Lucy, I Don' Bleevit! Hunter B. Now linked to IDENTITY THEFT: his dead brother's!
[FoxNews] Newly submitted court documents link Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden, to an identity theft case from 2016 when he was allegedly being checked into an unidentified Arizona facility.

The court papers were filed Monday in an Arkansas court as part of a paternity battle over a child the Hunter Biden shares with Lunden Roberts, who met the scandal-plagued businessman at a Washington, D.C., strip club where she worked. While the question of whether or not Biden is a father is no longer an issue — a DNA test confirmed he is the baby's father — the parents are at odds over issues such as child support.

The two-page document, titled “Notice of Identity Theft,” was submitted by D&A Investigations Inc., a firm owned by private investigator Dominic Casey, who once did work for Casey Anthony, a Florida woman who was accused of killing her daughter.

Casey, who has requested to be named an intervener in the paternity case, alleged there is a history of using stolen identities to conceal Biden’s location. But the court papers do not specifically identify Biden as the person who committed identity theft.

The court papers, which cite a Prescott, Ariz., police report, describe what allegedly happened on the morning of Oct. 28, 2016, when a Hertz rental car employee reportedly received a phone call around 10 a.m. and subsequently discovered "suspicious" items inside one of the rental cars.

“Stolen identities were used to check defendant Robert Hunter Biden into an Arizona facility and providing false statements to the Prescott Police Department,” the document states. “These stolen identities include his deceased brother Joseph R. Beau Biden III, and Joseph McGee.”

An attorney for Biden, whose full name is Robert Hunter Biden, did not immediately respond to FOX Business’ request for comment. His brother, who went by Beau Biden, died in 2015.

Chelsea Clinton reaps $9 million from corporate board position
[THEHILL] Princess Chelsea Clinton has reaped $9 million in compensation since 2011 for serving on the board of an internet investment company, according to Barron’s, the financial publication.

Barron’s reported Sunday that Clinton has profited handsomely as a board member for IAC/InterActiveCorp, a media and internet investment company that has an ownership stake in 150 well-known brands, such as Vimeo, Tinder, Angie’s List and Home Advisor.

Clinton, the only child of former President Bill Clinton
...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of the word is...
and former Secretary of State Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away...
, has served on IAC’s board since 2011 and receives an annual $50,000 retainer and $250,000 worth of restricted IAC stock units, Barron’s reports.

She reported owning $8.95 million worth of IAC stock to the Securities and Exchange Commission at the end of December.

Barron’s notes that IAC’s stock has risen 89 percent, 50 percent and 36 percent in 2017, 2018 and 2019, respectively, a far steeper rise than the broader stock market.

Clinton’s public profile has proved a valuable commodity.

She earned an annual salary of $600,000 working as a special correspondent for NBC News in 2013 and part of 2014.

Clinton was named to the board of Expedia Group in March of 2017, a position that typically earned $250,000 in 2015, according to a report at the time by The Guardian.

Both IAC and Expedia are controlled by Barry Diller, the business and television mogul, who is a friend of Hillary Clinton.

Fifth Column
Judge Nappy: House Dems should reopen the impeachment case citing new evidence
Watch the latest video.
[FoxNews] House Democrats should reopen the impeachment proceedings against President Trump citing new evidence, rather than continue delaying sending the articles to the GOP-controlled Senate, Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday.

"If I were a Democrat in the House, I would be moving to reopen the impeachment on the basis of newly acquired evidence, which are these new emails of people getting instructions directly from the president to hold up on the sending of the funds. That would justify holding onto the articles of impeachment, because there's new evidence and perhaps new articles," Napolitano argued on "America's Newsroom" Monday morning.

The emails, released in unredacted form last week, were touted as new evidence by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., to be used at an impeachment trial. On the other side, Napolitano said Senate Republicans should do nothing and act as if there has been no impeachment until House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., officially sends the articles to the Senate for trial.

Napolitano, a Fox News senior judicial analyst, said the situation that exists now was never considered by the nation's founders when they wrote the Constitution.

And that Mr. Napolitano is why they put Article V into the document. BTW, they also didn't think the Judiciary would turn itself into America's own aristocracy with a lineage based upon a few Ivy League schools for the privilege of an unassailable seat of power over the citizenry.

Devin Nunes Tells Sara Carter: "ICIG Michael Atkinson is Under Active Investigation"
Sara Carter held a pod-cast interview with HPSCI ranking member Devin Nunes. At approximately 36:25 of the interview congressman Nunes discusses the testimony of Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.

