-Great Cultural Revolution
'VDH-We went mad because we easily could. And we could, not because we were poor and oppressed, but because we were rich and bored.
[AmericanThinker] Travel abroad and or talk to pro-American foreigners here, and you will be surprised at what they say. It is not boilerplate anti-Americanism of the usual cheap Euro style. And their keen criticism is not just that we are $30 trillion in debt, dependent on China, with a corrupt elite, or have gone insane inventing the most lurid crimes to put away the supposedly predetermined guilty Donald Trump.

Instead, they express disbelief, worry, lamentation even, that the one solid referent in the world has gone, well, completely rabid. They are terrified after the Afghanistan debacle that their old ally or new homeland, the once constant America, is delirious, incompetent, and self-loathing, and now there is no plausible alternative to the old American deterrence.

So, they wonder who will resist China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea—and are silently petrified to go it alone without the United States.

They seem staggered by the very ideas that now emanate from the United States: that nonexistent borders are desirable; that once rarified institutions like the FBI or CIA now function like the Stasi of old; that the very idea of meritocracy is considered racist; that one incorrect word can destroy a life-long career; that there are three or more sexes, not two; that biological men with male genitalia and physiology can compete, and destroy decades of advances, in women’s sports; that race is the sole mode of self-identification; and that half of America dislikes American customs, history—and the other 50 percent of the population—as much as do its enemies.

Onlookers no longer see American universities as free-wheeling bastions of unfettered research and expression. Rather they watch dreary (and sometimes scary) places where conformity to the old Soviet-style is enforced—or else.

What the fuck? Now this, this is madness. Europeans have been trying to get out from under the US boot for a long time. They despise us and have little to say in our favor. -Short Attention Span Theater-
'FBI Drops Investigation After Discovering Trump's Top Secret Nuclear Documents Were Just Print-Outs Of Hillary Clinton Emails
[Babylon Bee] WASHINGTON, DC — Officials running the FBI investigation into former President Donald Trump's possession of allegedly classified nuclear documents were sent scrambling to halt their work after learning the documents in question are actually just printed-out emails from Hillary Clinton's private server.

"We were all set to see this through to the end and hopefully indict Mr. Trump on very serious charges, but we are now officially ending the investigation," said Special Agent Owen Gaffney in a prepared statement. "We discovered that these sensitive documents were, in fact, printouts of emails originally belonging to Hillary Clinton, and we're just not going anywhere near that."

After learning about the abrupt end of the investigation, Trump lashed out on his Truth Social account. "There is a clear double standard of justice in this country, and it's truly a shame," Trump said. "My beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago, was unjustly raided by swarms of corrupt FBI agents, but Crooked Hillary Clinton can illegally store tens of thousands of classified emails and get away with murder — literally — without any consequences. Sad! Stop murdering people, Hillary!"

When pressed for more information as to why the FBI would not be moving forward with the investigation, Agent Gaffney grew visibly nervous. "Look, Hillary Clinton, her family members, her staff, and anyone who works with her are completely innocent, ok? And that goes for President Biden, his son, Hunter, and basically any high-ranking Democrat. Ok? Do you hear me? Just don't make me talk about it! I don't want to die!"

At publishing time, the press was attempting to learn more about the situation, but FBI agents responded by screaming and running for cover anytime the name "Hillary Clinton" was mentioned.

'Pilger: Silencing The Lambs - How Propaganda Works
[ZeroHedge] In the 1970s, I met one of Hitler’s leading propagandists, Leni Riefenstahl, whose epic films glorified the Nazis. We happened to be staying at the same lodge in Kenya, where she was on a photography assignment, having escaped the fate of other friends of the Fuhrer.

She told me that the “patriotic messages” of her films were dependent not on “orders from above” but on what she called the “submissive void” of the German public.

Did that include the liberal, educated bourgeoisie? I asked. “Yes, especially them,” she said.

I think of this as I look around at the propaganda now consuming Western societies.

Of course, we are very different from Germany in the 1930s. We live in information societies. We are globalists. We have never been more aware, more in touch, better connected.

Or do we in the West live in a Media Society where brainwashing is insidious and relentless, and perception is filtered according to the needs and lies of state and corporate power?

The United States dominates the Western world’s media. All but one of the top 10 media companies are based in North America. The internet and social media – Google, Twitter, Facebook – are mostly American owned and controlled.

In my lifetime, the United States has overthrown or attempted to overthrow more than 50 governments, mostly democracies. It has interfered in democratic elections in 30 countries. It has dropped bombs on the people of 30 countries, most of them poor and defenceless. It has attempted to murder the leaders of 50 countries. It has fought to suppress liberation movements in 20 countries.

