Gov. Brown encourages Oregonians to call police on neighbors who violate COVID-19 freeze
[KGW8] For the next two weeks in Oregon, and four weeks in Multnomah County, new restrictions aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus are in place.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Days before Thanksgiving, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown said she believes residents who know their neighbors are violating the most recent round of COVID-19 protocols, which includes capping the number of people allowed in your home at six, should call the police.

"This is no different than what happens if there's a party down the street and it's keeping everyone awake," Brown said in an interview Friday. "What do neighbors do [in that case]? They call law enforcement because it's too noisy. This is just like that. It's like a violation of a noise ordinance."

The restrictions, known as a freeze, were implemented this week via an executive order by the governor. For the next two weeks in Oregon, and four weeks in Multnomah County, residents are banned from eating out at restaurants and going to the gym, among other restrictions. Social gatherings in our homes are also limited to no more than six people. Violators could face up to 30 days in jail, $1,250 in fines or both.

Pennsylvania GOP Slams Dominion Systems For Canceling On Giving Testimony
[WIRE] On Friday, Republican members on the State Government Committee slammed Dominion Voting Systems after Dominion company canceled a scheduled appearance to discuss voting irregularities.

The Pennsylvania House Republicans tweeted, "Transparency is key for our election security. Dominion Voting Software is asking us to give them only blind trust. We’re very disappointed in Dominion’s last minute cancelation in today’s hearing."

Rep. Dawn Keefer later said at a press conference Friday that the GOP members had questions such as, "Were test runs done, conducted before the election? Were they done after the election?"

She added, "How do we know? Does Dominion use open-source software so that observers can go in and see exactly what switches are being turned on and turned off? We don’t know. Moreover, how tightly controlled is the source code, and who has control of that source code?"

Committee member Rep. Seth Grove snapped, "Instead of running towards the light of honesty and integrity, Dominion Voting Systems retreated to the darkness. Why? Why would a vendor of public goods fear discussing their product sold to the public for the public good? If Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success?"

EVERY State that used this a Electronic Voting system should have its Election INVALIDED.

There is no excuse given all the evidence we already have, that the votes were honestly counted and Millions of voter Civil Rights were genuinely upheld.

The Courts should order those states redo the voting process, MINUS those systems and easily faked mail-in ballots.

ABSENTEE voting ONLY under 2016 rules and with strict traceable and accountable conditions.

STOLEN IS NOT EARNED

Our tipster makes clear that "Soros people" are very close with Dominion, which has partnered with a voting technology company chaired by one of left-wing billionaire George Soros' best friends and associates. Dominion was caught flipping votes from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden in the 2020 election, and Trump has cited data to accuse Dominion of widespread vote-flipping and vote-losing in key states. Dominion is headquartered in Toronto and has a U.S. office in Denver.

City Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld Charged with Corruption, Roiling Cincinnati
Welcome to another exciting episode of Name That Party!
[City Beat, via WeaselZippers] - For the second time in two weeks, a Cincinnati City Council member has been arrested on charges of corruption related to a scheme that allegedly traded cash for votes relating to the development of the former Convention Place Mall.

On Thursday morning, FBI agents arrested council member P.G. Sittenfeld at his home. Now the presumptive front-runner for Cincinnati’s upcoming mayoral race is featured in a six-count federal indictment for bribery and extortion.

The indictment follows last week’s arrest of council member Jeff Pastor, who was federally charged on Nov. 10 for an assortment of similar charges relating to the same development project.

But there are key differences in the cases against the two elected officials. Pastor is accused of personally enriching himself through $55,000 in bribes. Meanwhile, investigators say Sittenfeld arranged what amounted to campaign donations — though he circumvented election law by directing those payments to a Political Action Committee which he secretly controlled.

Omitted from the article - PG.'s political affiliation. It's a total mystery!

MI Secretary of State Benson: ‘No Legal Avenue’ for Two Republicans to Rescind Certification Vote; Doxxer Wanted to ‘Illegally Vote‘ in KY, SC
[Breitbart] Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) said Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s "Live" that there was "no legal avenue" for two members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers to reverse their votes.

Benson was reacting to Monica Palmer, the Republican chairwoman, and William Hartmann, the other Republican member of the four-person Wayne County board signing affidavits late Wednesday, saying they want to rescind their votes to certify the county’s election results.

Palmer and Hartman initially voting against certification then later voted for it after hearing from outraged voters on Tuesday.

Benson said, "Well, notably, there are a lot of protocols in place under which the canvas and the county board meet. It has to be an open meeting. There has to be a vote taken, there has to be an adjournment. All of those things lead into an official certification, and all those things have happened here. So there is really no legal avenue for any type of overturning of that."