The transcript from Atkinson's House testimony has never been released. Rep. Nunes states the reason HPSCI Chairman Schiff has kept the transcript hidden and classified is because the content is extremely damaging to the origin of the impeachment fraud. Additionally, the testimony from Atkinson conflicted with evidence which surfaced later:

"[Atkinson] is under active investigation. I’m not gonna go any farther than that because you know obviously he has a chance to come in and prove his innocence, but my guess is Schiff, Atkinson they don’t want that transcript out because it’s very damaging"... (Link)

Lincoln Chafee Launching Longshot White House Bid as Libertarian
[BREITBART] Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee will mount a longshot bid for the presidency as a Libertarian Party candidate, taking another stab at the White House after his failed bid for the 2016 Democrat nomination.

On Sunday, Chafee submitted paperwork to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to create the Lincoln Chafee for President campaign committee, CNN first reported.

"Protect Our Freedoms. Tell The Truth. No More Wars. No More Reckless Spending," read slogans on a website included in Chafee’s filings.

Chafee, who was a Republican for most of his life, formally switched to the Democrat Party in 2013. He ran for the Democrat nomination three years later against Sen. Bernie Sanders
...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being a socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around...
(I-VT), former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley (D), former Sen. Jim Webb (D-VA), and Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away...
, who became the party’s nominee but was defeated by Donald Trump
...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election...
Chafee was nominated to replace his late father’s Senate seat in 1999 and was elected the following year as a Republican. In 2006, the senator was defeated by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI). He then served as the Ocean State’s governor between 2011-2015 as an independent.

Maxine Waters: Trump’s Mental Health an Impeachment Consideration
[BREITBART] While laying out a case for President Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
’s impeachment during an appearance on MSNBC’s "Kasie DC" on Sunday, Rep. The Ageless and Downright Brilliant Comrade Maxine Impeach 45! Waters
...U.S. Representative for California's 43rd congressional district, serving since 1991, a total of 28.10058 years. A member of the Democratic Party, she is the most senior of the twelve black women currently serving in the United States Congress, and a member and former chair of the Congressional Black Caucus. Before becoming a member of Congress she served in the California Assembly, to which she was first elected back when Disco was in flower, in 1976, which would make it 43.09853 years. She has been a politician for virtually all her adult life. If she was a little brighter she'd be a Communist...
(D-CA) raised questions about Trump’s mental health as one of her arguments.

Waters called Trump "a liar" and told host Kasie Hunt there were issues dealing with the president’s mental health, noting psychiatrists have previously diagnosed him from afar.

"[W]e know several things about this president," she said. "We know he’s a liar. We know that it has been documented by The Washington Post that he’s lied thousands of times. I think it’s over 15,000 times that they’ve actually documented. We know that there is a matter of trust. We also know that from afar, you’ve had psychiatrists wondering about his mental stability. We know that the president tweets. We know that he basically makes up his mind. He said he knows more than his generals know."

"So, American people need to know what we’re dealing with here because it is not about which party they are going to align themselves with," Waters added. "It’s whether or not they can trust the president of the United States, whether or not he’s a liar, whether or not he’s a ‐ mental health is good. It is whether or not he’s presidential, yes."

Ilhan Omar's ex-husband Ahmed Hirsi remarries 37 days after their divorce
[NY Post] Rep. Ilhan Omar's ex-husband has remarried ‐ just 37 days after their divorce was finalized, according to a new report Monday.

Ahmed Hirsi, the father of Omar's three children, tied the knot with nurse Ladan Ahmed in a low-key ceremony in Somalia in a bid to avoid media scrutiny, the Daily Mail reported.

Hirsi, 39, reportedly married Ahmed on Dec. 12 in a Muslim faith-based ceremony and the pair are now in Saudi Arabia on their honeymoon, according to the report.
That’s nice. But are they legally married for American purposes?
Omar and Hirsi filed for divorce in October amid allegations she was having an affair with DC political consultant Tim Mynett.

The two became officially single on Nov. 5 and if the new report is true, Hirsi married his new bride just 37 days later.

Fredo's Idiot Brother Strikes Again

[WKBW-ABC] Governor Capo di Regime Cuomo has proposed new measures meant to crack down on untraceable guns, appropriately known as "ghost guns."

The governor wants to require firearm parts be sold only to authorized buyers, assign them the same eligibility requirements as a completed firearm and ensure that all major parts receive a serial number. His proposal would ban individuals from obtaining major components of a firearm, rifle or shotgun online. Individuals would instead need to ship these parts to a licensed gun dealer where they would be picked up in person.

I suggest Cuomo reread the story about several armed church members who saved lives in Texas by taking down an armed felon who obtained firearms illegally.

#5  But wait-- there's more!
From grom's link:
The crisis is hardly a surprise, of course. NYPD brass have been warning of the new arrest-and-release law for weeks, and even a progressive district attorney like Albany County’s David Soares is vocally opposed to it.

And as disturbing as the bail changes seem, worse is on the way: Revisions in discovery procedure mean that defendants now free on no-bail will be told where key witnesses against them live; it takes little imagination to see where that will lead: Look for witness shortages, one way or another.
