[Breitbartt] Italy’s Matteo Salvini infuriated the EU’s most senior foreign minister by declaring that Italy needs more children, not more Africans "to replace the children we’re not having".
Speaking at a conference on the European migrant crisis in Vienna, the dynamic League (Lega) leader, who became Italy’s deputy prime minister and minister of the interior after anti-establishment populists triumphed at the polls in the recent elections, said he disagreed with EU politicians "[who] say that we need immigration because the population of Europe is getting older".
"I have a completely different viewpoint," he said. "I believe that I’m in government in order to see that our young people have the number of children that they used to a few years ago, and not to transplant the best of Africa’s youth to Europe."
Salvini’s remarks flustered nearby Jean Asselborn, who muttered "blah, blah, blah" while the Italian was speaking.
The 69-year-old Luxembourger, who is the EU’s longest-serving foreign minister ‐ having been in post since 2004 ‐ has previously complained that anti-mass migration parties which want to "protect Christianity" and refuse to "open the door" to Arabic-speaking Muslim migrants will "destroy Europe" with their strong border policies.
Salvini merely used the opportunity to goad the EU loyalist, however, adding: "Maybe in Luxembourg they need to do this, but in Italy we need to help people have more children, rather than bring in modern-day slaves [from Africa] to replace the children we’re not having."

Also: Judge Brett Kavanaugh is the son of a judge. His mother is former Maryland District Judge Martha Kavanaugh. Turns out that Judge Kavanaugh, (the senior), was the presiding judge in a home foreclosure case in which she ruled against Christine Blasey-Ford's parents!

By nature, no leftist is trustworthy at all. In order to be a leftist, one must lie to oneself to embrace such corrupt ideas.
If they cannot even be honest with themselves, they certainly will not be honest with anyone else.
This is why I have branded all leftists as scum of the earth.
[Mercer] Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona has stepped into the role of John McCain as Republican scold and saboteur, forever looking out for the interests of ... the Democrats, not to mention his own legacy as swamp creature.
And now, the flake from Arizona is helping to sabotage the nomination to the Supreme Court of Brett Kavanaugh. After all, when it comes to white males, there is no statute of limitation on their crimes and evil. They must be stopped. No evidence needed. Due process be damned.
AND, if you miss John McCain, fear not. Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) & Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) will pick up the slack. Flake, aforementioned, too. Recall how they & the late Johnny defeated legislation to scrap the Affordable Care Act?
[American Mirror] There were times during a Thursday rally Barack Obama couldn’t help but talk about himself, even though he was supposed to be talking about other people.
There were other times he could barely talk at all.
During the Cleveland rally for Rich Cordray and Betty Sutton, Obama repeatedly talked about himself, despite the candidates sitting behind him.
Several times, he stuttered as he attempted to attack President Trump and the success of recent Republican initiatives.
"I see you," Obama started, pointing into the audience.
"Let, let, let, let, let me just say these, these are friends of mine," Obama said, stumbling over his words, "I admit I am biased."
Several times, Obama called Cordray and Sutton a "friend of mine."
"I have worked with them," he said, keeping the focus on himself.
Several times, Obama attempted to regale the audience with stories about when he was important and the President.
BLUF:
[GP] It turns out the woman who sent the letter to Democrat lawmakers is a far-left activist.
Christine Blasey Ford, a California professor and far left activist, wrote a letter to a Democrat lawmaker earlier this summer claiming she was sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh while they were in high school in Maryland over three decades ago.
Her husband's Linkedin Page: Russell Ford A good background on her here: Link

These are two different people, Besoeker. The one on the left has a a prominent chin, and the the one on the right has rather plain features - marry this one and social would soon dry up.

Ford says that she was traumatized for years by the experience. However, there is no indication that she ever made a formal compliant to the police or previously raised the issue during Kavanaugh’s prior confirmation hearings. There remains the question of why Ford did not go public earlier when Kavanaugh was nominated for the D.C. Circuit or why she wanted Congress to know about the allegation but said that she did not want to go come forward herself. Ford is an established academic who would clearly be supported in coming forward to report an attempted rape.
Now that the identity of the accuser is known, it will be possible to look at supporting or conflicting accounts. Did she share the allegation of an attempted rape with friends at the time? Is there any record of seeking medical assistance or injuries? She says that she called a government official about reporting the incident at the time but there does not appear to be a record. She also said that she received medical attention, but again produced no record.
The polygraph is the most interesting dynamic element. While not admissible in court, the accuracy of polygraphs are often put between 70 and 90 percent when conducted properly. I have been counsel in polygraph cases and there can be serious problems raised in the performance of the tests.
...
Problem is that only validates what people believe, not what may have actually happened. We know how earnest some people are but 'witnesses' don't always match other evidence.

Martha G. Kavanaugh, the mother of Brett Kavanaugh was a Maryland district judge in 1996. In an amazing coincidence, Martha Kavanaugh was the judge in a foreclosure case in which Christine Blasey-Ford’s parents were the defendants. Now it all becomes clear. Blasey-Ford is going after Brett Kavanaugh, not because of what he did in high school. Instead, Christine Blasey-Ford is going after Brett Kavanaugh out of spite and revenge for a case rulled on by Brett Kavanaugh mother. Martha Kavanaugh, Brett’s mother was Montgomery County Circuit Court judge from 1993 until she retired in 2001. During a 1996 foreclosure case, Martha Kavanaugh ruled against the parents of Christine Blasey-Ford in a foreclosure case. The foreclosure case against Paula K. Blasey and Ralph G. Blasey was opened on August 8, 1996. The case number is 156006V.

Mark Judge says it never happened. Mark Judge is one of those who was alleged to be there by Ford. Did it happen?