She continued, "That doesn’t mean — again, this has been par for the course —you won’t see a PR strategy to try to sew seeds of doubt and create confusion about the process. But the law is actually quite clear on this. Every county in Michigan has certified the results following a post-election canvas. That certification has now been given to the state Board of Canvassers. They are scheduled to meet on Monday to formally certify the state-wide electors and move forward from there."

Democrat Who Attacked Kids Of Republican Canvasser Asked To Be Taught ‘How To Illegally Vote’ In Other States

[NationalPulse] Abraham Aiyash,
...dear friend of “The Squad” member Representative Rashida Tlaib (D-Palestinian)...
a representative-elect for Michigan’s State House from the fourth district, inquired if someone could teach him "how to illegally vote in Kentucky and South Carolina" on Twitter.

The unearthed comments follow Aiyash helping dox and intimidate Republican representatives in Michigan who, at first, refused to certify the state’s election results. Aiyash publicly outed the school in which one of the Republican officials’ kids attended:

"You, Miss Monica Palmer from Grosse Pointe Woods, which has a history of racism, are deciding to enable and continue to perpetuate the racist history of this country. And I want you to think about what that means for your kids, who probably go to Grosse Pointe North."

Aiyash, who ran unopposed, implored "someone" to "teach" him "how to illegally vote in Kentucky and South Carolina" on November 6th, 2020 — just days after the fraud-ridden presidential election.

According to his bio, he was a surrogate for Bernie Sanders
...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around...
in 2020 and has been affiliated with a host of Democratic Party

They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
organization such as bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit

Young Democrats and the Michigan Democratic Party:

"His professional experience includes working as the training and politicianship director of Michigan United, working for state Rep. Rose Mary Robinson (D), and working as a surrogate for Bernie Sanders during his 2020 Presidential campaign. Aiyash has served as a member of Michigan United, Detroit Young Democrats, and the Michigan Democratic Party. He has also served on the boards for the Sierra Club, One Hamtramck, the Yemen

#5  From UpCounsel.com

There are other situations under which a contract may be said to have been signed under duress. If a person is forced to sign a contract at gunpoint, that would obviously be a case of signing under duress. However, any type of threat or other cause of stress that one party puts on another party may be considered duress; a physical weapon is not required.

Contracts can only be legally signed under a party's free will. Any type of coercion is considered duress if it allows one person to take advantage of another. Modification of a contract may also be done under duress.

The determination of duress is not whether or not the threat truly exists, but whether or not the person honestly believed that it did. However, a party can only claim duress if the other party in the contract was the one who caused the duress.

#6  Their "agreement" was obtained under threat; it's invalid. You can't hold a gun to a person's head, have them sign a contract, then argue the contract was voluntarily entered.

In sworn statement, prominent mathematician flags up to 100,000 Pennsylvania ballots
[JustTheNews] In a sworn declaration, a respected mathematician says his analysis of election data and phone interviews with Pennsylvania voters raises questions about as many as 100,000 absentee ballots requested in the key battleground state where President Trump and Joe Biden are separated by just about 82,000 votes.

Williams College Professor Steven Miller, a Yale and Princeton trained math expert, said he analyzed Pennsylvania ballot data collected by former Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard as well as 2,684 voter interviews conducted by a phone bank and found two concerning patterns. One involved possible votes that were not counted, the other ballots that appeared to be requested by someone other than a registered voter.

"I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801," Miller said in the sworn statement provided to Just the News.

According to Pennsylvania state data for early and absentee ballot requests, there are roughly 165,000 ballots requested in the names of registered GOP voters that had not been counted as of Nov. 16.

Democrats demand more Big Tech censorship, collusion, and deplatforming
[PostMillennial] When Republicans wanted to know just why a person, page, or view would be suppressed, Democrats said tech companies should suppress sooner, and thanked them for the censorship they had provided.

Republicans looked to ensure the rights of Americans online, while Democrats asked tech companies to crack down harder against freedoms of expression.

Conservative senators like Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and Josh Hawley called out Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg, CEO's of Twitter and Facebook respectively, for their platforms' penchant for banning, suppressing, and censoring Americans.

While they held these sites to account for the power they wield over American discourse, their counterparts on the left advocated for more of it.

Sen. Diane Feinstein told Dorsey that "the entity that runs this operation ought to have an understanding that when there is a major situation that the tweets can play a unique role in reassuring or stirring people up to unacceptable levels."

Feinstein wanted warning labels on President Trump's tweet to be more stringent, for Twitter to be more censorious, not less. She called into question the warning labels on Trump's tweets regarding the election. "Does that label do enough to prevent the tweets harms when the tweet is still visible and is not accurate?"