The extent and scale of this carnage is largely unreported, unrecognised, and those responsible continue to dominate Anglo-American political life.

Britain
'King Charles Replaces Harry & Meghan With Two Corgis In Line Of Succession
[Babylon Bee] LONDON — In his first official royal decree, King Charles has replaced Meghan and Harry in the line of succession with two of the late Queen's corgis.

"Fluffy here shall immediately assume the title of Duke," said Charles, presenting the corgi with a scepter. "There now! Who's a good future King of England?"

The nation of England erupted into celebration upon hearing the news. "After the sadness of the past week, it feels good to have something to be happy about," said citizen Gerald Funderburk. "The thought of the monarchy falling into the hands of Harry or Meghan, those blithering idiots...we can all rest a little easier tonight knowing the kingdom will be in good hands. Or paws."

Although the King's move is unusual, historians say it is not without precedent. "Few people recall that Henry the Eighth actually made his pet goat sixth in line for the throne," said history professor Benjamin York. "He had so many wives and children that he lost count of how to list them. He was also very, very fond of his goat Alfred."

At publishing time, Meghan Markle had responded with her daily tradition of calling everyone in her family racist.

'King Charles [sic] co-hosted original ‘Great Reset' meeting: ‘We have no alternative'
[LifeSiteNews] Queen Elizabeth II’s son Charles, who ascended the British throne in the wake of her death on Thursday, co-hosted the original meeting for the Great Reset, a totalitarian initiative of the World Economic Forum, with WEF Chairman Klaus Schwab.

In a video released to mark the launch of the Great Reset, then-Prince Charles warned that the Great Reset plan, which includes “green” policies that would suffocate businesses and individual freedoms worldwide, is a matter of urgency.

Charles proposed that the world “seize” the opportunity presented by the COVID-19 “crisis” — also a clarion call of the WEF — to create “a more circular bioeconomy that gives back to nature as much as we take.”

He noted that this would involve net zero carbon emissions and the use of carbon pricing to achieve this end, a system whereby the “external costs” of greenhouse gas emissions are tied to their sources to a price, usually on the carbon dioxide emitted. These costs can be conceived as accounting for alleged consequences of climate change are far removed from emissions themselves as damage to crops and loss of property from flooding.

In 2019, the U.K. became the first major economy to set a 2050 net zero carbon dioxide emissions target, the same proposed by the WEF in a challenge issued to their global business participants prior to their 2020 annual meeting.

In order to achieve this goal, the U.K. government’s chief scientific adviser has encouraged the British public to reduce their meat intake and fly less often to cut national carbon output. In a step further, U.K.’s Climate Change Committee went so far as to criticize the government for omitting demands for dietary and travel restrictions as part of its 2030 climate change strategy.

The committee proposed that individuals should cut their meat intake by around 20 percent before 2030 and a further 15 percent within the following 20 years in order to convert the land used for meat and dairy farming into space for trees.

Even short of such a government mandate, another major WEF proposal endorsed by King Charles III — carbon pricing — would ultimately hurt the middle and lower classes by driving up the cost of business and thereby passing down expenses to consumers, who would carry the burden of such “green” policies if businesses themselves aren’t forced to shut down first for lack of profit.

Meanwhile, over 1,100 scientists and professionals have signed a World Climate Declaration (WCD) declaring that “there is no climate emergency,” arguing that carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, that natural as well as anthropogenic factors cause global warming, that the warming is far slower than predicted, and that such warming has not increased natural disasters.

The Great Reset has been described by conservatives as a threat not only to economic welfare, but to the family. As LifeSite reported, one of the key themes of the Reset is “LGBTI Inclusion.” Since June 2020, the World Economic Forum has run such articles as “Great Reset: Why LGBT+ inclusion is the secret to cities’ post-pandemic success” and “Why being an LGBT+ ally can transform lives – yours included.” With Microsoft and Pepsi, they rolled out a program called “Hour of Pride” to propagate “LGBTQI+ inclusion during the COVID-19 crisis.”

The British Monarchy has a long history of refraining from interference with the decisions of Parliament, and in fact, for the last several centuries, such interference has been very rare across the remaining monarchies of the world. However, British laws still require Royal Assent to go into effect, which will now come from King Charles III.

King Charles III as well as his father Prince Philip have both attended Bilderberg meetings, a highly secretive annual forum used by world elites since 1954 to further their vision for the world.

Addressing the claim that the meetings are used to achieve one-world government, Denis Healey, a Bilderberg group founder and steering committee member for 30 years, said in 2001, “To say we were striving for a one-world government is exaggerated, but not wholly unfair.”

