I see Wagner ad a Constellis peer - this doesn’t make sense. What pro would want known slackers on their flank. Maybe one of the other Russian PMCs … selecting for demining troops or a penal construction group (which the Russians had in WW2).

Wagner likes to recruit from Zaslon, Vympl and Smersh units the same way Constellis likes to recruit from US Tier 1 units. Both round out with combat vets who have honorable discharges. But even where E. Beevor refers to real archival documents, this does not prove anything. The Central Archive of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation does indeed store materials of political departments with reports, which contain the minutes of Red Army, Komsomol and party meetings describing cases of deviant behavior of servicemen. These are chubby folders, the contents of which are solid rubbish.
But they were completed precisely “thematically”, as evidenced by their very names: “Emergency incidents and immoral phenomena” for such and such a period in such and such a military unit. By the way, these names already show that such phenomena were considered by the army leadership not as a behavioral norm, but as an emergency event requiring decisive action.
There are also materials of military tribunals in the archive - investigation cases, sentences, etc., where you can find many negative examples, because it is there that such information is concentrated. But the fact is that the perpetrators of these crimes amounted to no more than 2% of the total number of servicemen. Unless the UA say otherwise, I'm inclined to credit it as an honest accident. Moving by motor vehicle through war zones can be pretty damn chancy. Everyone grants himself conditional exemption from the normal rules of the road, and often there aren't MPs around to keep order, and adrenaline makes people do stupid, unpredictable things, especially behind the wheel.
Lots of generals and couriers over the years have gotten hurt or killed in stupid collisions going from one meeting to another, and Zelensky's been out and about a lot, half posturing, half actually doing his job, at considerable risk to his person. And automobile accidents are probably just as much of a risk in this situation as a guy with a gun and a plan.
This one happened in Kyiv, though, I think?

[RT] Russia has criticized the resolution adopted by the UN nuclear watchdog on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. The document passed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is “anti-Russian” and does not say a single word about the Ukrainian shelling of the facility, Russian diplomats have said. The facility, the largest of its kind in Europe, is located in Ukraine but currently controlled by Russian forces.
On Thursday, the IAEA Board of Governors adopted a document demanding Russia “immediately cease all actions against, and at, the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and any other nuclear facility in Ukraine.” The text also said the board “deplores the Russian Federation’s persistent violent actions against nuclear facilities in Ukraine.”
Russia’s mission to the IAEA responded by saying that the document was “pushed through” by the West, while “the majority of humanity refused to support it.” The resolution passed with 26 votes in favor. Russia and China, which are also on the board, voted against it, while seven nations – Egypt, South Africa, Senegal, Burundi, Vietnam, India, and Pakistan – abstained.

Easiest thing in the world to make.
Tzatzíki (Cucumber Yoghurt soup/dip) From Cooking the Greek Way by Anne Theiharous (1986)
Serves 4
Prep time 10 minutes
1 large cucumber, peeled and finely grated
2 cups (500ml) plain yoghurt
1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
3/4 Tbsp (10 ml/2 tsp) wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp fresh mint leaves, minced
1 small clove garlic, crushed
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Stir together all ingredients except cucumber and parsley. Stir in cucumber, then chill at least one hour. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

There is plenty of research that shows the belief in that correlation. Amusing, when one has done some of that research. Still, larger sums do buy posher surroundings, and sometimes better trained serving staff. Or at least showier — the Maisonette in Cincinnati was the highest rated restaurant in North America for four decades, but probably one of the reasons they finally closed was that they provided the same level of service with a very different attitude to their regulars versus the rest.

TW, when I make tzatziki, I use cheese cloth and two colanders, one to let the fluid out of the yogurt and lined with the cheese cloth and one to let the fluid out of the shredded cucumber (no cheese cloth).
I let them sit in the fridge overnight and do their thing. I think the thicker the tzatziki the better.
Anything else is certainly one's personal preference. But IMO, getting the water out is key. Oh, and a black/kalamata olive wouldn't hurt.