Georgia governor certifies election, sealing Biden win over Trump; Trump campaign immediately contests
[WashingtonExaminer] Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Friday announced he would accept the election results showing Joe Biden won the presidential race against President Trump by more than 12,000 votes in the Peach State, one of the closest margins in the country.

Kemp, speaking from the Georgia Capitol, added that the certification "paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount."
That doesn’t sound like a certification, which I understand is final.
Georgia's election has been saddled with accusations of voter fraud and ugly party infighting.

Biden flipped the once-reliably red state blue with 2.47 million votes, compared to Trump's 2.46 million. Libertarian Jo Jorgensen pulled in 62,138 votes. Biden beat Trump by a margin of 12,670 votes, or 0.25 points. He is the first Democratic presidential nominee to win the state's 16 Electoral College votes in nearly three decades.

The result of the six-day hand recount of the state's 159 counties had been widely expected despite unsupported allegations from Trump's campaign and Georgia Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue that the results should be doubted because of widespread fraud.

They have also accused Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a lifelong Republican, of trying to help Democrats cheat, an accusation he has strongly denied.

The Trump campaign has two business days to request a machine recount under state law. If it does, Georgia taxpayers will foot the bill.
A machine recount with tainted mail in votes. Still gonna use Dominion machines?
Shortly thereafter:
Trump Campaign Fact-Checks the Media: Georgia Has Not Certified Biden's Win

[PJMedia] On Thursday night, Georgia completed its hand recount of the ballots in the 2020 election, finding that Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant...
leads President Donald Trump
...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election...
by 12,284 votes. The state has yet to certify the results, however. The Trump campaign contested the recount, arguing that Georgia officials still wrongfully counted illegal ballots.

"Georgia’s historic first statewide audit reaffirmed that the state’s new secure paper ballot voting system accurately counted and reported results," Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R-Ga.) said in a statement. "This is a credit to the hard work of our county and local elections officials who moved quickly to undertake and complete such a momentous task in a short period of time."

Jenna Ellis, senior legal advisor to the Trump campaign, fact-checked the legacy media on the Georgia news.

"Headlines are already falsely reporting that Joe Biden is declared the winner in Georgia. Sorry, media, that’s not how it works. The State of Georgia has not certified its results, and it should not," Ellis said in a statement.

"This so-called hand recount went exactly as we expected because Georgia simply recounted all of the illegal ballots that had been included in the total," she argued. "We continue to demand that Georgia conduct an honest recount, which includes signature matching. We intend to pursue all legal options to ensure that only legal ballots are counted."

Ellis is correct that Georgia has not certified its results, but the News Agency that Dare Not be Named did call the race for Biden. Her fact-check boils down to the question of what it means for Biden to be "declared the winner."

The signature-matching issue is even thornier. The Trump campaign has alleged that election officials have kept Republican poll watchers away, hampering their ability to monitor the counting of ballots.

When it comes to signature-matching, election officials have to check the signatures on the secrecy envelopes before counting absentee ballots in those envelopes. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, even if election officials did illegally count absentee ballots, it may be impossible to fix the problem, since ballots are not kept with secrecy envelopes after officials remove and tally them.

Election officials rejected 2,011 absentee ballots in the Georgia general election, according to Raffensperger’s office. Voters returned a total of 1.32 million absentee ballots, so the rejection rate is 0.15 percent, the same as in the 2018 election. That year, Georgians cast only 284,000 absentee ballots, 454 of which were rejected for signature mismatch.

The recount found thousands of previously-uncounted ballots.

#2  Fayette County has been a Historic Republican enclave. In the past 10 years however, it has begun to look more and more like neighboring Clayton County.

Fayette County, Georgia has found more than three thousand uncounted ballots. These are in addition to the 2,600 uncounted ballots in Floyd County. These are not recounted ballots. These were uncounted ballots found on thumb drives that were never included in the original count. So the voters that cast those ballots were going to be disenfranchised if the recanvassing in Georgia did not happen. There were another 284 found in Walton County.

Obama appointed judge. He is suspect already. Obama has tainted the government so much, it likely to suffer from the results for a long time to come. Now we know what Obama meant by "fundamentally changing the government." Corruptocracy.

#20  What a tangled web the elites weave, when they practice to deceive.

Indeed. My Theory of the Crime:
The Dems were planning to win via the usual voting fraud + new mail-in vote shenanigans. But President Trump turned out to be unexpectedly popular, not only with voters in general but also some traditionally Democratic constituencies.