By dumbocrap standards, the situation described in #14 means Blasey-Ford should "recuse herself..."

Democrats are reduced to this because they have nothing else they can do to stop Kavanaugh's confirmation. They did the same with Judge Roy Moore and Clarence Thomas. They offer no proof, only last minute allegations after 30 years of silence. This is a disgusting and desperate play that they are using all too often to be believable. If any Republican senators step out of line here they need to be kicked out of the Republican Party. Let's be honest, Senators. Whose side are you on?

You have to consider how politicians "do math." Failing to listen to this loon is the same as "ignoring half (the female half) of their voters." Never mind that on the GOP side, 2/3 to 3/4 of women are rolling their eyes, and not with sympathy for the loon.

I'm a bit slow at times and might have missed something along the way but when did Dems become keepers of women's virtue?

And let's all remember. The "Senate Judiciary Committee" and the Senate at large does not have to abide by the rules of evidence or discovery. Just because...

“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California.
I wonder if she is having false memories induced by virtual reality or other psy-op experiment funded by taxpayers. Groping charges after 35 years either shows desperation of the libs to stop Kavanaugh or it is a legitimate cover to look at new evidence. 8Chan, salt to taste, but new FBI docs obtained from Little Rock have new evidence on Vince Foster, a case that Kavanaugh handled. He knows if docs at CF have been changed. I hope Judge Kavanaugh has SS protection as the Clintonistas seem to stop at nothing.
Sunday on MSNBC’s "Am Joy," Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) accused President Donald Trump of displaying "the most despicable behavior that any human being could do."
Waters said, "Let me predict that there are many Republicans that will not continue to stand with him. This president has displayed the most despicable behavior that any human being could do. And certainly, as a president of the United States, he has disappointed millions of people. And so he’s not a role model for our children. He is a liar. He’s a con man. He’s deceitful. He makes up stories day in and day out. Despite the fact that the 1% who will gain mightily from the tax cuts may continue to support him because of the profits that they will make, I think the average human being, the average American, even many of those who are Republicans, cannot stand to have this president represent us in this world any longer."
She continued, "So when it will be, I don’t know. But it is, you know, possible. And He’s trying to frighten them by saying this black woman who has no reason to talk about impeachment keeps talking about impeachment. Well, he’s not only trying to frighten them, but he’s trying to bring out that constituency of his who do not like black people anyway. So I’m not worried about that. Let him continue to say whatever he would like to say. I think the dots are getting closer to being connected. I think that Manafort is going to play a big role in this. I think our special counsel is doing a good job. And in the final analysis, I think we will understand how he and his allies and all of those who have been, you know, wanting Trump to lift the sanctions so that they can all benefit from drilling for oil in the Arctic are going to be discovered. They’re going to be indicted in my own estimation."

Gee, she almost mimics the pattern of a stereotypical image of the cartoonish white redneck talking about black folks circa 1870-1960s. Projection indeed.
[DailyBeast] "It’s disturbing that these uncorroborated allegations from more than 35 years ago, during high school, would surface on the eve of a committee vote after Democrats sat on them since July," spokesman Taylor Foy said in a statement. "If Ranking Member Feinstein and other Committee Democrats took this claim seriously, they should have brought it to the full Committee’s attention much earlier."
Democrats, though, want Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the chairman of the committee, to postpone the vote until Ford’s allegations are investigated.
"To railroad a vote now would be an insult to the women of America and the integrity of the Supreme Court," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said in a statement.
At least one Republican indicated a willingness to hear more from Ford before the judiciary committee votes on Thursday.
"If Ms. Ford wishes to provide information to the committee, I would gladly listen to what she has to say and compare that against all other information we have received about Judge Kavanaugh," Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) Surprise!
said in a statement. "If the committee is to hear from Ms. Ford it should be done immediately so the process can continue as scheduled." I seen 'dis movie before:
No surprise here. A registered Democrat, College Professor in Palo Alto, Ca. Even her allegations don't even jive with her marriage Counselor 's notes of 2012 that stated she was allegedly sexually assaulted by four teenagers, not two as stated by the accuser in her letter . The FBI responded that the don't investigate sexual assaults and furthermore went on to state that a 37 year old allegation is way past the statute of Limitations for a Maryland DA to investigate and or prosecute. An obvious hitjob by Feinstein and the accuser.

Ïnfo is coming out that she signed another letter condeming border policies once and another time was an anti-Trump marcher interviewed by a local tee vee station.

We've seen this story a dozen times. Accusations are made just before the election or during conformation hearings. Once the candidate loses the election/not confirmed, the accusers disappear - is there really nothing what can be done?
I propose Republican Party discipline. I was referred to a video some months ago (hat tip to Rantburg) about British parliamentary politics. There were a couple of party operatives, can't remember if they were Labor or Tory, talking about making sure that all members of the party vote the party line. They called it "putting a bit of stick about". Texas Senator John Cornyn is the current Republican Whip. He needs to get busy.

I mean, everybody knows this is bullshit and Democrats wouldn't vote to confirm Kavanaugh anyway. So what we have here is some kind of flimsy cover for RINOs like Flake, Murkowski and Collins to vote no. If they vote no they need to be called on it and punished in any way legally possible by their fellow party members. No more excuses, it's time to get tough.

“She admits she doesn’t remember key details like exactly when the incident occurred or where specifically, and she says the first time she told anyone about it was when she was in couples counseling with her husband in 2012 — 30-some years after the night in question.”

Trump needs to hire PI's to tail EVERY white house reporter, then when he has press conference, have the folders right there. If they ask a question, he asks them stuff "So why were you buying drugs last tuesday?"