'The Queen is Dead, But is the UK?

[GG&G] I wrote a scathing piece on new UK Prime Minster Liz Truss the other day because I had to. Truss, I believe, is everything I said she is. Sadly, she was also the best choice among the Tories to potentially carry Brexit to its real fruition.

Queen Elizabeth II finally gave up this mortal coil and say what you want about the British Crown and its perfidiousness throughout the centuries, Elizabeth was, I believe, something different.

I’m no royalist, or even a fan of the Brits at the geopolitical level. I’ve spit enough fire and brimstone at them for their provincial attitudes towards all of their former colonies to level mountains. The British aristocracy is as corrupt and enabling of the corrupt as any group of people in human history.

And many of the people they have enabled have no intention of giving up that power. Hence, the mess we see in Europe and the UK.

For all of the complaints I level at our own government being in the pay and service of foreign actors, I more than recognize the UK is dealing with the same problem.

But that said, I have a more balanced view of Elizabeth II and will not be dancing on her grave this morning. In fact, I’ll remind you of the many posts I wrote back in 2018-19 about Brexit, Johnson and Trump bringing the Queen back on the chessboard to help get us out of the crisis we are now in.

The British crown has been a captured piece for generations to British globalists and Communists, but I repeat myself. They have dominated British foreign and domestic policy for decades.

And if there is one thing we know about Elizabeth, she hates Commies.

Sadly, so much of what we hoped for died when Davos stole the 2020 election and destroyed the Trump/Johnson/Elizabeth axis of power. Who do you think was really the target of COVID?

Us? The plebes? No. It was The Fed, Trump and the Queen. Davos got two of three. It ain’t bad, as the song goes, but without all three they can’t win.

That’s the most important part of Elizabeth’s story — as Queen she backed Brexit. Now, say what you want about what Brexit unleashed, the multiple power vacuums it created, and the confusion of who has sought to profit from it, in the end Brexit was an immense, world-shaking statement of popular sovereignty.

On this issue alone Queen Elizabeth II put paid Hans Hoppe’s trenchant analysis from 20 years ago in his book, Democracy, the God that Failed, that as bad as it is, even monarchy is a superior form of government than democracy because at least the monarch has a property right in their people.

Whereas in democracy, it’s just one big tragedy of the commons and all the corruption, graft, sloth and banality that implies. The crown at least purports to stand for something. And by backing Brexit Elizabeth stood for her people over those jackals in Parliament, the House of Lords and the Civil Service working so hard to tear them down.

Trump understood that Elizabeth was not Davos and Brexit the chance to really change the dynamic between not only the US and the UK but also between those two and Russia/China.

There was an opportunity for a negotiated settlement with them on behalf of the Global South and avoid the crisis we are in right now.

Elizabeth understood this as well, but was mostly powerless to stop the train because the UK government and its entrenched aristocracy is a cesspit.

Trump also understood that Charles was as compromised a figure as you could be. The manila folder on Charles is more than thick enough to ensure he does as he’s told.

Elizabeth, on the other hand, was no one’s toady. It simply wasn’t her. It doesn’t mean she was an heroic figure we should lionize. People are complicated. Stories are never as cut and dried as we would like them to believe. Charles is still taking the throne after all.

I view the British Crown the same way I view the Vatican — corrupt and the power it wielded caused mission creep over the centuries in defining "their interests." You’ll note how they’ve corrupted the United States with this same idea of "interests."

The imperial mindset is one of the stickiest things in human behavior. But at some point pure survival takes over and pragmatism trumps all those old ambitions and machinations. The problem, of course, is that the jackals have weakened everything to the point of unleashing the worst people to run around doin’ stuff.

So, when Trump "lost" the stage was set to off Johnson and reverse Brexit. Davos made their move against Johnson this summer because, as Alex Krainer reminded me in an email the other day, the British Cabinet actually runs the country, not Parliament.

This was why Marc Sedwill being both Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service under Theresa May was so dangerous. He was really Prime Minister, directing Brexit negotiations doing Davos’ bidding.

It’s also why Johnson firing him as nearly the first thing he did when taking power was the definitive statement of his position on Brexit, the Queen and the UK as a sovereign nation.

Sedwill’s power and betrayal of the UK showed in the Brexit deal May negotiated and left for Johnson to clean up. One of the things she left behind was the Northern Ireland Protocol.

It was Elizabeth that helped along the destruction of May and the ascension of Johnson. None of this excuses their activities in Ukraine, of course, but that’s a different matter.