To buy time to bring up the Heavy Duty Scammage, counting was stopping in the swing states at a time when Trump was leading. When counting was restarted, after some big-ass vote dumps, Sleepy Joe was in the lead. Unfortunately for the Dems, these large-scale manipulations left forensic traces. In order to overcome Trump's popularity*, they had to do too much that was too noticeable.

* Scott Adams has maintained that eventually people would come around to the position that "Yeah, he's a big jerk, but I kinda like what he is doing". That seems to have happened.

Team Trump: Evidence Shows 'More Than Double' the Vote Margin in Swing States Is From Illegal Ballots
[PJMedia] Trump campaign lawyers Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis gave a blockbuster presser on Thursday in which they ran down the legal case for the president’s repeated claim that he won the 2020 presidential election. Giuliani insisted that the evidence the campaign has collected suggests that "more than double" the margin of votes required to flip the election in six swing states are provably illegal, meaning Trump will have won them when only legal votes are counted. Ellis insisted that the legal challenges are not aimed at reversing the preliminary election results, however, but at restoring election integrity.

"In the states that we have indicated in red, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona, we more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election in terms of provable, illegal ballots," Giuliani, the former mayor of New York, said.

Giuliani insisted that the amount of evidence Team Trump has compiled suggests that Democrats cooked up a voter fraud scheme across the country.

#2  Meanwhile, even one out of three Democrats agrees with the 75% of Republicans who see that this election was fraudulent.

47% of voters agree the presidency is being stolen.

Free speech is under attack. Our media organizations are now state propaganda platforms. We've seen the collapse of rule of law in over a dozen cities. Now our election 'system' is exposed as a complete joke.

With this amount of rot in our most basic democratic institutions, how can we still call our beloved country a democratic republic?

Why do we tolerate this?

#3  I thought it was a fairly big deal, certainly one of the more significant public events or announcements in my lifetime. There were a lot of serious figures on that stage. Men and women who by their lengthy past, public behavior and deportment have earned the right to be taken seriously.

It remains to be proven at this point but the content was no joke. A number of other indicators are popping up as well. Dominion backing out at the last minute in PA. Might mean nothing, they could have spoken to a moderately clever bar tender who reminded them about that whole fewer words, less trouble situation.

But then they lawyered up, and kind of heavy too. That's not simply reconsidering, that's writing a substantial check with the guarantee that there will be many more substantial checks. I mean unless their lawyers are unlike every other on earth.

Then what do you make of the governor of GA? The salient question was not the number of ballots but one of legitimacy. Recounting questionable ballots to arrive at the original conclusion is childishly transparent, not to mention crooked.

Whatever else, this does not go away. Does nobody wonder just what the next move will be should the substance of these allegations be publicly proven beyond a doubt, say sometime around Memorial Day '21?

New York Gov Cuomo To Receive 2020 International EMMY® FOUNDERS Award
A decision that reflects equally badly on the Emmy committee and the recipient.
[iemmys.tv] International Academy to Recognize his Effective Use of Television During the Pandemic

New York, November 20, 2020 — Governor Andrew M. Cuomo of New York will receive this year’s International Emmy® Founders Award, in recognition of his leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic and his masterful use of television to inform and calm people around the world. The Emmy® will be presented to Governor Cuomo, also a New York Times best-selling author, during the Academy’s live, International Emmy® Awards show streaming at 11 AM ET, on the Academy’s website www.iemmys.tv, on November 23.

"The Governor’s 111 daily briefings worked so well because he effectively created television shows, with characters, plot lines, and stories of success and failure," said International Academy President & CEO, Bruce L. Paisner. "People around the world tuned in to find out what was going on, and New York tough became a symbol of the determination to fight back."

The Founder’s Award is presented to an individual or organization who "crosses cultural boundaries to touch our common humanity". Prior recipients include Vice President Al Gore, Oprah Winfrey, and Steven Spielberg.

On March 2, 2020, New York Governor Cuomo conducted a media briefing from Manhattan to inform and educate New Yorkers and the public at large about the coronavirus outbreak that was just starting to be recognized as a massive public health threat. That 12-minute introduction, part of a 34-minute session with other state leaders, was the first of 111 consecutive daily briefings for New Yorkers and the wider world about the grim progress of the worst pandemic to hit the United States in a century. The briefings were carried live by New York’s local TV stations, nationally on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and other news outlets in the U.S. and around the world. The last "daily" briefing was held on June 19, 2020. These daily communications have drawn a total of 59 million viewers.

Andrew M. Cuomo is the 56th Governor of New York. After the 1996 election, President Clinton appointed him to serve as HUD Secretary. In 2006, he was elected New York State Attorney General. In 2010 he was elected Governor and re-elected twice in 2014 and 2018.
