped phones
[JustTheNews] Fitton says the question is whether people willfully broke the law in an effort to destroy government records.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton is calling for a criminal investigation into the "pandemic of wiped phones" among members of Robert Mueller's prosecution team.

Fitton, who leads the government watchdog organization, said the question is whether people purposefully broke the law by destroying government records.

"And when you have people wipe two or three phones like Andrew Weissman did I think two of the three phones he had were wiped it just strains credulity," Fitton said during an interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast, noting that there should be more investigation.

Fitton also highlighted the news that despite Mueller's claim that he did not interview with President Trump to apply the position of FBI Director, an email indicates that Mueller withdrew from consideration for the top FBI spot.

An email sent by former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on May 17, 2017 had "Mueller" as the subject and included the message, "Withdrew from consideration for FBI director." That was the exact same day that Mueller's appointment to serve as special counsel for the Russia investigation was announced.

President Trump has said that Mueller did interview for the position.

"And now we have confirmation that the president was right and that Mueller was potentially lying to Congress about whether or not he was up for the job and whether he wanted to be considered for it," Litton said during the podcast.

Fitton said the president should instruct the agencies to: "Get it all out. Stop with the fake redactions. Stop with the abusive exemptions that black out information. We want the world to know about what happened here on this terrible corruption ... If it's the worst corruption scandal in American history then it should be all hands on deck in terms of transparency. And enough with the abuse of FOIA that's been allowed to fester for years here."

BREAKING: Supreme Court Strikes Down Rewrite of State Election Law by District Court Judge ‐ The Battle Is Joined
[RedState] Late Monday afternoon, the Supreme Court issued a “Stay” with regard to an order from a South Carolina federal district court judge who rewrote a provision of South Carolina election law due to the impact of COVID 19.

Judge Julianna Michelle Childs, an appointee of President Obama, granted an injunction for Plaintiffs preventing the South Carolina election officials from enforcing a provision of South Carolina election law requiring a witness signature on an absentee ballot envelope.

After about 60 pages of legal sophistry, Judge Childs finally gets around to holding the same way every other Obama-appointed Judge has held — that COVID 19 changes everything.

In no uncertain terms, that means that Judge Childs’ order will not be enforced until after the Sixth Circuit has heard and decided the appeal of her Order by election officials in South Carolina. That won’t be happening in only four weeks — but just in case it does, the order won’t go into effect if upheld until disposition on a petition for writ of certiorari is heard and disposed of in the Supreme Court — and that is CERTAIN to not happen in the next four weeks.

Vid: Trump private attorney diGenova thinks Comey Senate hearing was ‘useless,' a Graham campaign ad
[JustTheNews] Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova says last week's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for ex-FBI Director James Comey was useless and was meant to help Chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham, who's facing a tough fight for reelection in South Carolina.

"I expected him to lie and be forgetful and he did both, so it was a grand slam for James Comey," diGenova told "Just the News AM" host Carrie Sheffield.

"He did what he's been doing ever since July 5, 2016, when he illegally exonerated Hillary Clinton from her email scandal and her violations of the Espionage Act," diGenova continued. "He's selling a book. He's selling a movie. He's trying to bolster his spirits."

DiGenova said there should have been a private deposition in which committee members could have asked Comey lengthy questions. "Public hearings are useless in cases like this because you have five minute limitations on questioning."

He also said, "That hearing was for Lindsey Graham. He's running for reelection and he wanted to look like he was doing something so he had a hearing, and it was useless."

Mark Kelly And Guns: Project Veritas Starts Digging
[VictoryGirls] The Arizona Senate race is rated a "toss up" by Real Clear Politics, where astronaut and sympathetic figure Mark Kelly is looking to unseat Senator Martha McSally.

After narrowly losing a Senate race two years ago to Kyrsten Sinema, McSally was appointed to finish out the remainder of the late John McCain’s Senate term. Now, she’s running for a Senate seat again, and her challenger is Mark Kelly. Kelly is a familiar figure in Arizona politics, as the husband of former congresswoman Gabby Giffords.
...former Democratic congresswoman from Arizona who resigned in 2012 due to brain damage following an assassination attempt by Jared Loughner, who suffered from paranoid schizophrenia...
We all know Giffords’s tragic story, which led her and her husband into gun control activism. Now, Project Veritas, coming off of a huge scoop on ballot harvesting in Minnesota that looked to tie the Ilhan Omar campaign to paying cash for ballots (which has since pushed the Minneapolis Police Department to issue a statement saying that they would be looking into the allegations), now has a new video out on Mark Kelly’s campaign.

North Carolina Senate race in 'chaos' after Cunningham sexting scandal, Tillis coronavirus diagnosis
[FOXNEWS] The critical and expensive Senate race in North Carolina, central to determining which party controls the upper chamber, was thrown into uncertainty this weekend.

Within the span of just a few hours on Friday, Republican incumbent Thom Tillis announced that he had tested positive for the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
, while his Democratic challenger, Cal Cunningham, acknowledged and apologized for exchanging sexually suggestive text messages with a woman who is not his wife.

Tillis has "mild symptoms," a spokesperson said Saturday, and the diagnosis forced the first-term senator to cancel in-person events with just one month until the election. He is one of several Republican officials to contract the virus in recent days, including President Trump and Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Mike Lee, R-Utah.

"It’s chaos — it’s really what I see it is," David McLennan, a political science professor at Meredith College in Raleigh, said Saturday.

Cunningham, who has led in polls throughout the summer and raked in a record-setting $28.3 million in donations over the past three months, apologized Friday for the romantic text messages that he sent. A spokeswoman for Cunningham’s campaign, Rachel Petri, confirmed on Saturday the authenticity of the text messages, which were first reported by the website NationalFile.com.

"I have hurt my family, disappointed my friends, and am deeply sorry. The first step in repairing those relationships is taking complete responsibility, which I do," Cunningham, who is married with two teenage children, said in a statement late Friday.

Screenshots of the messages show Cunningham told public relations strategist Arlene Guzman Todd, "Would make my day to roll over and kiss you about now," to which she replies, "You’re so sweet. I would enjoy that."

Another shows Guzman Todd tell Cunningham, "the only thing I want on my to do list is you," to which Cunningham replies, "Sounds so hot and so fun!"

#2  Cal Cunningham backs out of town hall as new cheating allegation surfaces
All eyes are on North Carolina Democratic Senate candidate Cal Cunningham after he reportedly pulled out of a town hall event on Monday following the publication of steamy text messages between the candidate and a woman who is not his wife.

Cunningham, a Democrat challenging incumbent Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., "backed out" of a campaign event scheduled for Monday and organizers hope to reschedule, WUNC reported.

The news of Cunningham backing out of the town hall comes hours after another affair allegation against Cunningham surfaced Monday, this time from a woman claiming her friend has been having an affair with Cunningham since 2012.

Cunningham, who is married, apologized on Friday after the website NationalFile.com published steamy text messages between the candidate and a public relations strategist named Arlene Guzman Todd. The allegation that surfaced Monday purports to involve a second woman.