Davos wanted Johnson gone because they wanted Brexit undermined. The Northern Ireland protocol is the key to this. There is a provision in the Brexit agreement where the NI protocol is to expire in a couple of weeks. There was a two-year time limit on it and if UK didn’t think the EU were acting in good faith (or whatever) they could cancel it and the UK would now be in charge of the border crossings.

Conversely, if the NI protocol remains in place, the EU will still set trade policy for the UK. Sunak was supposed to win and make sure the UK negotiated down.

Liz Truss has been at the forefront of pushing the legislation, now in the House of Lords, that would invoke that Article within the Brexit agreement and end the tussle over Northern Ireland.

So, this is the issue on which Brexit hangs. It’s why Davos couldn’t wait for Liz to die before removing Johnson and creating a fight within the Tories for control over the party.

It’s why Johnson kept saying they would have to remove him from office bodily. In the end BoJo may have been a clown but it looks like he was, on balance, a patriot.

The goal was for Davos to get their dark-skinned Tony Blair, Rishi Sunak.

They failed and got Johnson’s Foreign Secretary, Liz Truss.

And I think Elizabeth held on long enough to see this through to completion, for the UK to be independent of Europe and re-establish its sovereignty.

Truss then looks like a counterweight to Charles’ clear alliance with Davos on Climate Change and the Great Reset. Then again, he may surprise us now that he has the crown. I won’t speculate further.

The path to that is having nationalists in control of the cabinet who, in turn, control Parliament and the Civil Service.

Now, all of this analysis depends on how Truss handles Northern Ireland. If she stands her ground and wins then the above is correct and Brexit will eventually be achieved. Elizabeth’s legacy will be preserved.

If she caves Theresa May style, then the UK will be torn apart by Brussels/Davos to strip mine it. Remember, for Schwab’s plan to work in his mind, everyone must be brought low. If only Europe is destroyed he wins nothing except historical vilification.

Remember what I said about Elizabeth hating Commies?

Now, as for Truss, if she begins backing off on the foreign policy front and focuses all of her attention on domestic policy, then the UK could avoid some of the damage clearly aimed at them.

If she doesn’t and continues Johnson’s insane belligerence against Russia then the UK’s future is far murkier.

For now, the early returns are good. Her lifting the ban on fracking and oil/gas exploration is exactly the thing the UK needs to do. It will put the Scottish Nationals led by Nicola Sturgeon on their back foot. Expect increasingly strident calls for Scottish independence in the coming months.

Will Truss have the strength to ride herd over all of this? I doubt it, especially with Biden/Obama in the White House. This may all change post-mid-terms here in the US and Italy’s elections in two weeks.

As it stands, on balance, Elizabeth did the best she could with a terrible post-war hand as monarch. The march towards this moment was well beyond her control. If, in the end, she was able to help the UK out of the mess she couldn’t or didn’t do enough to stop, then her legacy will have been a good one.

Government Corruption
'NIST Continues to Protect 9/11 Lies
[Devvy Kidd - News With Views] America was attacked twenty-one years ago today, thousands of innocent human beings died and the cover-up began immediately. Those who still believe the "official" narrative of what happened are those who not only have done no research, but are too afraid of the truth to acknowledge what their own eyes saw. The truth about 9/11, who masterminded it, the players and the money to fund it is something most people in America cannot handle.

The same applies to Pearl Harbor, Ruby Ridge, WACO, TWA Flight 800, OKC and, of course, the massive lies regarding COVID-19 and those experimental gene therapy injections passed off as vaccines which they are not.

Mine: FDR wanted the Japanese to strike first. Ruby Ridge should never have happened by the "rank and file" in the FBI but they had other plans. One of their snipers shot a mother, Vicky Weaver, in the forehead holding her 18-month-old baby. She was unarmed and a threat to no one. Their son, Sammy, age 13 and the family dog were also murdered that day. The sniper, Lon Horiuchi, was never charged. Shadow government craven turncoat, former AG Bill Barr, led the charge to protect killers like Horiuchi.

No question TWA Flight 800 was brought down by a missile. My dear friend who passed away in December 2019, Brigadier General (Ret.) Ben Partin wrote about it: TWA-800 SHOOT DOWN, Feb. 2, 2018: "On October 4, 1996, seven weeks after the TWA incident, I sent a fax to the chief TWA-800 investigator in New York. The fax stated as follows:

"I did the initial design, development, and test of the first several continuous-rod warheads for the MOMARC missile in the 1956-7 time period. This was done at the Ballistic Research Labs at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland. I carried several to Socorro, New Mexico for testing in a special arena nearby.

"A proximity fused, continuous-rod (CR) missile warhead is the only target destruction system I know that would be consistent with all damage assessment information I have seen in the open media.

"The destructive mechanism is unique to that type of warhead. You would not see blast or blast-frag damage. Neither would you see residuals from explosives. The instantaneous kill is unique to that warhead type, The CR warhead is the most difficult to perfect even with many design iterations."

"I would encourage you to have someone reassess the recovered structure who is familiar with the unique structural kill of a CR warhead. If I can be of any help, let me know."" Response: CRICKETS.

Of course, the FBI and Congress had no interest in the truth being revealed. Here’s Ben’s bio. This is a speech Ben gave at a convention I put on in 1998 for the Wallace Institute. It is well worth your time to watch on th0se cover-ups.

No, he wanted up to go to war with Germany. For days after Pearl Harbor he and his administration were a bit aghast that all the industrial and military resources of America were going to be directed only at Japan. Fortunately, Hitler solved his problem by declaring war on the United States.

#4  #2 Agreed.

This is like the "Churchill let Coventry be bombed" thesis. Even if Churchill had known in time that Coventry was the target, which he didn't, the Brits at the time had no effective means of night-fighting German bombers.

'Georgia's shifting politics force GOP to look beyond Atlanta
TOCCOA, Ga. (AP) — When Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp made one of his first general election campaign swings in August, he went straight to the modern heartland of the state’s Republican Party.

It wasn’t Buckhead, the glitzy Atlanta neighborhood where Kemp lives in a governor’s mansion dwarfed by other nearby estates. And it wasn’t suburban Cobb County, once the bastion of Newt Gingrich.

Instead, Kemp kept going north, deep into the Georgia mountains that have become one of the most Republican areas in the country over the last three decades. He stopped at a gas station turned coffee shop in Toccoa to urge people to "turn out an even bigger vote here in this county and in northeast Georgia than we’ve ever seen before."

"Ask your kids, your grandkids, your friend’s kid, are they registered to vote?" Kemp told attendees. "If they’re eligible, and they’re not, we got to get them registered, and we’ve got to go tell them to pull it for the home team."

The emphasis on this rural region represents a notable shift in the GOP’s strategy in Georgia. The party grew into a powerhouse in Georgia once it began combining a strong performance in the Atlanta suburbs with growing dominance in rural areas. But that coalition has frayed in recent years as voters in the booming Atlanta region rejected the GOP under former President Donald Trump, turning this onetime Republican stronghold into the South’s premier swing state.

A 41-county region, including some distant Atlanta suburbs encroaching into north Georgia, now has as many GOP voters as the core of metro Atlanta, according to an analysis by The Associated Press. Those changing dynamics have intensified pressure on Kemp to maintain — or strengthen — his support in rural mountainous communities like Toccoa to offset losses closer to the capital city.

"The party ... in terms of understanding where they’re going to get votes, understands that now they need those votes in north Georgia to compensate for their losses in the suburbs," said Bernard Fraga, an Emory University political scientist.

#1  Politicians that care about constituents in the hinterlands? How refreshing!

More likely, they care only about the votes. After the election, it's business as usual.

Rumors Swirling That Ivanka Could Be Trump's Pick For Vice President
[En-volve] "He was speaking to NDTV [India Tee-Vee] host Sreenivasan Jain who asked him the question..."
It begins resumes.

Can't wait to hear this bit of "news" breathlessly parroted to me by my Prog teammate tomorrow. And the next day..and the next day...

#1  Now this Trump stuff is just getting stupid.
Posted by: DooDahMan || 09/12/2022 4:20 Comments || Top||

#2  Loaded question. And bad faith fishing.

NDTV is a fiercely leftist platform for marxist subversives, supported by agents of the global Left in India.

And this Sreenivasan Jain recently furnished bond to bail out Mohammed Zubair, a moslem lawfarer and propagandist also loved by NDTV, who was jailed for rousing the jihadi riff raff in India. I think there's a Bloomberg connection too somewhere. It's still unclear.

#3  Trump should adopt Buckley's idea and just pick 400 names out of the phone book next time. He could do no worse than the coterie of backstabbers he handpicked last time.

Just don't pick 'em from a big blue city phone book, Donnie!

#9  I'm still not over his pick of John Bolton. I suppose the deep state got to The Donald.

And he listened to Tony Science and Scarf Lady.

OT - Is it just me or was it "coincidence" that the Swine Flu "outbreak" and vaccine also occurred during an election year (1976) with a Republican as President (G. Ford)? And both one-termers, too. Hmmm.

Bull. Bolton was a darling of the right until he turned on Trump. Let's not rewrite history here.
